The hotel is located right the busiest night market . The room we booked were too small and the lady boss offer us to upgrade to the biggest room with little fees. The hotel is at 3rd floor no lift. There is a notice board with phone number to call the hotel with helper to carry your luggage so no worry about it. The lady boss is kind and friendly. Sending guidance on good food to eat nearby. We tried and all good. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Metro station also very near. Many famous must go streets just few stones away. Basically can just walk for the day no transport needed. Value for money.

This is my second stay here for a business trip, and it didn’t disappoint. The room is comfortable, the location is convenient, and everything is smooth and pleasant. Would definitely stay again!

Good location. Hotel seems recently refurbished. The management is still working on providing better amenities. Breakfast set up and spread should be look into as bread should be available for overseas guests. The only elevator in the front is insufficient.

Hotel located opposite the dock and next to Wanda Plaza which saved us the trouble to get a taxi to move around. We took the cruise from Chongqing, needed to stay 1 night and returned to Chongqing by high speed rail the next day. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Got us a 9 seater vehicle to send us to the railway station. The river view bedroom is spacious. Hotel common area has been renovated, lift lobby marble was polished and corridors with new carpets. Bedroom curtains and armchairs are dark brown velvet which i think are old design, replace it with lighter shade of beige will makes it look more modern. The bathroom floor needs polishing & grouting.

此次到東湖賓館主要是和自己的老師在酒店小聚…… 酒店乙所二樓開了餐廳，在二樓餐廳品嚐毛氏紅燒肉，清蒸武昌魚……味道正宗！ 懷着美滋滋的心情:陪伴着老師，同學一路欣賞東湖落羽杉，紅楓，銀杏…… 完美的厶承包了梧桐大道…… 特別感謝:酒店裡楊師，王師傅等服務人員為我們擺渡講解！

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a big difference during my trip. One small moment that really stayed with me: the housekeeping staff noticed that I brought my laptop with and kindly gave me a relaxing eye mask so I could rest my eyes after work. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was cleaned everyday and the towels were replaced regularly, everything was always fresh and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of food, and the location is perfect — very convenient for exploring the city. I traveled to Wuhan solo, and this hotel made the trip feel incredibly comfortable and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home and made my stay in Wuhan one of my best travel experiences! A unique hotel worth staying if you are looking for a hot spring to explore in Xianning. Select a package with hot spring entrance voucher and breakfast too. Yummy breakfast that u can take your time to dine and enjoy their nice foods and coffee. Good hot spring experiences!! Recommended to stay here for short vacation to Xianning!!
