Amazing hotel. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. Champagne and fresh juice as much as you wanted. I got a lobster roll and eggs Benedict. Amazing! Hotel room couldn’t of been better! The jacuzzi bath perfection. Hotel couldn’t do any more. We even bought the robe and flip flops they were that comfy. Overall the hotel was lush. Would 10000% stay again. The pools and beach were so quiet which was fantastic.

Best experience with our private pool room suite Room is so spacious and with your own infinity pool overlooking the ocean it is just magical and mystical Th staff are absolutely welcoming and go over and beyond to help you have the best stay Although communication isn’t the best they try to understand and accommodate your personal preferences Cannot name all the staff there but all of them from the main boss down to security guard just will do everything to make you happy A mention to Mr Joe, he always was there to help us enjoy our stay and even gave us a personal tour to our wonderful buffet seafood dinner, thanks Joe Also San and Joe for our special anniversary dinner which you designed so we could have it on the beach which almost didn’t happen because of the weather The girls in restaurant and the top chef making our meals All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay most memorable Thank you all for your welcoming arms We wish you all good health hope to see you all again Angela and Bill Mihalakis room 108

Была на Пхукете в далеком 2014. безумно понравился Тай! Влюбилась. после Индонезии с подругой решили все же поехать в Таиланд! но теперь через Пхукет на Самуи и Панган! что ж ! 6 лет прошло! а тай изменился. Пхукет стал дико руссским, бездушным,никаким. туристическим одним словом! благо был всего 1 день и мы на утро стартанули на Самуи. ехать с Пхукета минимум 5 часов по скучной дороге. ждать паром час. и плыть мин 40. и вот мы на Самуи! едем еще час до отеля по бездорожью.. ну в целом, первые впечатления, че то не то( приехали в отель. Здрасьте приехали. номер без балкона.... дышать нечем.. душно. в номере пахнет могнолией(ненавижу ее) утро.. завтрак. так себе. но голодным не останетесь. кофе на любой вкус. горячее, салаты. из фруктов арбуз вкусный и дыня не ок).. ну все. и да. русских 80%. будьте готовы! Тагил ждет вас))) другое дело остров Панган.. но это уже совсем др история.)

The service is impeccable. Everyone at the resort is kind and helpful. So many great little details that are unique to the hotel like “surprise of the day” and snacks throughout the day. The resort is big and has its own price beach where you can jet ski and many other water sports. There’s also a beach club and many other entertainment facilities. I’ll definitely come back!

Location is highly strategic, cleanliness is excellent, and the rooftop infinity pool is breathtaking. But the best part of staying in Cosi is Khun Cartoons at front desk; she is one-of-a-kind, her smile, personality, and service spirit. are in different level. She deserves a promotion and a hefty raises. The hotel is very lucky to have her on the team. Definitely return to see her again.

We met as 4 couples from different sides of the world in this little resort. From day one we were made to feel welcome by the hotel staff. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. They were cleaned daily and water provided. The restaurant area is right next to the beach. So easy to have food and drinks then look out to the water. The breakfast daily was simple but substantial. The sun loungers were ample and daily we would sit out on the beach. The sea was shallow where we were but just a short walk it was deeper. Plus we had the pool. We were able to walk to the local mini mart for supplies and 10 minutes we were in Chaweng town where there were plentiful restaurants of all types. So at least our resort was tucked away from the noisy bustle of the town. This resort is a diamond amidst the larger more expensive ones. The island of Koh Samui has changed alot since I last came here. But the people are always so friendly day and it has a special charm of it's own. Can't recommend Samui Natien highly enough for a beautiful getaway.

We stayed in a King Pool View room which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Amaya Restaurant was excellent. There were many options for breakfast and the meals were great. Prego Italian Restaurant was exceptional, both in terms of food and service. Couldn't fault any of the Amari staff. Fantastic service and friendly smiles from everyone including Management, Reception, Restaurant staff, Spa staff, Road Crossing staff, Maintenance and Housekeeping. Special mentions go to the lovely hosts Wee and Keng who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped us with anything we needed to know. Also Noung who we nicknamed ”the hardest working man in Thailand”. He never stopped as he worked tirelessly in Amaya Restaurant and around the hotel grounds. The resort was a little away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk into the centre of town. Would recommend Amari to anybody thinking of staying at Chaweng and look forward to returning there in the future.

I read many reviews about this resort and studied the Mantra Samui website, but never learned until after I booked (4 nights stay) my room that they had cancelled , during Covid, the regular shuttle that took guests down the hill to Fisherman Villa. I learned this because I called the hotel before my trip to ask some questions and also ask how to reserve a place on their shuttle. The resort does have one auto/driver that will drive you down to the bottom of the hill if it is there, and if it is not picking up someone at the airport. The shuttle delivers you directly to the bottom of the hill, is pretty much is just a local road. Then you can wave down a taxi and negotiate the price. Some fun! The Mantra Sumai should update their website to say the regular shuttle has been cancelled, and replaced by their maybe available one car. Continuing my story... We booked a massage at another hotel that is about 20 minutes away, and gave ourselves one hour to get there. So the night before we reserved to get the ride down to the bottom of the hill for the next day afternoon. When we went to reception, we were informed there was an accident, which was a flat tire, and the tire 'might' be fixed in half an hour and then another 20 minutes to get back to the Mantra. They apparently felt no responsibility to contact us. Just wait for the guests to show up and then tell them. They felt no responsibility to call the driver for any update. They then offered to call a taxi, but that would take about 20 minutes to arrive. Also when you call a taxi there is no opportunity for negotiation. My hour was dwindling. Well 20 is better than maybe 30 + 20 minutes. So they called the taxi. Luckily the Mantra driver showed up after 15 minutes, and the taxi was cancelled. My conclusion, after all the interfaces with reception, is they have a poor sense of responsibility and lacking the ability for logical thinking to provide a good guest experience. There are other examples beyond the above. Our suite room was in good condition, and everything functioning. Well, except the phone did not work, but I did not need that. The suite has a king size bed and a separate built in bed in the back of the living room. OK, so 4 people can stay. But the flaw in the suites is there is only a 2 person love seat to sit on. There is no chair, and no desk. It is no fun to use your laptop when the coffee table level is below your knees. A simple 4 leg table for a desk, and a simple chair would be nice, and not cost very much. They do have an on-site co-work room somewhere, but I did not use it. I think it is an extra cost and I did not have that much work to do anyway. The highlight of the Mantra Samui was the included breakfast. There are many cooked to order choices plus a buffet of juices, fruits, cereals, yogurt, pastries, and several breads you can toast yourself. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Samui, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel's location is stunning, nestled on a hillside overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Thailand. The views from my room were breathtaking, especially at sunset when the sky was painted in shades of orange and pink. The room itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, and the private balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The culinary offerings at the hotel were exceptional. I dined at several of the on-site restaurants, each offering a diverse menu of delicious dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether I was craving Thai cuisine, seafood, or international fare, there was something to satisfy every palate. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's infinity pool, which seemed to blend seamlessly with the ocean beyond. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind, with attentive staff on hand to cater to my every need. Overall, my time at the Hyatt Regency Samui was nothing short of magical.
