I cannot thank the staff at Keys Hotel enough for their incredible support and assistance during my recent stay. Unfortunately, I fell ill during the night, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. From providing me with necessary support to preparing hot soup and unsalted meals, the staff at Keys Hotel truly showed their compassion and dedication to customer service. They checked on me regularly and made sure I had everything I needed to feel better. I am so grateful for their kindness and understanding during a difficult time. The staff at Keys Hotel truly made an impression on me with their exceptional care and genuine concern for my well-being. Even on my depart early morning at 0200 h, the chef provided me with a packed breakfast. Thank you for all that you do, Keys Hotel staff! You are truly amazing. Really large hard pillows unable to sleep, despite getting them changed. The room was nice, large, but was on the front of the hotel and there was a lot of outside noise. There was a lot of fuss about the art in the hotel which felt unnecessary and pretentious especially when the basics have to be right so that the paying customer is comfortable. The staff were excellent is not a little overbearing lurking all the time. overall I felt a little claustrophobic. The outside space is small and the pool was tiny with 2 sunbeds in the shade overlooking the kitchen. no where to really relax and unwind and nothing to look at just an enclosed courtyard. It is a glorified guesthouse and definitely not worth the high prices we paid. Try the ginger house opposite nice outdoor space overlooking the water.

Отель оставил очень противоречивые впечатления. С одной стороны, он абсолютно очарователен - дизайн отеля, номеров, внутренний дворик - всё это умиляет и погружает в атмосферу отдыха и релакса. С другой стороны, очень много недостатков, которые могут перевесить достоинства. Например, в номерах очень холодно даже при выключенном кондиционере. Да и вообще везде постоянно работают кондиционеры, поэтому я не вылезала из теплой кофты с капюшоном. Не понравилось питание. Я понимаю, что это Индия, но обычно в крупных отелях есть и европейское меню. Здесь тоже были опции, но или все равно перченые и острые, или аля фаст-фуд (пицца и бургеры). В общем, если вы гастритик, язвенник или по какой-то иной причине ограничны в питании, то вам придется очень трудно. Персонал очень надменен (не все конечно, но общая масса), постоянно ощущение, что ты им что-то должен. Ну и последняя маленькая ремарка, говорящая об отношении и чуткости персонала: мы приехали в день рождения моего мужа и на чекине даже не услышали банального ”с днем рождения”. Впервые такое. Обычно как минимум словесно поздравят, как максимум пирожеными угостят)

The rooms are really comfortable with elegant view of backwaters and with a private balcony! You have everything inside the room.. a dining table, cozy couches, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, an electrical induction cooker, cutlery crockery etc.. I stayed in an apartment with living room, kitchen, two TVs, Two air conditioners and a lot of space.. wonderful stay just few Kms away from the city.. highly recommend this place..

LOCATION: While peaceful, the location on Willingdon Island is quite isolated from the main attractions of Fort Kochi DINE + DRINK: The hotel offers a variety of dining options, ranging from traditional Kerala cuisine to international fare. The restaurants receive praise for their delectable dishes and attentive service. The THARAVADU restaurant is a great place to try local cuisine and the VASCO DE GAMA bar is a very characterful old-world pub located on the first floor. A perfect place to catch a game on the Telly while grabbing your favorite drink. ROOM: We stayed in Room 202, which was a SUITE ROOM, so this review is based on that; SIZE: The suite is quite spacious with a separate living room and big bedroom area. The whole suite is tastefully furnished with fine wood, and equipped with modern amenities. The attention to detail in the decor, which incorporates local elements, adds to the overall ambiance; VIEW: Sweet view of the courtyard; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Very dated bathroom with a tiny Bath-tub shower!; TOILETRIES: Good spa-quality toiletries FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a very limited range of weights(primarily dumbbells) and Cardio machines. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV (one each in the living room and bedroom!) dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

Great resort, spectacular views of the lake. Excellent staff, always ready to help. Food is very good. Very good fish restaurant and great breakfast buffet with lots of delicious options. Very good pool. Canal measures 120m superb for swimming and large pool with water falls. All very well maintained garden. Will definitely go back. Prices are very reasonable. We did payment through a bank transfer which for an European is unusual but seemed to work OK.
