這次來荊州出差，正趕上當地剛下過雪。一出站，就感受到了荊楚大地的隆冬問候，於是趕緊在網上選了荊州富力萬達嘉華酒店入住，整體體驗非常滿意——無論是軟件服務還是硬件設施，都值得稱讚。 從前台接待説起，工作人員熱情周到，態度親切，特別要表揚一下前台的齊君，聽説我第二天要去一個較遠的地方，他主動幫忙協調預約車輛，細緻記錄行程需求，很快就解決了出行問題，讓我後續工作安排順利無憂。 房間設施配備齊全，温馨舒適，空調温度調節得恰到好處，温暖而不乾燥，房間使用起來十分方便，衞生方面也做得非常到位，整體整潔，被子蓬鬆乾淨，沒有任何異味。 總之，這次住宿體驗相當不錯，為這段本可能平淡的出差旅程添上了意料之外的温暖與舒心。

The property description is 100% accurate. If you’re looking for a quiet place, don’t stay here 😂 but if you want to be in the heart of the city with lots of attractions, it’s a great spot. The reception is welcoming and friendly, also very helpful in recommending places to visit when time is tight. If you have any questions or need help with anything, they are ready to serve. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Hotel for business travellers. Hotel is brand new, rooms are spacious, high ceilings, amazing view of the river and the city. Very comfortable to work from, no wifi issues. Bathroom is amazing, again, a feeling that everything is brand new. The breakfast was foreigner friendly, with cereals, orange juice, toast, marmalade and great coffee. The views from the restaurant (top floor) are amazing. Lots of parking, staff super friendly, high speed chargers across the road and a Wanda mega mall on the other side with western restaurants and a Luckin Coffee. I was amazed, I've stayed in Suizhou hotels in the past, in the city center, but this is next level. I didn't take a picture but a small detail that sums up this hotels level of service was they gave me 2 new bottles of water every day. I ended up with 8 bottles of water (i don't drink water but i made a few coffees in the room). How many hotels keep adding waters to the room. If i ever go to Suizhou again i will definitly stay here. FYI: Suizhou is a small town, but this hotel is not in the center. This hotel is perfect for business, quick access to the city, quick access to the motorway. I saw the center of Suizhou once... so to be honest no need to see it again...

Hotel are under renovation upgrading, the staff told it will be have construction sound start from 7.30am to 7.30pm, and hotel located at most busy street, after 10pm still noisy outside, but the hotel will provide ear plug, very good service. The room is clean and spacious, highly recommend if accepted the environments here are noisy.

Hotel located opposite the dock and next to Wanda Plaza which saved us the trouble to get a taxi to move around. We took the cruise from Chongqing, needed to stay 1 night and returned to Chongqing by high speed rail the next day. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Got us a 9 seater vehicle to send us to the railway station. The river view bedroom is spacious. Hotel common area has been renovated, lift lobby marble was polished and corridors with new carpets. Bedroom curtains and armchairs are dark brown velvet which i think are old design, replace it with lighter shade of beige will makes it look more modern. The bathroom floor needs polishing & grouting.

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. Overall a great stay. The Pros: The breakfast was definitely the highlight—a wide variety of Western and Chinese dishes. You must try the beef noodles; they were honestly better than many outside restaurants! The service was excellent across the board, from the restaurant to the front desk. They even gave us fruit and drinks as a farewell gift, which was a lovely touch. The Cons: To be honest, the hardware and facilities are showing their age. The shower water wasn't hot enough at first, but after we called, the engineering team arrived quickly and fixed the issue immediately.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a big difference during my trip. One small moment that really stayed with me: the housekeeping staff noticed that I brought my laptop with and kindly gave me a relaxing eye mask so I could rest my eyes after work. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was cleaned everyday and the towels were replaced regularly, everything was always fresh and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of food, and the location is perfect — very convenient for exploring the city. I traveled to Wuhan solo, and this hotel made the trip feel incredibly comfortable and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home and made my stay in Wuhan one of my best travel experiences! Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.
