We booked this place for a mini honeymoon getaway from the kids and we were pleasantly surprised! Very clean, friendly staff, free breakfast, free parking, outside pool, etc. Not only that but plenty of places nearby to eat as well as 10 minutes from Magic Kingdom. Next time we travel to Orlando, with or without our kids, we will definitely be staying here again.

What a great place to base a trip to the theme parks in Florida. The rooms are big and great for families. The pool is outdoor but nice and the breakfast is very good especially since its included. The location is great close to restaurants and fun activities for the young and young at heart. Free shuttles to Disney and Universal each day.

This is the perfect and affordable property if you visiting the Disney World Parks! The hotel is clean, and perfect to come back to after a long day at the parks. They have a breakfast buffet thats very well kept and attened. They also offer a FREE shuttle service to and from the parks, you cant beat the bargain of staying with this property.

Our room was not super clean and the lamp shade was absolutely disgusting! The people and the pool were very nice though. I would not stay here again unless they showed me a better room.

This is an older hotel that could use a thorough refresh. My stay started off bumpy. The 2 keys I was given did not work. I got lucky and caught the clerk by the pool and told her. She brought 2 new keys up to the 3rd floor for me and the problem was solved. Second issue on the same night, NO room safe. They would have transferred me to another room but they were fully booked. The next morning, instead of moving me, they just brought me a safe. The room itself served the purpose. The bed was very comfortable. The Desk chair however, was useless. It was on wheels but they wouldn't roll. The Tub could definitely use a refinishing because of the surface condition. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was abnormally loud. I did find a hair in the bathtub after taking a shower that didn't belong to me. Morning breakfast was nice though. Hot selections as well as fruit and cereal. Not a cheap grab and go. Over all, it was a nice and quiet place to stay. Only issue is it's location on 192. Traffic was horrific! But they can't help that. I would consider staying here again if my regular locations were booked up.

It took forever to check in. I had to sign so many things. Granted the front desk gentleman was nice but wow, the check in was ridiculous for today's day and age. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, the room was very dated and aged looking and smelled old. We left our room door open to air it out. (no indoor corridor rooms). The refrigerator was so noisy all night, we could hear people walking around all night upstairs. The breakfast was not bad although, to me, baked beans on the menu for breakfast was a little bit odd but many people take and eat them.

By the amount paid, I didn't expect better, and the aspects I didn't like were already anticipated. Advantages: Price, The location is good, close to Disney Parks, shopping malls/outlets, and restaurants. I had no problems at reception; the staff's treatment was cordial.
