Hotel Mountain view di Krabi

Perfect beautiful hotel and a great location. Welcomed off the ferry by a hotel porter who whisked off the bags syraight to the room. The only and major challenge was the noise, the rain was soo loud on the tin roof, limited sound proofing or noise defuzing meaning we didnt sleep for 2 nights... We like the rain, and in many hotels you can barely hear it, here it would have been quiter to sleep in the pool...

A great hotel for those looking for peace, comfort, and excellent service. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, yet the hotel remains quiet and relaxing in the evenings. I really liked the variety of swimming pools, and some rooms even come with a private jacuzzi, which is a nice touch. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of dishes from different cuisines. The staff were friendly, professional, and always responded quickly to any requests. I also appreciated the hotel’s modern approach to guest services. They have their own app with all the necessary information, as well as a 24/7 chat service, which made communication very easy. There were a few minor drawbacks: the button to activate the jacuzzi in my room was not working, there was a small amount of mold in the shower, and the price feels slightly high for the overall quality. However, despite these issues, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and believe the hotel deserves the highest rating.

Modern amenities with good location, just only complain would be they do not provide Toothbrush. Other than that, it's a great hotel, breakfast a bit modest but good, felt like there's more of a local vibe here, staffs helpful but some of them do not speak English.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Room Upgrade & Design: I was upgraded to a newly renovated room, and it was stunning! The design is very beautiful, featuring a minimalist style with warm wooden tones. I was very impressed with the room itself. The only minor drawback for guests seeking absolute quiet is the soundproofing of the front door, which is a little thin. You can still hear some noise from people walking past in the hallway. Exceptional Staff: The service from the staff was outstanding. Hardy, Kik, and Cream were all wonderful, providing excellent and very friendly service. A special mention also goes to Lusho at the breakfast restaurant. He took excellent care of me, always ready to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had about the food—just ask him anything you need! Location: The location is superb! It's just a short 7-minute walk to Ao Nang beach and very close to the night market, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. Facilities: • Spa: The hotel spa is fantastic! I had the aroma massage for 850 THB, and it was excellent—both muscle and mind felt completely relaxed. The calming natural sounds, especially with the rain falling during my session, made it incredibly soothing. • Fitness & Pool: The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely. Overall: This is the perfect place for a relaxing, no-stress vacation. The food is good, the location is excellent (close to the beach and nearby restaurants), and the facilities are comprehensive. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

It's a long read, brace yourselves! We stayed in Vipa Tropical Resort for 5 nights and the trouble started right when we moved in. They showed us to the room, which was the a bungalo next to the pool. It looked nothing like the pictures of the room we booked. So I went to the reception and said ”that doesn't look like our room”. After some debate (we were told that they are fully booked and, in reality, this was an upgrade) they took us to Superior room #113. At first glance, it was the room that we booked, but then... things started to come to light... All firnuture was old and beaten down. Literary! There were bits and whole pieces missing or broken. So I made a complaint to Trip.com and demanded to either manage the situation or get me a full refund. While they promised to resolve the issue whithin an hour, we went out into town and when we got back reception was already closed (not a 24h service), so we went to our room, decided to ”sleep on it”, pulled the cover from the bed... it was stained and the blanket was dirty, like it wasn't changed from previous stay. Another call to support and there was nothing that could do about it, but to offer to wait until morning. We spent the night cramped on the couch. In the morning I went to the reception, called the lady into thr room and said ”I don't care about the furniture, but at least the sheets have to be white and clean and crisp”. She tried to tell me that those are clean, just the laundry that they use isn't doing a good job.... Again, we went out for the day and by the time we got back the sheets were white, clean and crisp. And Trip.com agent offered us some coins ”for the trouble”. After night 4, there was a knock on the door and we were offered to look at the room #114... And it was PERFECT! Just next door. The bed was clean, the furniture was brand new, the shower had strong and hotter water. Why, oh why?!?! Oh yeah, they were fully booked and just moved people around.... Besides, all the trouble, the nature around is stunning. Very green and quiet. And the cliff massively hanging above is nothing but spectacular, but... that's where the good part ends. P.S.: There waa a ”do not disturbe” sign on our door. And yet, when we got back from our day trip, there were towels and TP and two bottles of water sitting on the couch. Quite disturbing, concidering there's no safe deposit box in the room Not going to stay there again.

