47 km to the north from Kouvola, Lake Lovasjärvi 30 m (length 5 km, width 4 km), hard gravel bottom, pier, and rowing boat.

Planed log cabin, built in 2009, living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, and loft (13 m², sloping ceiling, max. height 190 cm) with double bed and 1 bed (with a folding door). The cabin also has a washroom, balcony, and terrace.

There is a separate lakeside sauna building (20 m²) built in 2000, and partially renovated in 2009. It has a sauna, fireplace room, electric lights, and electric heating. The lakeside sauna is located 20 meters from the shore. Outdoor toilet.

A small sleeping shed with a sofa bed for two (unfolded 160 x 200). It has electricity but no heating.

Storerooms are used only by the owner. Outside the summer, the owner's cat occasionally visits the cabin. Cozy cabin on the shore of clearwater lake. Living room/kitchen has a stove-oven combo. The cabin is equipped with mechanical ventilation. The washroom includes a WC and shower cubicle. There is an alcove and loft on the upper floor.

The yard remains in its natural state, featuring sandy areas and a diverse forest. Lake Lovasjärvi is a clean, clear, and fish-rich lake (vendace, pike, perch, trout, whitefish). It is a sheltered and peaceful location. The destination has its own well, providing water for the sauna through a pump.
