Hotel 5-Star di Hebei, China

It was always like to stay this hotel, breakfast was very good, they have have many foreigners guests so according to that they serve good breakfast food items. Main gate and reception staff are very polite.

We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La. The location is perfect! very close to the beach, which made everything even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the room service, as well as all the staff, were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay for one more night. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our time by the sea riding bikes along the beach, feeding the seagulls, and taking beautiful photos. It was a wonderful and memorable experience.

I choose this hotel room because it had a bathtub. But I’m traveling with a friend and really dislike the glass wall for a bathroom. I prefer privacy.

Very good hotel. Location is perfect, near to shopping malls, one of them less than 5 minutes by foot from the hotel. The Hebei museum is also really close to the hotel. The room was really tide, clean and spaceous. There was a washing machine inside the room, no extra fee applicable, and soap was also available for free. This was one of the highest points in my case. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really good, so many options. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our second stay here, everything is great, but the location is a bit boring in winter time - all the shops and restaurants nearby are closed. Big shoot out to Lina - great manager, she helped us to handle some problems.

The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and every detail was handled with professionalism and care. Everything I needed during my stay was provided promptly and with genuine kindness. I would especially like to recognize Kara, Vicky (The house keeper), and Vivian for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make my stay truly worthwhile, always attentive, warm, and ready to help. Their dedication and hospitality made a real difference and left a lasting impression. InterContinental Shijiazhuang delivers world-class service and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the city.

Nice clean hotel and they offer in house photograph with Han Fu make-over, unfortunately we were lacked of time and wasn't informed about this complimentary during our check in. The hotel provides free shuttle to the train station even we didn't prebook in advance, which we truly appreciated.

As always a pleasure to stay at the Shangrila. Loved every bit especially the location and the people at the hotel front desk especially.

雖然是近期內第三次入住，對比了幾家後，依然選擇了瀾汐酒店。管家Carson為我們安排了一個很安靜的房間。前台小姐姐漂亮温柔，送了海食堂餐券、水療券、新鮮椰子兑換券。進人房間，超寬落地窗，小食飲料小酒等各種小細節安排地無比細膩。再次感謝管家Carson，衹要有需要，他一直耐心地回答和安排，貼心地為客人着想，還為我們延遲了退房時間，令人非常感動。還要感謝服務員方海岳，孩子不小心把地弄濕了，她第一時間過來幫我們重新收拾了地面和房間，不厭其煩、乾淨利落，讓人如沐春風。一層海食堂的餐飲美味實惠，大堂酒吧的咖啡非常道地，每天還能在大堂享用一杯葡萄酒或葡萄汁，舉杯觀海景，讓人心曠神怡。在瀾汐酒店，可以百分百閑適自在地休憩身心，這是一個值得一來再來的地方。五星好評，超級贊👍🏻🌹

I had a truly wonderful stay at the InterContinental. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and thoughtful attention to detail. My room was beautifully maintained and created a calm, relaxing atmosphere throughout my trip. What made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service from Petrus. He was attentive, kind, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. His genuine care for guests and warm professionalism made me feel truly valued.
