Top class service and amenities. Would highly recommend visiting their spa, the staff are well trained and knowledgeable about massages. Highly recommend!

This hotel was exceptional, it is a little dream in paradise. The resort is so relaxing, once you arrive you just feel calm. The staff are so professional and polite, always willing to help you. The rooms are exquisite with lovely decor and the swim up pool is just the icing on the cake. It is not anywhere on the island you can find these types of rooms with this style of resort and service. If you want a quiet slice of paradise this hotel is for you. Relaxing with a book on the hammock, the evening activities, painting or yoga, the fresh fruit at breakfast, swimming with the turtles. I have stayed in paje, nungwi but nothing beats staying in kizimkazi at Kwanza.

Absolutely loved our stay at Kwanza, my mom and I had the best time. We were greeted by Caroline who always had a smile. Lucky was so jolly and helpful with our bags. Ahamed was always ready to assist with any and everything. The rooms were spacious and clean though there was a day where housekeeping forgot to come and spray the mosquito repellent. We had the best spa day and would highly recommend the full package. The food was exceptional and plentiful, we got the all inclusive package so we had all meals served and would recommend that as the resort is located far from other places. The bar service though needs improving as they were slow because there was only one server per bar but the cocktails were great!! I had forgotten my phone at one of the bathrooms and it was returned to me before I even noticed so the place is very safe.

Amazing experience, such a lovely place, clean and welcoming. But i didn’t like the police of non flexible booking even after i told them that i couldn’t fly due to some issues at the airport but still didn’t get support from the resort

japanese hub好吃，the cave不好吃，風景還不錯，沒什麼人，但是最後一天嚴重嘔吐，自助餐廳那邊全是蒼蠅在飛，懷疑是這個原因，餐廳的衞生需要進步。（80%開蓋的自助餐都有蒼蠅在飛，很多）

الفندق من الصعب انتقادك لان الغرفة و الافطار و المرافق ممتازين و كذلك الموظفين ودودين و خدومين و الفندق في موقع هاديء بعيد عن المدينه و مقابل البحر

The room was spacious and gorgeous. It was nice to rest after a long flight. However, the water in the shower became scalding hot at times. Friends had their shower flood, but it was immediately fixed. We had wonderful interactions with most staff, except for security who told us he didn't answer questions.😲 We had wonderful massages at the spa. The place is beautiful. However, the cleaning is only superficial and with the materials used in the build, they will need to do deeper cleaning more frequently.

So the hotel is aesthetically pleasing and rooms and size. The description is incredibly enthusiastic but in reality this is not a 5 star hotel and the food is definitely not 5 star. I have suffered a bad stomach for 4 days and didn’t leave my room for 2. There is lack of choice in the buffet restaurant and after being ill I stuck to bread, jacket potato and small bits of fruit. The meat is tough and the cutlery is not sharp so cutting food is difficult. (I also have low mobility and strength so this was challenging). The dinners are incredibly low making getting up from them tricky and the higher cabana style beds do not have any shade so you will need to cover up. The hairdryer in my room didn’t work, nor did the magnifying mirror light. The doors onto the balcony also didn’t lock. There are constant power cuts so if you’re popping to the loo in the night take your phone or a device with a light on! The power generally comes back on quickly, the TVs speak when they come on which is annoying as this happens so much and did freak me out the first time or so! The positives here are the staff. They work hard and are pleasant. They do try to get you to go to the spa for treatments and join in activities. One told me that if they don’t get people they get the sack. I didn’t need to know this and felt pressured to attend. I feel they need to go back to basics here instead of trying to be something they aren’t.
