Hotel 2-Star di Macau, China

Belive &More is a solid choice for your Macau getaway. The hotel is super clean and conveniently located - I mean, we were strolling to restaurants and shops in 2-5 mins, no joke! And even at 10 pm, we were grabbing dinner no problem. Transportation's a breeze too, with plenty of options nearby. The staff were friendly, and the rooms did the trick. If you're looking for a comfy, hassle-free stay in Macau with easy access to food and fun, Belive&More ticks those boxes. Would definitely consider it again for a chill trip to Macau!

This hotel is so underrated!! This is a 100/10!!! We really loved this hotel, it is too bad we just stayed here for 2 nights as I really loved the place here. It is just 3mins walk away from Ruins of St. Pauls, and there are a lot of stores there — like stores where you can buy pasalubongs such as the famous peanut cookies, egg tarts and such… There are also luxury stores, uni qlo, pop mart, cosmetics stores, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and many more… Basically everything you need is just reachable… We were actually from HongKong prior to staying at Macau for 2 nights and we rode a bus going here to I Fu Hotel and it was so convenient since the hotel is just like 30 steps away from that bus stop! The rooms were veryyyy niceeee too, the room space were really maximize and designed very well! It is very clean too! The receptionist is very accommodating, helpful, knows how to communicate with us! There is free wi-fi, mini bar and complimentary water — where you can ask for one everyday! Our only problem here was that we were shocked of the deposit fee that was asked to us, it was 2000MOP around 16,000 pesos (500MOP per room), and it we were not prepared since we only withdrew 2000MOP for our transpo and such since we’ll use card… But it’s understandable since they really make sure that you don’t violate the rules like no smoking… Also as a family of 10, all our 4 rooms were just nearby which made it more efficient. Overall I would really comeback here!!

If you consider booking Pensao Carmen, you should know that on the signage of the hotel it’s NOT Pensao Carmen! Remember that, otherwise you’re gonna have a hard time looking for this place)) I’ll add photos of the actual signage. Pros: conveniently located in Macau’s old town, it takes around 10 minutes to get to The Ruins of St.Paul on foot, and all other historical sites are just around. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even if they didn’t speak English at all. I met the three of them and all were old ladies, super nice and cute. I left my luggage after check-out for the whole day before moving to Coloane village hotel. The bed sheets were of good quality and very clean, I enjoyed my sleep after a tiring flight. The bed, though, was kinda hard, not for everyone, but my back was grateful)) pillows were also comfortable, better than at some much more expensive hotels. You can get as much water as you want from the water station at the corridor. There’s a bus station 5 minutes walking from the hotel, the name is Ponte 16, it’s right in front of the famous Sofitel. CONS: The hotel is located on the second floor, there’s no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up there. My room was tiny, it’s really just for one person. The bed is kinda short, for me it was enough but I think a taller person might not feel comfortable enough there (my height is 162 cm) The bathroom is tiny, too, and given its dark green design, it looks rather dirty. I’m not sure if it was, but I found someone’s tooth brush in the shower and some hair in the drainage. Yuck!! Only one big towel was clean though. All in all, I didn’t expect much from it so neither should you 🤩

I do not know why it took me so long to truly discover this side of Macau. First off, this hotel is located within walking distance from Senado Square/Ruins of St Paul. It is located on a street where there are many Filipinos. There are two Filipino supermarkets and a Filipino takeaway store. It is also close to the main road where a bus stop for the route going to the airport. There are several stores nearby. You can even walk to the terminal where you can catch a ferry to Zhuhai (mainland China). I would definitely stay here again. Front desk people are warm and helpful. The room itself has two bottles of water, toiletries, water kettle, phone, safety deposit box, hangers, TV, slippers. Love it! The only thing I wish is for the toilet to have a bidet. Otherwise, it's perfect!

The location is great, right in the middle of the old town. There are also many shops and restaurants in the area, and there's good access to public transportation. Although the room was small, it was clean and all the amenities were in good condition. It is also cheap, by local standards. Overall, a great option for a short stay.

Hotel ini agak mudah ke Runtuhan St. Paul. Ia bersih secara keseluruhan dan lantai dan dinding diperbuat daripada batu bata, yang membuatkan saya berasa selesa. kelemahan: 1. Tiada kain lantai Selepas mandi, air dari bilik air akan dibawa masuk ke dalam bilik. 2. Hanya ada tuala mandi, bukan tuala kecil Anda hanya boleh menggunakan tuala mandi untuk mengeringkan tangan selepas mencuci tangan. 3. Tiada sanitizer tangan atau sabun disediakan, jadi gunakan gel mandian sebagai ganti. 4. Tilam itu keras sehingga terasa seperti tidur di atas papan kayu sehingga tidak dapat tidur lena. 5. Penebat bunyi bilik adalah lemah, dan bunyi tetamu lain di luar koridor boleh didengari dengan jelas. 6. Tiada kertas tisu disediakan di dalam bilik Anda hanya boleh menggunakan gulungan kertas tandas, yang tidak begitu bersih. 7. Kakitangan lobi tidak proaktif Terdapat tiga kakitangan di lobi ketika mendaftar masuk. Salah seorang daripada mereka sedang membantu kumpulan tetamu yang lain melalui prosedur daftar masuk prosedur daftar masuk dan hanya duduk di kaunter penerimaan selepas menunggu seketika, saya tidak dapat membantu tetapi bertanya, dan kemudian saya telah mendaftar masuk.

It is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location,walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etc…. As well to senado square to ******’s it is at the back of Lisboa ****** Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking,they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water,you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room,what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button,plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside,when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day,since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family

This was an extended night due to typhoon as we couldn't check out. As mentioned in my earlier review for the 3 nights' stay, we had no electricity start 4th day itself and no air con for 20 hours. Anyway long story short, we were in the room for 40.hours and it definitely wasn't a pleasant stay.

Amazing room, very comfortable for a nice value. The bed is very comfortable, and there's a great desk to work. Unfortunately the wifi is very very slow and fails constantly. Other than that, the location is also nice and the room is really comfortable.

This hotel offers a great value for money. The rooms are simply designed and clean, centrally located , close to the Mont Fort and the ruins of Saint Paul. There are also shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming, 🔆 but the hotel is located on an uphill road, which can make it a bit difficult to get to the closest bus station, especially with heavy luggage.
