What a beautiful hotel. Very clean and the reception lady was so friendly. We were a group of 3 friends and plenty space in the room. Lovely fresh breakfast (menu). Location is ideal right in the center you could say. Will definitely be returning and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The receptionist has top button in his shirt untied. Doesn’t give a professional impression

Traveling with my brother and our partners, room was fantastic in a perfect location

good location, but really disappointed that for a four star hotel DID NOT provide any essential hotel amenities in hotel rooms , none of personal care (toothpaste, toothbrush, combs, shaving cream, razor, shower cap, Bathrobes and slippers etc… )

1888元人民幣訂的雙人雙床，到酒店後前台説多付20歐元可以升級。升級後的房間並不大，只是多了一張小床而已。馬桶和淋浴花灑等很落後，是國內80年代水平，最不能接受的是床上用品很臟，掀開被子看到床單上有毛髮和污漬殘渣，根本就沒有換洗過，大床小床都臟，真的很噁心。
