It was amazing experience. Staff is so polite and nice, amazing food Taste, and quality. The rooms are well maintained. The location is good near Airport. At Reception Subhajit was always ensuring our needs Thank you so much for everything.

Overall the hotel is near and clean. I got a room that was better than my expectations. Especially the front office staff Subhajit Das is very helpful and cooperative. I love their dinning space as well as the food quality. I recommend this hotel for everyone and it's very near Airport 1no. Gate.

I have been there quite a few times. Rooms are tidy,clean,well decorated and maintained and the bathroom as well. This hotel is at a stone thow distance form the airport. I would advice not to opt for their pick up and drop service because they chaarge humongous amount for such a little distace, except that all other services provided by them are commendable, especially i would like to mention the name of the Front office staff i.e. Subhajit Das. He has been really cordial, cooperative and helpful, he left no stone unturned to provide us with the best services.

This is the third time we stayed at stayotel, reason being the proximity to airport and reasonable amenities and services. But this was by far the worst stay - the room and all the bedding was damp and felt like hasn’t been aired out in a long time. The fridge and ac weren’t working and we had to contact the hotel services multiple times to repair the ac and change our rooms. The food items we wanted to order from room service menu weren’t available either forcing us to order food from elsewhere and collect it. The breakfast buffet was no up to the mark with very few things that were worth eating. All in all it felt like due to lack of people visiting the hotel is not putting much efforts in maintaining and improving its services. The only plus was that we were allowed a late check out albeit some extra charges.

Rooms okay but bathroom was smelly. In the morning cigarette smell was coming in the bathroom. Since i checked out earlier than breakfast timings, had requested for breakfast kit which they organized, but wasn't allowed to eat either in the restaurant or at the lobby, which was rather unusual. Staff aren't so cooperative, overall. I'm surprised it is rated high.

Great management and efficient service. The in-house restaurant serves good food, has a lovely banquet, and the upper floor rooms have beautiful views. Definitely recommended for business travelers looking for a place to stay near the airport.

Very nice stay.Every staff of that hotel are very helpful,they actually know how to treat a guest.I visited there quite a few times because I always get a very warm welcome by them.Foods are delicious.Rooms are cleaned properly.Near to airport.Highly recommended.Specially mention Front desk staff Akash and Somen are very well mannered and helpfull...

Excellent. I enjoyed my stay at Stayotel kolkata, the rooms were clean washroom was very cdecent. The food quality was good. All the frontdesk staffs including the manager were courteous, friendly and humble. You could literally feel the warmth of hospitality.Definitely visit next time
