XXinbuzaiyanyaThis is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!

The location is convenient, offering excellent value for money. My stay was perfect! The hygiene was impeccable, facilities were complete and in good working order, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. The service was thoughtful and I highly recommend it! The staff were gentle and accommodating. Fantastic value, definitely worth staying.

Vv8989We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Noa Resort Aranya. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, with special thanks to Tian Meng Ting, who assisted us with check-in and kindly helped us set up the Aranya app, making everything smooth and effortless.
The hotel and rooms are beautifully designed with great attention to aesthetics. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We were also pleasantly surprised by the evening delivery of a fresh fruit platter, which was a lovely touch.
Overall, this is the best hotel we have stayed at in China during our two years living here. We highly recommend this superb resort for its outstanding hospitality and truly five-star service.

GGuest UserThis was my fourth ski season staying at Summit Hotel, and it's definitely the best hotel in Genting and Wanlong. The rooms are fully equipped, the service is excellent, and the price is reasonable. Even during Chinese New Year, the price increase was minimal, making it the best value for money in Chongli. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and proactively offered to help with luggage. The Jinghuan Family Suite is an amazing value; not only is the room spacious, offering 270° mountain and snow views, but the tatami mat by the window was also incredibly convenient and a big hit with the kids. The hotel breakfast was rich and delicious, and the Hunan cuisine on the ground floor and the Yunnan cuisine on the ninth floor were both very authentic, with a top-notch dining environment. The hotel offers ski-in/ski-out access, which is super convenient. With the Yunlong Pass, you can ski to Wanlong and back, making for a fantastic experience. Fennie, the Assistant Manager in the hotel lobby, was beautiful, kind, warm, and attentive. She proactively upgraded our room and checked in with us every day afterward to ensure we were comfortable and if we needed any further assistance. Her thoughtfulness made us feel incredibly warm, and we'll definitely choose Summit Hotel again because of her. Having stayed at Courtyard, InterContinental, Fulong, Wanlong Longgong, and Crowne Plaza Cuishanshan during previous ski trips to Chongli, considering overall hotel facilities, service, cleanliness, and ski resort convenience, Summit Hotel is undoubtedly the best choice.

PPutizi6046I've stayed here a few times now, and the facilities, cleanliness, and environment are consistently excellent. However, there are quite a few issues: Firstly, the air conditioning is always too cold in summer; even with a light jacket and long pants, it's still freezing. Secondly, I tried to check in at 2:30 PM, and the front desk staff, a young man with glasses, told me my reserved room was ready and just being inspected, asking me to wait in the lobby and promising a call. After waiting for half an hour with no news, I went back to the front desk, only to find out my room key had already been processed, but no one had informed me. The staff member with glasses was also nowhere to be found. This level of service attitude and work efficiency is truly speechless. I hope the hotel strengthens its training for staff regarding their professional skills and service awareness.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and clean with a balcony, with children's bathrobes, slippers and mouthwash cups, very intimate. There are welcome fruits and drinks every day, and you can interact with cute pets downstairs. The children are super happy. The breakfast is rich and amazing. I recommend the hotel's Luyu restaurant. The dishes taste great. Thanks to the hotel butler Zhou Shuang for his thoughtful service, timely reply to the information, patient and thoughtful!

GGuest UserThis hotel was the perfect choice for a short, two-day, one-night getaway to escape the summer heat. It's conveniently located close to the highway and tourist attractions, making travel hassle-free. The hotel itself offers beautiful scenery and plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. The mountain air is wonderfully cool; after dinner, we enjoyed a refreshing stroll through the woods, without needing to rush out to see specific sights. Marli Jiao was consistently available and incredibly responsive to all our needs. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. In just two short days, we felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Definitely my top pick for a quick escape.

TTaozhidieFacilities: Although the hotel has been open for a while, it doesn't feel old; it's still quite modern.
Cleanliness: Overall very clean, and there were no strange odors in the room.
Environment: It has its own green spaces and water features, making the environment quite pleasant.
Service: The service attitude was excellent. They proactively suggested activities, and were very accommodating to all our requests.
Minor drawback: The walkie-talkies used by the floor attendants were very loud and clearly audible from the room, which affected my sleep. I'd suggest they use earpieces.

I'd especially like to thank Lillian, one of the staff members. She handled communications very professionally, proactively addressed my billing concerns, and meticulously helped me check the room both before and after my stay. Her thoughtful greetings and genuine, easygoing demeanor, coupled with her efficient way of working, made her service truly heartwarming. The hotel's service standards were exceptional, and the personalized, human touch from the staff made me feel incredibly welcome! Thank you! It was a very comfortable stay, highly recommended. Mmuscle77Traveling with my parents and children during the Dragon Boat Festival, the overall experience had both pleasant surprises and minor drawbacks. The hotel's outdoor environment is a huge plus, facing the sea directly with fine, clean sand, and large green areas perfect for walks and playing with kids. Both the elderly and children had a wonderful time.
The staff's service was generally warm and attentive. We encountered a small issue during check-in, and the lobby manager communicated patiently throughout, resolving it efficiently and appropriately. Their problem-solving attitude was particularly satisfying.
The shortcomings were mainly concentrated within the guest rooms. All the in-room hardware facilities felt very dated; the furniture and bathrooms were quite old, leading to a subpar experience. If the guest room facilities could be renovated in the future, the experience would be much more perfect.
