Amazing resort! Couldn't Reccommend it highly enough! I see the effort of the staff every day with the fruit and water around the pool to all guests and the environment so well kept. They even provide a small treat before sleep on the bed waiting and throughout our stay the upmost care and attention to all needs of their customers. We stayed in the pool villa 2 bedroom style house and it was unbelievable. The Chinese new year spread and events were also very nice as we live in China as expats! Really wish people to pay attention to this resort! 5☆

The good: my room was very clean, modern, great condition, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, great shower, good toiletries, robes and slippers provided. Housekeeping came daily. View of the beach from room was very nice. Free shuttle to Lamai city. Some stores, bars, restaurants within walking distance plus lots more available in the city via the free shuttle. The hotel doesn’t allow lounge chairs to be reserved before a certain hour so you don’t have to worry about every seat being taken before the sun is up.
The bad: they advertise having a private beach and I paid a premium to be on the beach but this beach is disgusting. A dumping ground for plastic bottles and other trash. The hotel does seemingly nothing to maintain it. There are elevators but they go to half floors so there is no way around taking stairs which is a pain in the heat and if you have luggage. Breakfast didn’t have enough continental breakfast options - that’s just a personal preference. Also much of the breakfast buffet has no covers and there are gnats buzzing around the food. Little bugs and ants everywhere around the pool area. Pool not particularly clean.

Плюсы:
1. Отличная локация, рядом несколько достопримечательностей, красивый пляж (но купаться аккуратно - много камней), много кафе и магазинов в шаговой доступности.
2. Просторные номера, качественная мебель, ультра новая и чистая сантехника, большая терраса.
3. Заселили раньше 14:00, приветственные напитки, провожают в номер, объясняют, как пользоваться цифровым замком и пр.
4. В отеле очень тихо, красивая территория, глубокий бассейн.
Зоны для развития:
1. Немного странный подход к уборке - могут не зайти, даже если ставишь табличку с просьбой убраться. Оставляют воду на террасе и все.
2. Слабоватые завтраки - относительно небольшой выбор, фрукты часто заветреные / неспелые (и это в Таиланде!), кофе - только американо, на станции, где готовят яйца, часто нет сотрудников.
3. Хотелось бы более качественных лежаков - они пластиковые и старые, лежать жестко и неудобно.

Сначала о минусах, так как их нужно вспоминать.
Наверное основной - дорога рядом, мои окна выходили на дорогу (я зажал доплатить за номера на против, с офигенными видом на бассейн и море, решил, что меня большую часть времени все равно не будет в номере), отсюда был шум, шумоизоляция окон отсутствует от слова совсем. Иногда даже беруши не спасали (но это редко, только когда отбитый на голову мотоциклист решил показать всем, на сколько он умный, ночью шуметь). Второй минус, моего конкретно номера, был подтекающий бачок унитаза, иногда удавалось с ним справиться, иногда нет. Но я догадался сказать об этом персоналу только при выезде. Это раздражало, но не сильно. На этом с минусами все.
Плюсы и эмоции.

Невероятно дружелюбные и милые сотрудники отеля. Номера чистые, каждый день предлагают воду чай и тп, если надо уберутся в номере. Никаких насекомых в номере замечено не было, ни муравьёв, ни клопов, даже гикончики не скрашивали моё одиночество)
Хороший и чистый бассейн, территория чистая, ухоженная. Все при деле. Ночью дежурный сотрудник, я у него оставлял ключ, чтобы не носить с собой и не потерять. Тут же можно арендовать байк, но меня отговорили, так как у меня опыта вождения нет от слова вообще. Также отговорили в прокатной компании) не хотели, чтобы я разбился. Грустно, но спасибо за заботу. До моря пешком, минут 10 наверное. Не могу сказать, что близко, но и не сильно устал ходить.
В общем, если я когда-то ещё окажусь на Самуй, с большой вероятностью остановлюсь в этом отеле.

I absolutely love this place—it feels like home. The room is spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating. While I’ve noticed some people complain about the breakfast variety, I think it’s perfectly fine. They offer an egg station, sausage, bread, cereal, Thai dishes with rice, a salad bar, fruit, juice, and more. Personally, I don’t eat much breakfast, so it works well for me. That said, if you’re expecting a grand breakfast spread, it might not fully meet your expectations. On top of that, they have a swimming pool and a 24-hour fitness center, which I really appreciate. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! ❤️

Очень уютный отель прям на живописном пляже Ламай. Жили в номере на 2 этаже. Есть еще и бунгало.
Плюсы: убираются каждый день; очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал; в номере есть все необходимое ( вода, мыльные принадлежности, растворимый кофе); сейф; на пляже бесплатные лежаки и зонтики для постояльцев.
Минусы: ремонт старенький, полотенца очень застиранные, хоть и меняют каждый день, телевизор старого образца, кто его смотрит.

