This is the sophistication resort I ever stay in Thailand , I have to fully highlight staff there all is helpful and friendly especially a male staff name Tan, He assist us in Rock climbing services and give me a confidence to complete it , not only that he did assist my kids to hand carry the luggage all the way to our vehicle during check out, the room have to be done a bit make over cause look quite out of time , the rest all is superb , the breakfast also variety choices

The location of this hotel is fantastic, surrounded by Halal food options, massage parlors, and 7-Eleven, making it very convenient for all your needs. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a mountain view room, thanks to Luna, the friendly receptionist. The room itself is compact but very clean, which we appreciated. However, there were a few minor housekeeping issues during our stay. On the first day, they forgot to provide the sachets of green tea and on the second day, towels were missing. These were small oversights and we didn’t let them affect our stay. Despite these minor issues, we highly recommend this hotel. They even offer three types of welcome drinks every day, which is a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Cuma untuk berjalan keluar ke jalan utama boleh menjadi sedikit menakutkan pada waktu malam jika anda tidak dapat mendapatkan teksi untuk masuk. tempat itu masih sangat bersih kerana ia baru dibuka pada Mei 2022. pilihan sarapan pagi mereka tidak buruk dan perkhidmatan mereka adalah hebat. Mieszkalismy w Tropical Willa Plus. To przestronny, komfortowy dom położony wśród tropikalnej roślinności. Górą wśród drzew przemykały stada małp które ochrona przegania ale, ku naszej radości , kilka razy udalo się nam zobaczyć. Śniadania są średniej jakości. Brak naturalnych soków mango czy ananasowego. Plaża Raylay jest przepiękna ale do około godziny 10. Potem pojawiają się w duzych ilosciach chalaśliwe long boty i tłumy odwiedzajacych to miejsce turystów. Jeszcze piękniejsza, a zapewne najpiękniejsza na świecie, jest sąsiednia plaża Phra Nang. Najlepiej pojawić się na niej rano kiedy duża część jest w cieniu skał i nie ma tlumu turystow.

This hotel is beautiful! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The hotel located right next to the beach, and my wife and I loved that! We went to Krabi to celebrate our honeymoon and to our surprise, they prepared for us a very nice honeymoon welcome in the room, and we both were very happy. The only drawback we found was that the rooms apparently have very thin walls or that they let sounds pass through the walls. We could clearly hear what the guests in the other room were talking about and they could actually hear us too, we felt like there wasn't much privacy.

Booked the hotel with some friends as the internet video and website looks so alluring. Arrived at the hotel with super warmth hospitality, truly a 5 star service. The property is very large, spacious and have a rustic Thai style. The facilities and amenities like gym is super neat and tidy, equipments are well maintained. Th pool is nice and super huge with a pool bar which we literally hung out most of the time. There are other amenities like snooker and table tennis which require a small fee to play. We opt for the club lounge access and while the food options is a little disappointing but otherwise the service is tip top.

Great Experience Overall Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the staff very kind, and everything was very clean. During our stay, we stayed in two different rooms. The first room was a bit older, with the only issue being a strong odor coming from the bathroom drains. Aside from that, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The second room we stayed in was much newer, with an excellent bathroom and very good, comfortable facilities overall. The only drawback in this room was the pillows, which were not very comfortable. The hotel's location is very good. Although it faces the less pleasant side of the beach (Railay East), overlooking a mangrove, it is directly in front of the floating pier, the main arrival point for the beach. It also has a back exit that leads almost directly to the small town center and is just a few minutes' walk to Railay West, the more beautiful side of the beach. Overall, the cost-benefit is definitely worth it.

This hotel is located conveniently opposite Ao Nang Beach, and 5 mins walk to Ao Nang landmark which offers a lot of food selections and shopping. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the beach and many tour counters nearby if you want to book day trip for island hopping. The room is a bit small, was just right for a two-person stay. However, there were some issues with the toilet, which had a persistent weird smell, likely due to drainage problems. Despite requesting hotel staff to check, the smell returned after a few uses. The water pressure in the shower was not very consistent, which was a bit frustrating. On the bright side, the breakfast offered a good mixture of Western and Thai selections, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs, but the prime location and decent breakfast made up for some of the inconveniences.

Mereka sangat sangat manis dan sopan. Ini adalah tanah senyuman. Mereka sangat baik sebagai tuan rumah. Sungguh malang bahawa resort ini tidak memenuhi apa yang kami jangkakan daripada resort 5 bintang di Hawaii, katakan. Saya telah tinggal di resort 2010 di Hawaii dan disimpan dan diselenggara dengan sangat baik. Centara Grand Resort bukanlah salah satu daripada mereka. Ada pepatah, lokasi, lokasi dan lokasi.
