The staff generally are really great. Food the same every day though and you have to get up at 7.30am to get a sunbed. Pool was freezing and if you’re not German I’d go somewhere else. Staff fluent in German not English. I think we were the only non German couple in the whole hotel. Also the spa and manicure were really rude and hard sell only. I would not, as in definitely not recommend the speciality restaurants

Sabotaj kadastarofa, we are family has beed last year also, here everything so good really, i loved animation team because they have so many activies in the day and they have shows everynight is amazing. And also food is delicious we loved it

I recently stayed at your hotel and liked everything very much! Everything is clearly thought out for a comfortable stay - from food to animations for children! I liked the animations very much; there was something to entertain the children. Swimming pools are on another level! There are a lot of them and they are always clean✨ The cleaning is also superb Otherwise there was no time left for this, however, we came to rest. Many thanks to all the employees for the wonderful time they gave us here Special thanks to Ayana) She speaks clearly to the point, very polite Also, I want to mention this restaurant “Ala Carte” everything was so tasty! Even my children liked the food

Everything was great, 10 days went by very quickly. The hotel is very cool! Everywhere is clean, the staff is friendly and always ready to help, delicious food, delicious cocktails, there is always a lot of activity in the morning. The sea is close, the coast is clean. The only problem is very bad internet, we didn't even understand what we paid for, and overly intrusive, trying to get to know animators. Our family stay was from June 10 till June 17 during Eid holidays. Occupied 1 room in villa and another for parents at main building. The actual aim was to celebrate parents wedding anniversary 50 years and thanks to hotel staff - all went so well and enjoyable except for one thing. In the first moment of arrival our impression was spoiled so bad by Ayşe Arica at reception. We are traveling a lot and have long hotel hospitality work experience but never seen check in so fast. Especially it was not busy, only other couple waiting at reception and Ayşe was not alone on duty to be so hurry and wordless!!! No “welcome, no hi, how are you”,just gave registration card and hotels cards. That’s it ! That’s all chekc in !!! But thanks to Guest relation manager Mr Erdi Bayrakeri we got info that supposed to be done by reception and assisted to organize parents anniversary celebrations. He made our family stay memorable and comfortable on top level. Some more points about hotel: Territory- green and flowered, clean all the time even with full guest occupancy. Beach - 8 min walk from villa 5 and 4,5 min walk from main building. The beach area is huge and also clean. Good we look at reviews for coral shoes recommendation as some rocks or stones inside water at the beach you can find. Food- this point we found with very good feedbacks and were not disappointed in hotel choice. For all family members we had enough food variety including our small daughter. Kids Buffet was mostly same as in main buffet but depends on your kid taste and age. For my daughter of 1,5 year old there were many options in main buffet with pasta, rice porridge or omlete variety for breakfast, fresh pancakes and fruits etc. Rooms- room in villa is bigger and very good for family with access to relax pool and no music noise compare with main building. Room cleaning was every day and always around, smiling and polite. Service - overall the hotel staff service is very fast and always always smiling. How is it possible with full occupancy and heat !!!!

The food is of high quality, the cleaning is good, the rooms and the hotel are spacious, it feels like a holiday village, the entertainment team is very friendly and all the fun activities are available. we had a great time. The beach is beautiful, the pool is clean and warm, fitness spa facilities are available, the hotel has cat kennels, the staff is friendly and attentive.

Two years ago this was still very good hotel but now decline is so obvious. This is my third and final visit to this hotel. You can notice that rooms are not clean as before, and there is an decline in food and drinks quality. Animation team is poor and that was strongest part years before. Volleyball guy sent me to water the field and than left. They all look not motivated and tired. There are still some good points like most of the staff is hard working and polite but looks like that is most common for all Turkish hotels.

We had the best experience ag this hotel. We have been in honeymoon for 1 week at this place. We highly recommend it, because we had all we needed, like: all types pf food, swimming pools, night shows with international people, free beverages and so on for an ultra-inclusive hotel.
