Hotel Mesra keluarga di Krabi

Saya jarang menulis ulasan negatif, tetapi malangnya saya perlu mengatakan ini. Jika anda membandingkan kos bilik dan keadaannya, maka secara keseluruhan hotel ini tidak buruk. Kakitangannya baik, lokasi hotel juga baik, sarapan pagi yang lazat. Saya tidak suka bau yang tidak menyenangkan di bilik mandi, pemandangan dari bilik dinding bangunan bersebelahan (tetapi itu hanya nasib buruk dengan bilik) dan perkara yang paling tidak menyenangkan ialah sarung bantal yang koyak dan tuala yang koyak. Linen jelas perlu dikemas kini.

number of people staying really matters to the hotel - upon checking in they will ask how many people are staying and they strictly wont allow more than 2 people in a room, its their policy - we came in a group of 3, so we need to pay additional 1000 baht per night. we stayed 3 nights so we need to pay 3000 baht upon checking in - its impossible to lie to them as their lobby is very open so they definitely can see how many of u guys coming once u drop out from your airport car - i dont mind and im not angry to the hotel because we need to respect their policy, plus the receptionist is kind and helpful, they talk to u nicely cleanliness - the room is very clean and well maintained, nothing to complain. i feel comfortable - pool is clean as well, i saw they clean the pool every morning location - the only downside of this hotel is the location. its not on the mainroad. its a bit far from the beach. - i book grab around 70baht one way to the beach and shopping streets. - i book grab around 90baht one way to aonang landmark night market - i book grab around 70baht one way to aonang muslim street food - if u’re planning to rent a motorbike then the location of this hotel doesnt really matter breakfast - all halal breakfast - variety choices of food - breakfast served from 6.30am - 11am - one male staff on duty name Music was really kind and pleasant. he always check on the guests to make sure we have a good breakfast experience in the hotel amenities - i love that this hotel uses an app for us to order additional amenities daily. its very easy and convenient - after u order from the app, the housekeeper will send the items to your room luggage storage and weighing scale - they provide luggage storage without additional service charge - and they have big weighing scale for u to weigh your luggage before going to the airport hotel lobby - the hotel lobby is open concept hence there is no aircond - so if your return flight is late at night like in my case, after checking out, we went to the nearest coffee shop to sit and relax with aircond overall experience - satisfied

Located close to the beach. About 500m from the main beach attractions in Ao Nang. Neat. And clean rooms. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a great pool and good restaurant. The spa was unfortunately closed when we visited. The pool side bar and the lobby bar are good with live music every evening

This hotel is beautiful! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The hotel located right next to the beach, and my wife and I loved that! We went to Krabi to celebrate our honeymoon and to our surprise, they prepared for us a very nice honeymoon welcome in the room, and we both were very happy. The only drawback we found was that the rooms apparently have very thin walls or that they let sounds pass through the walls. We could clearly hear what the guests in the other room were talking about and they could actually hear us too, we felt like there wasn't much privacy.

This is the sophistication resort I ever stay in Thailand , I have to fully highlight staff there all is helpful and friendly especially a male staff name Tan, He assist us in Rock climbing services and give me a confidence to complete it , not only that he did assist my kids to hand carry the luggage all the way to our vehicle during check out, the room have to be done a bit make over cause look quite out of time , the rest all is superb , the breakfast also variety choices

The location of this hotel is fantastic, surrounded by Halal food options, massage parlors, and 7-Eleven, making it very convenient for all your needs. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a mountain view room, thanks to Luna, the friendly receptionist. The room itself is compact but very clean, which we appreciated. However, there were a few minor housekeeping issues during our stay. On the first day, they forgot to provide the sachets of green tea and on the second day, towels were missing. These were small oversights and we didn’t let them affect our stay. Despite these minor issues, we highly recommend this hotel. They even offer three types of welcome drinks every day, which is a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Wow, what an incredible experience! We absolutely loved this resort! The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. They helped us with setting up mopeds, ordering a taxi, transportation to the airport, and so much more. We went to Tiger Cave Temple, which is not too far away and is an incredible place that everyone must go to. It's a tough hike, but worth the views at the top. One day we did a luxury private long tail boat tour and wow, amazing! There's so much to do in the area. The resort was super clean and even better, you get the amazing jungle views. Hopefully one day we can make it back and we will make sure that we stay here again !!

