The staff and the environment is nice. Dont expect a 3star or 4star hotel, but for this budget it is worth it. Nice rooms, average bathroom. For a one or two day its ok. I would suggest choosing an AC room for a little bit of extra cash, rather than normal ones.

One of the most expensive hotels in our travel through India and definitely the worst. The hotel and rooms looks OK but they are FULL OF COCKROACHES and without hot water! Receptionists were nice enough to bring us bucket of hot water but wasn't able to do anything with cockroaches. We run front there early morning . ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

The service staff was excellent from the watchman to the bell boy to the manager especially Mr.Shyju and Mr. Muthu. The room was small but well maintained. The general cleanliness was good, but commode in the bathroom could have been cleaner. Had to ask for the brush and toothpaste. Suggestion is that a full length mirror in the room could have been good. Locker was not available in the room. Overall nice expereince especially if you are looking for a temporary stay.

My boyfriend and i stayed here during travel-ling and i have to tell you that this is the best choice if you are looking for a neat and calm stay that too for an affordable rate. It is near to sm street, walkable distance to beach and surrounded by many restaurants. The staffs were very friendly and were good at service. The room was also cozy. Will definitely choose again whenever in need of a stay in kozhikode.

Although, it doesn't have much facility, its quite an amazing place to stay and may be with family its not good to be there, but for two people its really good, it was our first experience at calicut we are not familiar with the place and people over there, the general manager has been assisted for everything
