Hotel 2-Star di Macau, China

Had a lovely stay that was great value for money as Macau can be very expensive. Location is very close to near by attractions but was very difficult to find. Don’t use google maps as it wasn’t accurate. Use Amap. Sometimes the place is called Villa Ka Meng and was down a side street. The women at the desk were very helpful and friendly. Room looked like the pictures and everything we needed was present. Room was bigger than I expected. Shower pressure was great. The biggest con of the place is the bed. Felt like I was sleeping on the ground, it was that hard. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap whilst just trying to explore the place. This would be great.

I had a wonderful stay at Family Inn! The entire place was very clean, and the room was kept in excellent condition throughout my visit. The location is perfect—easy to get around, with convenient access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The service was especially impressive. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better. Amenities were simple but well-maintained, and everything in the room worked perfectly. I stayed with friends, and we all felt comfortable and welcomed.

A great place! Stayed there for 1 night but would gladly stay for longer and would definitely come back if I happen to come to Macao again. Not new, but tidy and comfortable. The room was exactly as on the pictures, my window faced a small playground/park, not a bad view :) You could open the windows. Great location, a walking distance away from almost everywhere in the area. Check in was smooth, the staff asked for a 100$ deposit which I was ready for and provided 100 HKD I had on me. The deposit was returned upon checking out. After the check out they let me leave my bag for as much as I needed so I went on to explore Macao without the extra weight on me. The room was spacious, the areas nicely separated. The shower had a glass wall. Shower gel and shampoo provided, but I have a little suspicion it was the same liquid poured into 2 different bottles because it smelled the same lol did not bother me since I only stayed for 1 night. there was also a dental kit, a hairdryer, hangers, tissues, disposable slippers and even a shaving kit. there was no soap but I asked the reception and they kindly provided me with 2 small hotel-like bars. The air conditioner worked perfectly, the bed linens were clean, the sockets had universal adapters

It’s my first time staying here. The room itself is clean, but the washroom was a bit dirty and moldy. It could have been better. No complaints for the bed and room itself though. The location will be a bit tricky for people who don’t know the location well (I’ve been to Macau and this area many times so it wasn’t a problem for me), but as long as you’ve got Google map, you’ll easily locate the hotel. For such a budget hotel, the amenities was enough, toothbrushes, cups, disposable slippers, towels,(no bottled water though) but I do suggest bring your own face towel as they only provide you with one bath towel (I didn’t use it, I brought my own). The location is close to many restaurants, some even open until midnight! And also a 24hr supermarket which makes it super convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is strategically located. Very close to Scenic areas and shops for those who appreciate a little retail therapy while touring. A lot of restaurant options in the area, including some street food. The rooms are clean but the windows don’t open. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room, a more comfortable chair and some sound proofing. Linen and towels are those disposable ones. I didn’t mind the linen, but the towels bothered me. They leave pilling fuzz on the skin. Also, having an iron or clothing steamer at the hotel for guests to borrow when needed would be nice. All in all, my stay was quite good.

The place is small and humble yet has everything you need. Not too hard to find but if you bring big luggage there’s a bit of a hike and the place is located in a corner down a flight of stairs. The place itself has elevator. Location is good, near many restaurant including some halal option, and next to tourist attraction as well. You are required to put down deposit in cash during check-in but they will return it to you when you check out.

1) Lokasinya selesa. Ia bertentangan dengan Shiliupu. Terdapat pasar raya besar, restoran teh dan kedai serbaneka Ok. 2) Bilik menghadap ke timur dengan banyak cahaya, bersih dan kemas, dan bilik mandi mempunyai kuasa air yang kuat. Cadarnya bersih, ada tuala besar, dan tanahnya diperbuat daripada marmar. 3) Katil harus lebih kukuh dan saya tidak suka mata air yang berderit. 4) Harganya murah dan keperluannya tidak terlalu tinggi. 5) Tuan perkhidmatan pelanggan adalah hormat (budak berkaca mata), sangat baik 6) Apa yang saya muat naik ialah gambar pemandangan dari bilik saya ke jalan raya.

This trip to Macau gave me a whole new impression of the city. The colorful Portuguese-style architecture and the slow rhythm of the old town made me naturally slow down as I walked. At night, the streetlights, the glowing Eiffel Tower at The Parisian, and the forever-blue “sky” inside The Venetian added a dreamy touch to the experience. The food was full of surprises too—from warm Portuguese egg tarts to fragrant pork chop buns, every bite felt like leaving a little mark on this journey. It was a short trip, but filled with relaxation, healing moments, and the unique charm of Macau. I can’t wait to come back and discover more stories from this city.

Hotel ini berada di jalan besar dan terdapat perhentian bas betul-betul di hadapan hotel. Kakitangan sangat baik. Biliknya besar dan bilik mandi mempunyai tab mandi, jenis lama. Katilnya selesa. Terdapat telefon bimbit yang berguna untuk digunakan oleh tetamu, jadi itu adalah satu kelebihan. Berjalan ke Dataran Senado, lintas jalan dan ikut arah, mungkin mengambil masa sekitar 5-10 minit.
