Extremely comfortable stay with very good atmosphere all around. The staffs were very friendly and courteous. The food was nice. Did take a stroll through the gym which was well equipped and also had a full time trainer. All together it was a good experience

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room we stayed in, had been renovated and was neat and clean- so was the bathroom. We didn't opt for the buffet breakfast but did have a dosa each on the day we checked out- was ok and reasonably priced. The only negatives I found was a smell of cigarette smoke in our room - the room should have been aired properly while cleaning. Also I feel the hotel should keep bottles of mineral water rather that their old bottles of drinking water. The location is perfect for those visiting the city. I would deduct one star for the cons mentioned but it was overall a pleasant experience.

I stayed a couple of times in Hotel park residency in Koyilandy and would like to say that it exceeds my expectations in every which way.As a hotelier .my expectations in mild and the executive bar in first floor was amazing they served light food are more than fulfilled. Nice location plus very friendly staff very clean.and beautiful rooms the house keeping staff know my needs they always replace my towel slippers and soap etc.. Staff at reception is very pleasing and friendly especially. Abhijith such professional and kind I welcomed warmly received on arrival the operation manager very professional and he given me a personalized service and special care I highly recommend this hotel especially who traveling to Kozhikode to Kanoor

Best place to stay if you're tired of riding/driving towards wayanad. Location is peaceful. Really nice hotel and food. Amenities are really clean and neat. Room service peoples are damn cool.

The service staff was excellent from the watchman to the bell boy to the manager especially Mr.Shyju and Mr. Muthu. The room was small but well maintained. The general cleanliness was good, but commode in the bathroom could have been cleaner. Had to ask for the brush and toothpaste. Suggestion is that a full length mirror in the room could have been good. Locker was not available in the room. Overall nice expereince especially if you are looking for a temporary stay.
