Whenever I visit Gu'an, I always choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the surrounding area is fantastic with plenty of dining and shopping options. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner – it's incredibly relaxing. The only downside this time of year is the abundance of poplar catkins, which can be quite annoying.

The service here was a bit of a letdown. While the facilities were actually better than the InterContinental I stayed at a couple of days ago, the service didn't quite measure up. I booked connecting rooms with king beds, just like before, but when I called ahead, they made all sorts of excuses about not being able to arrange adjoining rooms. The staff's communication skills definitely need improvement. Then, at check-in, they started talking about whether our room was facing the street or not, even though our suite clearly was. High-floor rooms facing the street are bound to be noisy at night, so I'm not sure what the staff was getting at. The biggest rip-off was the breakfast. For such an average buffet, they still charged extra for children, and rooms including breakfast were hundreds more – definitely not worth it. I strongly advise against booking a room with breakfast. I thought the InterContinental's breakfast was bad, but at least they had a wider selection of pastries. Here, the breakfast was barely on par with a budget hotel; it was so bad I almost wanted to complain. The score reflects the facilities, not the breakfast – what a scam! On a positive note, I want to specifically commend the housekeeping department. The housekeeping staff were all incredibly dedicated and conscientious. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning, but the housekeeping attendant patiently kept asking if we needed anything. Thumbs up to them!

This trip to Aranya, I chose the Noark Far & Near, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's truly an ideal choice for a relaxing and therapeutic getaway. The hotel is located in the serene, Phase 10 area, away from the hustle and bustle of the South Shore. The hotel's shuttle service is on-call, and the park shuttle runs regularly, making it convenient to get to the Chapel, Library, and commercial districts. It perfectly balances tranquility with accessibility. As a new hotel opened in 2025, all the facilities are brand new. The rooms are spacious, and the deep sleep amenities truly live up to their reputation – full blackout curtains and high-end bedding ensured an exceptionally peaceful sleep. The rooms are equipped with a BOSE speaker and a smart toilet, and the minibar drinks and snacks are complimentary. Every detail exudes quality. The public areas are designed with a strong artistic flair, and the lobby scent is luxurious. The outdoor pool, gym, and meditation space are all well-appointed, so even if you don't want to go out, you can still have a very comfortable stay within the hotel. The restaurant on the first floor offers delicious food, and the breakfast selection is extensive. The service was gentle yet discreet. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the shuttle drivers were very thoughtful. Throughout my stay, there was no feeling of awkwardness from excessive service. This is definitely a hotel I would stay at again on my next visit to Aranya.

Highly recommend Genting Foothills (Shanlu) Hotel in Chongli! Boasting elegant interiors and complete amenities, the hotel features a spacious sauna, cinema, KTV and cigar lounge, alongside a wide selection of breakfast options. The service is outstanding. Every member of staff is professional and polite. Staff from the concierge, 9th-floor restaurant and cigar room are particularly warm and welcoming. Quiet and private, the hotel offers great value for money. Start your morning with yoga and a cup of coffee on the second-floor terrace. After a hearty breakfast, head out for lovely hikes. Genting and neighbouring Thaiwoo provide hiking trails of varying difficulty. At night, you can admire the brilliant starry sky. It delivers a perfect holiday experience!👍

Excellent service! We stayed with our child and they were incredibly accommodating. We were given a room with the best sea and beach view. The hotel has an excellent, clean pool with fantastic service. The breakfast is delicious, and on weekends they have a magnificent dinner buffet with steaks, kebabs, lamb, wine, beer, and much more! Before check-out, during breakfast, they even gave us a container to pack some food for our train journey. The staff deserves 100 points! Highly recommend!

The room is spacious and clean with a balcony, with children's bathrobes, slippers and mouthwash cups, very intimate. There are welcome fruits and drinks every day, and you can interact with cute pets downstairs. The children are super happy. The breakfast is rich and amazing. I recommend the hotel's Luyu restaurant. The dishes taste great. Thanks to the hotel butler Zhou Shuang for his thoughtful service, timely reply to the information, patient and thoughtful!

The concierge was proactive in helping with luggage, and the room hygiene was impeccable. The comfortable temperatures day and night allowed for a sound sleep until morning. The balcony offered lush green views, and the starry night sky was clearly visible, creating a perfect holiday ambiance. Marilou provided excellent service throughout our stay, always available when needed without any aggressive upselling, making for a truly relaxing experience. I'd also like to give a special shout-out to Wang Yajuan from the South Wing front desk. She was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our inquiries and requests, and even managed to switch us to a cooler and more comfortable room type, which significantly improved our stay. Our visit happened to coincide with my birthday, and the hotel staff surprised me with well wishes and a gift. This kindness and warmth deeply touched me. I hope to visit again soon.

Facilities: Although the hotel has been open for a while, it doesn't feel old; it's still quite modern. Cleanliness: Overall very clean, and there were no strange odors in the room. Environment: It has its own green spaces and water features, making the environment quite pleasant. Service: The service attitude was excellent. They proactively suggested activities, and were very accommodating to all our requests. Minor drawback: The walkie-talkies used by the floor attendants were very loud and clearly audible from the room, which affected my sleep. I'd suggest they use earpieces.

This InterContinental hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Wanda Plaza and the Train Night Market, offering a plethora of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The nearby city park provides beautiful scenery, and daily commutes are smooth and easy. Bella's meticulous arrangements and attentive service were outstanding. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes and fresh ingredients. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit.

The Arcardia Qinhuangdao Resort is perfect for family trips! It boasts an exclusive private beach with fine sand and fewer crowds. The resort grounds are spacious and great for photos, and it has excellent facilities including a swimming pool and a children's playground. The rooms are large and clean, with expansive balcony views. The staff are warm, helpful, and respond quickly. You don't need to leave the hotel; you can easily spend a whole day having fun right here. It's my top choice for a one-stop beach holiday and highly recommended for short trips from Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. I'll definitely be back!