I had to change rooms after I realised I was getting bitten by bed bugs. No apology only ( we dont know unless people tell us).
Second room also had bed bugs.
Morning check out they did not say thank you for staying or any greeting. When my transport turned up there was no goodbye come again or any such words.
I would expect for the prices a little more acknowledgement from the staff. Even the breakfast check in guy was just slumped over and disinterested.
Big manager man never said hello even though I smiled.....lucky his wife was bright and lovely. Great spot and facilities though.

VViktorРасположение: нужно сразу понимать что потребуется транспорт. В пешей доступности есть пара кафе, но мы в них не ходили, народу в них тоже не наблюдалось, ну разве что пару раз видели несколько фарангов, которые завтракали. Репорт предлагает доставку на пляж и обратно по определенным часам. Про цену не помню: то ли бесплатно, то ли за символическую платную совсем низкую. Завтраки тоже предлагали заказывать с доставкой на виллу: это конечно дороже, чем в обычном кафе, но все же доступно. Мы этой услугой не пользовались, так как пришлось бы заранее планировать время завтрака (зачем?). Пляж… мы проживали во время дневных отливов, потому ничего хорошего про море не скажу, а сам пляж чистый и почти безлюдный.
Сюрпризы: бронировали виллу с тремя спальнями и гостиной + бассейн. При просмотре фото номеров ( во время бронирования) никак не мог понять расположение комнаты а также не мог понять приватность бассейна. Будет ли бассейн только нашими или его надо будет делить с гостями из какой-то другой виллы. Даже в Гугл мапс «погулял», но так до конца и не понял. По прибытию Приятно удивило то, что эта самая вилла состоит из двух отдельных домовую между которыми расположен бассейн ( не маленький, средних размеров). Один дом состоит из двух спален с отдельными входами и отдельными сан узлами, а другой дом сострит из огромной гостиной, столовой, кухни и спальни + 2 сан узла. Грандиозно! Еще патио.
Из минусов: не очень стабильный wi fi, телевизор задумчивый. Пожалуй все. Еще кондиционеры не так быстро охлаждают, как хотелось бы, но это вина конструктива зданий. Огромная площадь остекления которое выполнено в одиночном исполнении из дерева. Угли в будущем поставить нормальный алюминиевые конструкции со стеклопакетами, то можно будет добиться лучшего эффекта от кондиционеров+ сэкономить на электроэнергии и улучшить звукоизоляцию. Тем не менее кондиционеры вполне справляются со своей задачей. Практически всегда было тихо.
В целом все ок. Денег своих это место стоит. Хозяйка по имени Лана очень доброжелательна и безупречно говорит на русском.

The restaurant although is lacking in quality other than the breathtaking view of the island it doesn’t have food to compliment it. My girlfriend got really sick after eating the tom yum goong shrimp where she was bedridden and had to puke multiple times. The breakfast buffet also does not offer much for a 5 star resort and is very basic. Overall this is a great stay if you are a couple, the highlights of the mantra samui is the breathtaking view and the infinity pool and gym also the rooms which are spacious and clean.
The lowlights are the restaurant and the location which makes it hard to get out of the resort unless you have a rental car.

ZZ&HMy wife and I chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and looking back, I’m so glad we did. The free and varied water activities, the friendly and patient staff (almost all of whom speak excellent English), and the simple yet delicious food left a lasting impression on me. From start to finish, there was hardly anything to be dissatisfied with.
We stayed for two nights in different types of rooms. On the second night, we stayed in a pool villa. The initial room we were assigned didn't have the view we saw in the website photos, so my wife asked if we could switch rooms. To our surprise, the staff checked briefly and then upgraded us for free to a room with the best sea view we’ve ever seen. I can hardly describe how beautiful the view was with my limited vocabulary. My wife and I both agreed that we will definitely come back, maybe for a week or even a month next time. If you want to quietly enjoy the beach, sea view, and a private pool, choosing this place will not disappoint you.
By the way, I really liked the welcome drink at the beginning and the scented sachet they gave us when we left. The coconut-flavored snacks in the lobby were also very delicious; I would grab one almost every time I passed by.

TTba_worldOverall it feels like a 3 star hotel. Decent breakfast. The restaurant on the beach is very romantic however this requires the staff members to clear up the sunbeds about 4:30pm which is disturbing. Small pool. On the beach however the water is really shallow so you can’t really swim. Mainly polite staff members. There is also a mosquito problem so we were advised not to open the balcony doors so there is no point to have a room with a balcony if you can’t really enjoy it. Great location.

AAA perfect staycation! You literally got everything you need in the resort for 3 days of activities and chill - pools , snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, yoga and more! Best resort experience ever.
The exchange of exclusivity is this resort is distance away from the main road and busy districts, but the shuttle service or grab will get you to wherever you want to go ( p.s. transportation is expensive in Koh Samui

My villa exceeded all expectations. Perched on the edge of the azure sea, it offered panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding islands. The interior design was elegant and refined, with every amenity imaginable to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The private infinity pool and spacious terrace provided the perfect setting for relaxation and contemplation.