Lokasi : terletak di kawasan pusat pelancongan. Depan pantai aonang. Berdekatan dengan 7e, McDonald, kedai cenderamata, mini mart dan restoran halal. Bilik: selesa, saya suka katil dan bantal. Saya mempunyai tidur yang baik Kakitangan: sopan dan sangat membantu. Restoran: makanan yang lazat. Kami memesan makan malam semasa penginapan kami, dan ia telah dihantar ke bilik kami. Kami makan nasi goreng dan nasi pa kra. Ia sedap. Sangat mengesyorkan untuk mereka yang menggemari hidangan pa kra paw dan restorannya disahkan halal. Sarapan pagi: banyak pilihan. Mereka menghidangkan nasi, gulai masan, kari hijau, sosej, bubur nasi, conflake,, padthai, pancake, mesin kopi, telur dadar, buah-buahan, salad, roti, yogurt, jus, jus tomato dan rasanya sedap. Nota : awas nyamuk banyak dan bagi yang nak menginap di sini sila bawa ubat nyamuk atau boleh beli di watson berhampiran hotel ini. Di dalam bilik mereka menyediakan kelambu untuk mengelakkan nyamuk tetapi ini adalah asia, dengan kelambu atau tanpa, nyamuk tetap akan masuk.

We had previously booked this hotel for a 2020 visit before Covid ruined those plans, so we were looking forward to our eagerly awaited holiday in Thailand. We had decided to travel during the Songkran (Thai new year) festivities, which were unbelievable. So much fun! Our 13 year old daughter (can I say daughter nowadays!!!) had the best time of her life shooting water everywhere. The Thai people, always smiling, are simply amazing. Now, ok, this is a hotel review. We had booked a pool access room by the fantasy pool (the one with the slides). Simply, unless you like people clambering over YOUR small terrace, taking photos while stood on YOUR terrace, jumping in the pool from YOUR terrace, trying to get to their room next door across YOUR terrace, don’t waste your money. It was disgusting, utterly intrusive and bloody ignorant. There are no barriers (and there should be) between the rooms/terraces to prevent this. A joke! We had two sun loungers on the terrace (which people climbed over too) but they were in the shade all the time. Rooms 127 to 131 get no sun at this time of year, so again if you’re a sun worshipper don’t waste your money. The wifi is abysmal. It says somewhere in the room, don’t wait to get home to complain about something, ask the staff! We complained about the wifi almost every day until we gave up. They advertise (incorrectly) that there’s wifi available in all areas. A total lie! The only place you were guaranteed wifi was in the reception area. Or the Green Pepper restaurant across the road!!! I had to pay for 5G everyday to do some work for my business back home!!! And then I get charged for having my room an extra hour on checkout! So much for customer service. A recent reviewer said the breakfast was amazing. No, adequate is the word you’re looking for. It didn’t matter what time you visited, it was packed out, nowhere to sit, no cutlery, no plates, no cups, no food. Everyday we had to ask staff for this, that and the other to be replenished. There was just not enough staff. Apart from 5 behind reception!! On a plus, the room itself was fairly nice with a comfy bed. It could do with more drawer space and more hangers in the wardrobe. Oh and the plug didn’t work in the bathroom sink. On a plus plus, the bar staff at the fantasy pool bar were awesome. A special massive thank you to Soe who was brilliant. One final note, please Ananta Burin Manager/owner, please don’t reply to this review patronising me. This review is a true and honest review. There needs to be changes at this hotel before we ever return. Sorry Soe.
