Very clean high standard room. Beautiful view. Amazing staff. First impression was very good when I was met with the receptionist at 10:00. She tried her best to grant our request 10 out of 10. what I did not like is when I was sleeping 14:00. the house keeping shouted at the room while I was sleeping. when I told her I have corporate membership and I work at night. she tried to discuss with me its wrong. and woke me up two times. even though because of the other good service I did not think about this as a problem at all!

It was our first time in Norway and in Kongsberg, and we were really impressed. Upon arrival there is paid parking available in the garage underneath. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet was large with quality food. Every afternoon they severed coffee which was followed by soup in the evening. As far as activities, many things are within walking distance and the mall is right next door. A wonderful stay and would absolutely stay again.

From the warm reception to the spectacular breakfast (see photos), this hotel is a winner. The parking is underneath and easily accessible via elevator right to your floor. Staff is helpful and personable. Rooms (with AC) were comfortable and immaculate. Gorgeous renovation.

This is a beautiful new hotel not far away from the old town of Kongsberg. We were driving through on our way to Gardermoen Oslo Airport and decided to stay. The ride to the airport on the next day took us about 1.5 hours (on a weekend day.) The hotel is tastefully decorated and the room had all we needed. A comfortable bed, big TV screen, wifi, coffee/tea station, ironing equipment. The only thing that was missing was a working desk, but maybe that was because we ended up in a family room. The double, collapsible bunk bed looked very stylish and comfortable, Should be a good place to go with kids. The bathroom is smallish but modern, clean and functional. Soundproofing is great so we really had a good night´s sleep. Loved the breakfast and the decoration of the breakfast room. We went up to the gym which has a nice view over the town, but didn´t use it. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. There is underground parking which costs extra. Shops are a close walk away and if you have the time, do go for a walk to the old church over the bridge. It doesn´t take long and the area is quite pretty.

When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by a very nice receptionist without feeling that it was "small". Got a room on the 7th floor right by the lift with a view over the river. Much less noise from the traffic outside this time, which I am very happy about! The bathroom is large, and I am satisfied that you can also regulate the heat and air conditioning in the room! :) Large and comfortable bed, clean and tidy everywhere which also gives an extra star! :) The breakfast, fika, evening meal were absolutely lovely and are absolutely worth the price! The only negative is that it is poorly soundproofed, so if you are a light sleeper, it can be difficult considering all the traffic in Kongsberg.. It can also be a bit difficult to find..

Brand new hotel with fantastic service! The food is also very good, with a large breakfast, afternoon snack and evening meal included in the stay. Six minutes' drive to the ski resort, and parking with charging facilities in the basement.
