Hotel Sport Klosters

Great place to stay if you’re skiing in the area of Klosters and Davos. The hotel team are superb and really go out of their way to ensure your holiday is an enjoyable one, the hotel is spotlessly clean and , we were collected from the station by the hotel mini bus and everything was explained to us on check in, room was large and the bathroom too making things very comfortable. Swimming pool and area has been beautifully updated. Residents upstairs restaurant was very efficient and traditional , food was hearty and varied through the week, I couldn’t understand the table water service charge though at 3 chf per day , seemed a lot for a jug of tap water (a minor point in the grand scheme of things) . The staff tried to ensure adult groups were separated from family groups where possible as this is a very family orientated hotel so be prepared for lots of children during your stay. In summary and on the whole though a wonderful and excellent holiday thankyou Hotel Sport team!! If I were to make two suggestions for the hotel , I would have preferred an adults only hour swim session at the end of each day 6pm to 7pm as lane swimming was almost impossible with the level of children playing in the water. The ski and boot room did not have enough warm boot racks. Hotel residents were placing non ski footwear on the warmer racks to “reserve” them for the day as everyday they were full. We took our boots back to the room each night to keep warm for the morning , again not the end of the world but worth mentioning.

Wonderful friendly service, great food and activities! Huge thank you to Germy, Francesco, Dirk, Joanna and all at Hotel Sport! Our second time at this hotel which we once again enjoyed fully. It’s perfect for families as it has lots of things to offer for all. Totally recommend it! Looking forward to staying again next year!

The hotel management and staff went out of their way to meet all my requests. The rooms are larger than typical ski hotel rooms. The ski bus stops are conveniently located outside the hotel taking just 6 mins into the centre. Breakfast and dinner were both impressive. Plenty of activities are present in the hotel that is well suited for families, couples and solo guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

A great hotel - so great we actually stayed an extra night! We are. Family of 5…2 adults and 3 sons. This hotel has so much to offer, close to the ski lifts, buying ski passes, fantastic restaurant, lots of non ski activities - bowling on site, large hall for football, great swimming pool, billiards….fantastic to be kept entertained! The staff are amazing! Each and every person we met were so friendly and helpful…reception, cleaners restaurant staff, John who helped us with our luggage et . Super helpful and fantastic customer service. We will go back..either before ski season has ended this year or even in spring/summer. Totally recommend. We stayed and had half board…food was wonderful and out boys loved the kids buffet. If you have kids, you will have a fantastic stay at this hotel. Can’t wait to go back!!!

This hotel has the potential of being a good choice for the area. It has great kids facilities although I don't think the hotel likes children very much. The hotel has been let down by appalling management and service. You might have a stress-free stay if you have no need to communicate with staff. However if you are unfortunate enough to have any needs or interactions with reception and/or management (especially Theresa), be prepared to have your experience turned upside down. Personally I would prefer to pay extra and stay in a hotel with a better customer service ethos and where the staff have been trained how to/not to speak to guests. It's very upsetting when management show little respect to their paying customers and are unable to show restraint when it comes to communication. (I would like to point out at this stage that there was one staff member - Sebastian - who I believe was delightful. He is new, young and probably not yet influenced by the hostile example of his colleagues).

Really convenient to have the bus stop just out front

Nice hotel at the main road with good amenities (only heath club needs some investment, as equipment partly old or nor owrking). Very friendly staff, good breakfast and a nice garden. Good value for money.

Wir waren als Familie hier. Zwei Erwachen ein 5 jähriger und ein Baby. Wir kommen immer wieder nach Klosters und dieses Hotel gibt es schon sehr lange. Jetzt wurde ein grosser Teil des Hotel renoviert und ist wieder auf dem letzten Stand. Essen, Sauberkeit, Betreuung und Infrastruktur sind für Familien geeignet. Das Spielzimmer, Kinderbowling wie auch das Hallenbad sind super. (Achtung im Hallenbad ist der Boden rutschig) Wir kommen wieder und bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Wir durften einige schöne Tage im Sporthotel Klosters verbringen. Ein wirklich sehr aufmerksames Team in allen Bereichen. Top Lage - sehr gutes Essen - schön renovierte Zimmer. Für Familien mit Kinder ein wahres Paradies. Das Hallenbad ist eines der schönsten die ich jemals vorgefunden habe. Das einzige Manko ist der Saunabereich. Leider ist der Ruhebereich nicht sehr einladend. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank liebe Theresa für deine offenen Worte. Auf dieses Team kannst du stolz sein.
