This hotel lives up to the standards of a Luxury Hotel. We were very impressed with the staff at the Hotel. There is a Chinese service at the front desk.Miss PeiPei`s service is very good.She speaks Chinese very well. We would like to return to this hotel if we have hte chance to experience a wonderful holiday.

Recently stayed at Centara for our honeymoon and it was indeed the best hotel we stayed in Koh Samui. Was greeted by Mr Neil and his staff during our check in. We had a really comfortable stay and staff were always ready to assist with any request. Love the idea of “surprise of the day” button in the room, where they deliver different types of chocolate each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. We went to salt society restaurant for two consecutive nights as they serve high quality food with big portions. It was also refreshing to try out so many salt flavors for our meal. Overall, my stay at Centara was nothing short of exceptional with their great hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel!

Charming, secluded luxury escape. The staff, and the service overall, were attentive, friendly and always eager to help. Although slightly remote, it’s only a short taxi away from more lively areas if that’s what you want. The hotel itself is peaceful and perfect for ‘unplugging’. It’s not part of an international chain and that adds to the charm, with a friendly local feeling. It also means it’s slightly more rustic than your typical chain too. We took a boat trip arranged through the hotel which was excellent. They also hired and delivered scooters for us at competitive rates. Probably the highlight was the in-villa bbq which was sensational. The food here really is good, with plenty of local options too. Although the onsite dining options may appear limited online, each of the 3 locations really delivered with extensive and varied menus. A great stay.

My stay at this hotel was amazing. Sala offers a commutable 10 minute walking distance to local bars and restaurants while maintaining a serene ambiance shielded from the noise and nightlife of the Chaweng area. I was warned by friends that Chaweng was unfavourable for living due to its proximity to the airport, but the room is well sound proofed and completely silent. I was surprise by the space and depth of the personal pool as it was bigger than the images suggested and offered a great place to swim late at night after a day in the heat and was completely private from the other guests. The food was great. Breakfast was available through delivery or in the restaurant. They high-quality food, coupled with a daily menu offered delightful variations. Staff even ensured my breakfast was delivered before my early check-out, so I was able to catch my departing flight with good timing. The staff were friendly, polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. They offered communication via telephone or via message through a downloadable app - so it was easy to communicate any of our needs from the room or on the go. The beachfront pool is a little small and ideal for guests with children, whereas adults can make use of sea-side loungers, free kayak rentals, a great bar and swimming in the sea. In summary, this room offers a perfect blend of convenience, luxury, and tranquility. Whether you're looking to explore the local nightlife or simply unwind in style, it provides an exceptional experience. I hope I can return in the future!

Fantastic stay here. Really loved it. Swim up pool room is beautiful. Really friendly helpful staff with nice finishing touches and very helpful. Later checkout was requested with no issues. Like that they give extra bath towels for fresh towel after each wash. Perfect location, 10min walk into town. 7/11 right outside and laundry. Really would come back and recommend. Beach is beautiful white sand, quite but a good quiet. Thank you Sareeraya

Lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat bandar Chaweng, jadi jalan kaki sikit. Kolam renang di dalam bilik adalah lebih daripada cukup untuk 2 orang dewasa, tetapi kolam renang utama hotel agak nipis. Kolam renang tidak sebaik hotel lain di tepi laut. Biliknya besar, wifi cepat, dan katilnya selesa. Terdapat banyak nyamuk di kawasan kolam celup, dan tandas juga agak janggal kerana tidak tertutup sepenuhnya. Hanya ada kepala pancuran, tiada kain lap pergigian dan bekalan pembersihan lain, jadi jangan lupa bawa sendiri. Sarapan pagi mengenyangkan, tapi jangan minta banyak sangat, ragam pun tak banyak. Pantai yang bertentangan dengan hotel ini sangat cetek dan jelas, jadi sangat selamat untuk bermain dengan kanak-kanak. Kakitangan hotel sangat sopan dan rakan sekerja kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga sangat membantu.

Saya tinggal di sini selama beberapa malam dan menikmati masa saya di sini. Bilik-bilik adalah unit yang berasingan dan anda perlu berjalan sedikit ke kawasan sarapan. Kolam renangnya bagus dan mempunyai pemandangan indah ke atas air. Pada waktu pagi sebenarnya terdapat banyak air laut untuk berenang, kerana bahagian lain di pulau itu mungkin tidak mempunyai sebarang air pada waktu pagi kerana air pasang yang berubah-ubah. Kakitangan adalah mesra dan sangat membantu! Ingin kembali lagi!

I got the suite with the pool, it does not look like the photos. I had a pretty high traffic area where my pool faced, and there’s loud music at the restaurant next door, last thing I wanted when I was hoping for isolation after 8 weeks of rough work on the road. A door was missing in my bedroom and maintenance had to come reinstall it on my second day. Spa never had an availability during my stay, and buggies are required to go anywhere in the park (unless roaming in the heat is your thing). The service was slow at times (I’d often come back to my room and see room service plates stacked outside for a later cleanup) - but my room was meticulously cleaned each day and the buggy staff were incredibly friendly.

This is by far the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at. Me and my wife celebrated our honeymoon here and it was perfect. The resort is perfect and large but don’t worry, the staff are more than willing to buggy you around everywhere. The breakfast is amazing and again everyone has such a nice smile on their faces. But the best thing was, they upgraded us to a villa with a pool and complimentary dinner at their beautiful restaurant that overlooks a hill. The location, staff, service and villas are all perfect and we could definitely not have asked for more. Word of advice either stay here for your whole trip or end your trip here because the six senses do really set the standards very high and no where else will feel the same. 10/10 !

Kesan lokasi, keluasan kawasan, keluasan resort mesti disifatkan sebagai gah. Terasa seperti saya telah memasuki dunia lain yang dikelilingi oleh gunung, pokok besar dan pantai dengan pemandangan laut yang luas. Pulau-pulau besar dan kecil berbaris di hadapan bilik melihat. Semuanya membuatkan anda melupakan kekacauan kehidupan seharian. Kedamaian jiwa dan rasa alam yang sebenar. Ini adalah tempat yang semua orang harus datang dan meninggalkan huru-hara selama beberapa hari.
