This place is fantastic, they gave us a great room, the staff was fantastic and would most definitely come back here.

Ao this hotel was good and not good at the same time. The night desk manager was confused when we came in with booking through trip.com, they had to call their manager to ask how to deal with us. I had to wait for almost 40mins before we were able to get our room. Then they changed me extra for the 3rd person even though the room included 3 breakfast. But trip.com made it right for me. There was so much mosquito in each room. We have to keep asking them to spray the room. Location for this hotel is great. The beach is beautiful and the head bellboy or Beach boy was very helpful.

Hotel is located on the beach line, in the main building rooms are spacious and clean.

Chef in kitchen on egg station was extremely rude and I had to speak to guest relations manager twice about his attitude. It didn't help and he still smirked while ignoring me chatting to him to get more waffles made for the waffle station

We booked Thai House Cottage. The house is not big, but cozy. We had sea view. The location is great, the breakfast was ok, variety of food. You can also enjoy fire show at 8pm

Right in the middle of Sai Kaew beach, where most of the action and food is. My room was loft type didn’t like the bathroom downstairs but spacious upstairs. Food wasn’t great but plenty of restaurants around the area to try.

I always stay at this hotel, coz the price-quality ratio is the best.

Location was good!! There was restaurant really close to the hotel and we enjoyed so much chilling at there!! Night time is nice also. Sound of wave and music was matched with situation. Breakfast was also good.

The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Great locations right on the beach with access to restaurants, cafes and massages nearby. The only issue I had was I booked a room that showed a balcony in the photos but on check-in, the room was without a balcony. They said it was an issue with trip loading the wrong pictures. A bit deceptive.
