Clean, quiet, and comfortable with good service. They offer a shuttle service and have parking. I really liked the hotel during the low season; the atmosphere was great and not too crowded.

One of the most beautiful places we stayed during our trip. The hotel is very comfortable and lush. Pool number 2 was initially closed for renovation but then reopened. It's very quiet there, with lots of animals around; we saw monkeys every day. Breakfasts are good, and the view is stunning. The plumbing is a bit old, but the room is spacious. They clean every day. You definitely need mosquito repellent. The monkeys were friendly.

Loved everything! It's a great hotel with standard European breakfasts, a large green area, and beautiful beaches.

We stayed for one night. The hotel is generally good, with nice grounds, swimming pools, and a beautiful sunset view. The room is small and modern, but if the exhaust fan in the toilet isn't working, there's a sewage smell. However, it didn't spoil the overall impression. Breakfast was mediocre; we've had better.

AVOID THIS HOTEL — Absolutely unacceptable experience! Advantages: Sea-view swimming pool, breakfast right by the sea, two large swimming pools, and a gym (although it is very outdated). Disadvantages: We have just checked out of this hotel and honestly, we are extremely disappointed and angry. We genuinely regret spending our money here. Let’s start with the staff. After checking out, we simply asked if the hotel golf cart could drop us off on the other side of the property, as we had luggage and did not want to walk under the scorching sun. The lady at the reception told us that there was no driver available and that he had already left. Except… that was simply a lie. Literally one minute later, we saw the driver inside the hotel! So we were forced to walk with our luggage under the blazing sun, while a hotel driver was actually there. Lying to guests just to avoid providing such a basic service is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. And it gets worse. We are currently in low season, and the hotel is clearly far from fully occupied, with a huge number of rooms apparently empty. We asked for a very simple late check-out of only two hours, from 11 AM to 1 PM, and they wanted to charge us around €26 extra for it. For a hotel that is clearly not full, charging €26 for two additional hours is absolutely ridiculous and feels incredibly cheap and greedy. The rooms themselves are very old, poorly maintained and far from what you would expect from a decent hotel. The property desperately needs renovation and proper maintenance. The breakfast was another disappointment. Very little variety, questionable quality, and unfortunately, some of the food did not give us much confidence in terms of freshness. Definitely not the standard we expected. Overall, from the dishonest behaviour of the staff, to the ridiculous extra charges, the outdated rooms and the disappointing breakfast, nothing about this stay was worth the money. We came here expecting a pleasant hotel experience and instead left feeling completely disappointed and taken advantage of. Honestly, do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. There are plenty of better options. Don't waste your money here. AVOID.

Hotel staff very friendly and nice, helping us to coordinate with the boatman waiting our arrival at the pier due to flight delay. Hotel environment is clean and good for relax and rest.

We had a fantastic stay at Sand Sea Resort at Railay Beach. The location is absolutely beautiful, with incredible views straight from the beach and a perfect setting to relax and enjoy Railay. The pools are lovely, well maintained and great for cooling off after a day exploring. The whole resort has a relaxed atmosphere, and considering the amazing location, we thought it offered excellent value for money. A great choice if you’re staying in Railay — beautiful scenery, great pools and fantastic value. We would happily stay again!

Our stay at Sand Sea Resort was fantastic. Without a doubt, it's an incredible hotel for a holiday getaway in Railay Beach. One of its major advantages is its location, as it has access to both the main Railay Beach and the beach on the other side where the pier is located, which is very convenient for both arriving and getting around the area. The facilities are very well maintained, and the entire hotel exudes a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Furthermore, the staff are super friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times, making the stay even more pleasant. Without a doubt, it's an ideal place to disconnect, enjoy Railay, and spend a few days on holiday in a beautiful setting. We would definitely repeat!

This was one of the best hotel that i have stayed in my month long trip in Thailand. I would recommend to book it for atleast 2 days to enjoy the place or even longer if you want quite tranquil place. The hotel is very long stretching from railey east beach to west beach. I would also recommend to reserve long tail boat service from the hotel itself instead of from others. The boat service from the hotel costs the same, but services are much much more convenient and 5 star. The hotel has 2 pools, a coffee shop with amazing view, and all the hotel staffs are amazing providing excellent services. Highly recommend this hotel. Hotel also have a golf kart to take u around.

Excellent hotel in Railay. the quality-price ratio is the best. Very good service from the staff. Its main pool is right in front of the beach. The breakfast area also has a wonderful view.

Location: Whether it's East or West Beach, you can directly enter the hotel once you arrive at the pier. The hotel spans both east and west, so it's quite large. If you want to avoid wading, you need to take a boat from Ao Nang Pier to East Beach; there's a floating bridge. The harmony between people and animals at the hotel is remarkable – lots and lots of monkeys, also hornbills, and lizards (didn't see any myself). Breakfast: Very rich and diverse. It's truly suitable for families with kids; they can play in the sand right after waking up, then swim, and when they're tired, head back to the room to sleep. The food at the nearby snack street isn't expensive either.

Rai Leh Beach Hotel Family Trip Experience This hotel is right on Rai Leh Beach. After disembarking at the pier, it's about 60 meters to the left of the wooden boardwalk to reach the lobby, where check-in was very efficient. The hotel policy states check-in is after 2 PM, but if the room isn't ready, you can store your luggage in the lobby, allowing both adults and children to head to the pool or beach. We arrived around noon, and the waves were quite big at the time. There's a changing room next to the restroom, so after changing into our swimsuits, the kids played in the pool. Our room was ready shortly after, and we checked in smoothly. We were traveling as a family, and the hotel arranged two adjacent 'Sunrise' rooms for us. The connecting door in the middle could be opened, which was incredibly convenient, allowing the kids to move freely between the two rooms. Our rooms were on the first floor, with the balcony directly facing the pool. The hotel has three pools in total: the one next to the lobby has fewer people; the pool near Rai Leh Beach is right by the sand, next to the restaurant, making it very accessible; and another one is in the central part of the hotel, which our room was right next to. We could step straight out onto the pool area from our balcony. The ecological environment here is fantastic. From the balcony, we often saw monkeys rummaging through trash cans for food. We always observed them from a distance, careful not to get too close to avoid them snatching food. Occasionally, lizards would crawl out of the bushes, which we could also observe from afar. We even saw small squirrels, making the natural ambiance truly immersive. It's about a ten-minute walk from the hotel to Phra Nang Beach, one of Rai Leh's most beautiful beaches. Visiting in the afternoon was particularly pleasant. The sand on the beach is fine and gentle, and there aren't many tourists, so children can play in the sand safely. You can even catch small crabs in the seawater. We saw a father and son from China catching quite a few crabs there at the time. We spent a delightful time playing in the water and digging in the sand with our child. The hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety, and dinner can be enjoyed right by the sea, dining with the sea breeze – an excellent experience.

Excellent hotel. Beachfront on two sides of the hotel, 3 swimming pools. Beautiful views. Food is ordinary but the surroundings are stunning.

This season, the hotel offered excellent value for money. The room was clean and hygienic, and the service was very good. The hotel spans both East Railay and West Railay beaches, with the lobby located near the East Railay floating pier and the restaurant on West Railay, offering a great spot to watch the sunset. You can walk to the small street from both sides of the hotel. There are three pools, two of which are quite large and frequently visited by monkeys.
