Hotel is quite walking distance to the metro station and walking street. Quite lot of convenience stores, restaurant and street foods nearby within 5 mins walking time. They also serve some light foods, cake, energy bar and drink at the reception area. Also provided some small gift for the Wuhan marathon runners who stay in the hotel, as well early bereakfast as 5am to all the runners as FOC too.  Highly recommend.

The hotel is is just opposite the airport. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and the staff is friendly. There are two restaurants one offers Chinese food and the other western food. They both have variety of food, which tastes really good. The breakfast was also good and it has a lot of options. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to stay there again.

My family had a very pleasant stay at East Lake Hotel. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax. The overall environment is quiet and enjoyable. What really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would especially like to commend Zhang Chi (张弛) for his professionalism and warm attitude—he was always attentive and willing to help. A special thank you as well to the security staff Li Ge (李哥), who was very responsible and kind, making me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay. Overall, a great hotel with great people. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

這次行程在這家住了四個晚上，大人 小孩 狗狗都特別喜歡。乾淨無異味，寬敞明亮。喜歡恩施這個城市，美食 美景，也喜歡這裏的人們。必須為店主和工作人員點贊和鼓勵。對我們全家老小很照顧，好推薦了好吃的餐廳.人生之路起起落落，遇到的人也都是緣分，在旅行中同行人最重要，家人是永遠的支持，這個民宿讓我們有回家的感覺，下次來恩施必須還來這家。👍

Great hotel, friendly staff and had no issues at all, gave free cookies too!

The location is superb just at the pedestrian street . Very easy to locate and has car park also easily access by car . There is hey tea and molly tea below the hotel .The hotel has good customer service will greet you or smile when u pass by the reception. Hotel has 2 elevator that one can access to the mall directly and go up to level 8 above for room and the other elevator at the tea shop go to level 8 . Level 8 is the reception. Metro station walk around 15mins that access the pink line directly to the airport. All is easy to locate .

超預期，酒店新開不久，環境設施比較新，露天泳池平台看風景一絕，俯瞰鹹豐，早上也可以看日出，視野寬闊，但是再好的環境也比不上酒店的服務，去的時候陸陸續續遇到了一些小麻煩，前台都能盡心解決，晚上10點打不到車去醫院，經理打算自己開車送我們下去，雖然後麪沒用上，但是整個過程很貼心。

The single room I booked has a very good price compared to other hotels around here. The room is right on Jianghan Road, so it's very convenient to book Didi or take a stroll around the city center. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. However, the only downside is that the window on the 3rd floor looks directly down onto a clothing area of the night market, so in the evening they sell until 1 AM. I only stayed for one night, so the noise wasn't a big issue. They do have rooms inside that don't face the market, which are quieter, but those rooms smell strongly of cigarette smoke.

Room Cleanliness was ok, but has smoke smell upon entering and bathroom shower area has some molds. Amenities delivery were very prompt. Housekeeping attendant asked for laundry service but real intention was to make up the room even though already specified we will call when we ready. This was common practice which we knew everytime we travel, so pls stop asking this. Hotel in overall in the needs of renovation. Guest Relations lady no greetings everytime we seen her. Only nod and nod. Service at breakfast was very prompt and attentive on first day but other day, they even struggle to clean our plates. Allison was trying very hard to keep up due to lack of service staff on shift. She delivered great service and genuine. Kitchen staff needs to be train on product knowledge. Asked for Egg Benedict which listed on egg menu but were given omelette, second chef came made me poach egg without hollandaise sauce on top. Ordered omelette but was not offered filling, so came plain. No basic standard orange juice for breakfast in buffet. No tea bags selection at beverage counter. Bread selection was good.. We left hotel for sightseeing at 530am saw securty guard was sleeping at inner lobby with sitting position overlooking the main entrance. When we talked louder near him he woke up a bit and continue with his slouching and closing eyes position. Steam room air circulation and quality need to be improved due to smell not good. Reception service was good, asked for Late check out and was given in instant without negotiation. Location was only 5 mins walk from MixC and very easy access.
