Hotel 5-Star di Hebei, China

I stayed at this hotel for six nights and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel is very clean, perfectly located, and the staff are truly professional. My room was spacious, and the minibar was fully stocked with fresh fruits, drinks, and snacks. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety and everything tasted amazing. Honestly, this hotel is so good that it deserves 7 stars. I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting China.

We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La. The location is perfect! very close to the beach, which made everything even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the room service, as well as all the staff, were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay for one more night. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our time by the sea riding bikes along the beach, feeding the seagulls, and taking beautiful photos. It was a wonderful and memorable experience.

Did not know spect this hotel to be this nice in the City of Handan! Squeaky clean and classy from inside out. Very courteous and helpful staff members from concierge to housekeepers, not to speak of the front desk angels . Love to come back and check in here next time !

Very good hotel. Location is perfect, near to shopping malls, one of them less than 5 minutes by foot from the hotel. The Hebei museum is also really close to the hotel. The room was really tide, clean and spaceous. There was a washing machine inside the room, no extra fee applicable, and soap was also available for free. This was one of the highest points in my case. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really good, so many options. I highly recommend this hotel.

Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant or the overall hotel experience, everything was excellent. They went above and beyond to make my stay truly worthwhile, always attentive, warm, and ready to help. Their dedication and hospitality made a real difference and left a lasting impression. InterContinental Shijiazhuang delivers world-class service and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the city.

這次來邯鄲入住華邑體驗遠超預期，進門禮賓第一時間上前幫忙搬運行李、指引停車位，態度熱情有禮貌。前台小劉辦理入住效率很高，講解權益細緻耐心。客房打掃十分用心，角落、衞浴都收拾得乾乾淨淨，床品柔軟乾爽。早餐品類豐富，中西餐俱全，餐飲服務上菜及時貼心，各個部門配合到位，不管出差還是旅居都很合適。

My initial room seemed to not be incorrect, they immediately upgraded my room. Then I lost my AirPods (for the second time when staying at this hotel) both times a lovey lady named Cathy made sure I got them back, even contacting the rail company and getting them from the train. Goods great, pool is awesome. Best place to stay when visiting Tangshan and price is great

Spacious room with stunning view, bath tub in every room types. Everything was well arranged by the hotel, from pick up to departure. Complimentary drinks, meal and spa vouchers are given upon arrival as well. On the other hand, the hotel shuttle runs every 15 mins and they bring you to everywhere in the community you ask for. Perfect value for money, highly recommended!!
