Hotel Dengan Pools di Hunan, China

One of the best hotels I stayed at in China. Staff were incredible and spoke great English. They helped us basically plan and book our entire trip in Zhangjiajie, facilitating the bookings for the national park, Tianmen mountain and Grand Canyon. They even gave us a discount, I cannot recommend them enough. Room was huge and clean, and had the best shower I’ve ever been in. Not directly located in Wulingyuan but a 10 minut Didi into Wulingyuan downtown.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! 💛 From the very moment we arrived, we were met at the airport — everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and done with great care. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our requests — they even prepared vegetarian meals for us, and we’re especially grateful to the chefs for that 🙏 If it weren’t for the hotel staff, we would have definitely gotten lost in the park — they thoughtfully planned out the entire route through all the attractions for us, making everything clear and convenient. The room itself was just amazing! 😍 It turned out to be even better than in the photos — warm floors, heated mattress pads, perfectly clean, bright, and very quiet. Everything we needed was provided, and you can really feel the genuine care for the guests. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for your attention, kindness, and hospitality. ✨ We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

I ordered food late at night and there was no robot to deliver it to the room, so I called the front desk if they could bring it to the room. They refused and told me to get it myself. After going to the lobby I see the receptionist talking to the assistant, both of them are clearly not busy. Sure, I can get the food myself but when I'm paying the price for an Intercontinental hotel I would expect top tier service. And I've had hotel assitants bring the food to my room in chinese hotels that costs less than half the price of this one. Besides that, the hotel looked nice, and the room was good. The location is not really great if you plan to walk anywhere, but with a taxi it's acceptable. The view is pretty good if your room is facing south. Facing north (even with river view) it's not that spectacular.

Stayed for 1 night on Dec 24th 2025. 1 - They provided a room upgrade for me and my wife. WONDERFUL. 2 - Food selection (during breakfast) is very good, much betteer than the other Hilton hotel (Home2 Suites By Hilton Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain). 3 - The view of this upgraded room is impecable. I can see the Tian Men Shan ”Hole” straight from the hotel room. See picture below. Able to view the sunset as well. 4 - The staff is very friendly, accompany and help us to carry the luggage to our room. At our request, personally (not through using robot) delivered a cup of milk to our room, for us to make milk tea. They also gave us a fruit plate upon our arrival. Bottom line, this is a very nice hotel. The only shortcoming I feel is the hotel location, measured from the Zhang Jia Jie City area, making Mei Duan food delivery order a lot more inconvenient, Other than that, I really can't find any fault. If given choice, I would choose to stay a few more nights at this hotel, rather than the other Hilton hotel in the ZZJ city area.

This hotel went above and beyond during my stay. Rain who first greeted us was helpful from the very beginning of the stay until the very end. The hotel provided a detailed route for the Zhangjiajie National Park and even provided transportation to the park and pick up once completed. In addition they assisted with the luggage during check in and check out. If flying or riding into Zhangjiajie, the hotel does offer setting up transportation to and from the hotel if needed at a very reasonable fee. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast and complimentary tea with the tea master, who was also amazing at making the stay feel very welcoming. Once the tea master and Rain found out it was my birthday they made my day one to remember. The tea master wrote me a congratulatory calligraphy scroll and set up a cake with Rain to be given to me as well. The hotel also offered activities every evening. On the day I was able to attend, they taught me how to make peach cookies which was so fun and delicious. The tea master also showed us how to do calligraphy while we waited for the cookies to be baked. Rain set up a Wechat with the staff where I was able to conveniently pre order dinner, which was super delicious. My favorite was the eggplant with pork. I can't express in enough words how everyone here made the stay the most enjoyable. For anyone visiting Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend staying here. I wish I could have spent more nights here to enjoy the entire resort such as the heated pool and sunset terrace.

I would like to thank the entire hotel team who helped me a lot to plan my stay in 张家界。 The hotel helped me book my tickets to visit 天门山，张家界森林公园，张家界大峡谷。 They gave me very useful advice on interesting places to visit, transportation to use. For my part, I have often used the taxi to visit the sites (most are 30 minutes away by taxi, except for 张家界大峡谷 located an hour away by taxi) but you can take the bus as well. The hotel really corresponds to my expectations, the room benefitted from a view of the mountain. I also used the fairly well-equipped fitness room every day and the washing machines accessible at any time of the day. Breakfast from 6:30 a.m. is also quite rich. In short, I am fully satisfied with this hotel and I recommend it to all family or lonely travellers like me. je tiens à remercier toute l'équipe de l'hôtel qui m'a beaucoup aidé pour planifier mon séjour à 张家界。L'hôtel m'a aidé à réserver mes tickets pour visiter 天门山，张家界森林公园，张家界大峡谷。Ils m'ont donné des conseils très utiles sur les endroits intéressants à visiter, les transports à utiliser. Pour ma part, j'ai souvent utilisé le taxi pour visiter les sites (la plupart sont à 30 minutes en taxi, sauf pour 张家界大峡谷 situé à une heure en taxi). L'hôtel correspond à mes attentes, la chambre bénéficiait d'une vue sur la montagne. J'ai aussi utilisé tous les jours la salle de sport assez bien équipée et les machines à laver le linge accessibles à n'importe quel moment de la journée. Le petit-déjeuner dès 6h30 est aussi assez riche. En résumé, je suis pleinement satisfait de cet hôtel et je le recommande à tous les voyageurs en famille ou bien solitaires comme moi.

The location is extremely convenient, right near Pozi Street, which makes it perfect for anyone who enjoys nightlife. The room was very comfortable, and the personal butler was thoughtful and helpful, sharing all the accommodation details via WeChat. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This is my first trip visiting this wonderful city of Changsha which is full of energy. We stayed at one of the best location near the river bank of 湘江. The hotel is within a short walk to 玻子街, IFS and 51 Square. The room has an excellent view from 56/F over looking the river with great amenities and friendly staff. Service is excellent and hotel staff are all very helpful. On our last day we had lunch on 3/F having our last 湘菜 for lunch. Food quality is high as well as services from the restaurant staff. We fully enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Changsha. When we come back next time for holidays, we would be pleased to book our accomodation at the Hyatt again.