We stayed at Centara Life Phu Pano for 6 days and 5 nights. Our stay started in a connecting room, and the first night was perfectly fine. However, on the second night, a family with a baby was assigned to the adjoining room, and the crying carried through the connecting door, making it difficult for us to sleep. The next morning, I spoke with the front desk and asked if it would be possible to move to a different room since we still had three nights remaining. The staff handled the situation very well and upgraded us free of charge to a room with a beautiful cliff view, which greatly improved the rest of our stay. We also participated in the hotel’s Green Day initiative, although we never received the promised voucher. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it may be worth following up on. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the beach, which is convenient, though we only used it once during our stay. One thing that would have made the experience even better is having an in-house spa. We visited during a rainy period, and it wasn’t always convenient to walk outside to find a massage or spa nearby. As our flight wasn’t until 8:35 PM on departure day, we also arranged a late check-out and were able to keep the room until 5:30 PM. The cost was equivalent to one additional night’s stay. Overall, the staff were responsive and helpful when we encountered an issue, and the room upgrade with the cliff view made the remainder of our stay very enjoyable.

Kakitangan penuh perhatian dan hanya berdering untuk mendapatkan troli supaya anda tidak perlu berjalan mendaki bukit yang curam. Semuanya mudah diatur dan mereka akan sampai dalam masa beberapa minit selepas anda membuat panggilan. Kolam renang juga hebat dan harga tidak keterlaluan di bar. Ambil perhatian bahawa ini adalah resort kering tetapi kami mempunyai beberapa bir dari kedai dan ia baik-baik saja. Jauh sedikit dari bandar tetapi itulah yang kami mahukan dan anda boleh berjalan kaki dalam 30 minit atau mendapatkan perkhidmatan ulang-alik hotel pada masa yang ditetapkan secara percuma. Pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi

Check in was a breeze with luggage handlers helping carry your luggage from the pier to the hotel. The reception girls are really lovely and helpful with whatever request you might have(like booking boats to your next destination), just remember to say please and thank you(kohp khun ka/krap). The hotel is the last one on the pier side bay, therefore is really quiet, even now in high season. The down low is that you have to walk 20minutes to restaurants and bars on 30+ degree heat + high humity,so expect to arrive sweating both ways. The hotel itself is probably 40/50 years old and seems that never been renovated, the inside of the rooms need freshing up,paint etc...an overall renovation of the whole building. Although the rooms were clean, aircon was good and our room with the pool access(1 of 3) had great views from the bay. Pool was also clean and it was at a good temperature. If you are here for just a couple of days it is fine. Breakfast is basic but they have an egg station, so you can order your eggs however you prefer. And the black coffee was great too(better than other hotels we stayed in Bangkok/Krabi). The hotel staff were very kind to supply my wife with Flying Rabbit(a local thai version of gaviscon/diarrhoea medicine) which helped a mild food poisoning combined with charcoal tablets. Moreover, the hotel has a little private beach with sun lounges at the very end of the bay, perfect for chilling when you don't have any boat trips booked for the morning. Be aware that it becomes shady after around 3pm because its so close to the mountain. Also there were monkeys signs on your doors to keep them lock to prevent curious monkeys of rummaging through your stuff but we haven't seen any during our 3 night stay. Would I stay at this hotel again? Probably not unless completely renovated:, too far from the restaurants and bars and very old/tired. Make sure you use some walking shoes when going out because you definitely gonna hit that 10000 steps mark.

The terrace of our room overlooking the pool was a real bonus. It was such a pleasure to sip a cocktail with our feet in the water! The lush vegetation in the hotel gardens was lovely. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

This hotel stay was very nice. The pool view is stunning The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost . She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip. Staff is very friendly too. We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay Will come back again with my family See view villa was the one we stayed it was the best
