Daftar masuk ini berasa sangat tidak selesa 1. Pertama sekali, meja penyambut tetamu daftar masuk mengenakan bayaran kepada kanak-kanak untuk menggunakan katil, yang tidak tersedia semasa menempah hotel. Selepas berkomunikasi dengan kakitangan Ctrip, ia telah diselesaikan. 2. Bilik yang saya duduki sangat usang dan katilnya sangat lembap. Saya segera menghubungi kakitangan perkhidmatan pelanggan Ctrip untuk melaporkan masalah katil, tetapi saya terlalu letih pada masa itu dan tidak meminta untuk menukar bilik. As akibatnya, keputusan saya yang salah menyebabkan kami sekeluarga tidak dapat berehat dengan baik sepanjang malam! Bilik yang kami berikan sudah usang dan usang! Terdapat semburan bau dari tandas, penghawa dingin sangat bising, bunyi dari tingkat atas sangat kuat, dan katil sangat tidak selesa dan tenggelam di tengah! Lepas pukul 2 pagi memang tak tahan nak berkomunikasi dengan staff Ctrip, sebab kena ke laut lepas pukul 7 pagi, jadi tunggu laut nak tukar bilik. ! Ia boleh dibayangkan bahawa keesokan harinya kami tidak berehat dengan baik dan keseluruhan permainan mendapat diskaun yang besar! 3. Selepas kakitangan Ctrip berkomunikasi dengan meja depan, penggantian bilik baru sangat lancar.Kali ini bilik agak baru, tetapi katil besar diperbuat daripada dua tilam, dan bahagian tengahnya tidak rata dan tidak selesa. Hotel ini tidak disyorkan 4. Kami mesti memuji dan berterima kasih Kakitangan Ctrip secara aktif membantu saya menyelesaikan masalah sepanjang proses! Lebih-lebih lagi apabila saya menghantar lebih banyak mesej pada pukul dua pagi, saya mendapat balasan tepat pada masanya! Terima kasih banyak-banyak!

Didn’t clean the room in the three days But the price is OK and location is good

There could have been a beach bag and towels for the beach in the rooms. We had it provided to us at another krabi hotel and it made total sense.

The hotel looked good on the outside. However its not a 4 star standard anyone would expect i would give it a 2.5. The check in was pleasant, front desk staff were friendly but lacked training and experience. There were no complementary drinks or welcome basket or fruits that i saw in the review. The staff failed to also inforn that the drinks n snacks was included in the package. My booking was for the Executive room and it required a buggy transfer to and fro, the driver Lif and CJ was sweet, pleasant and accomodating unfortunately the last 2 days of my stay i encountered a staff called Yee who was rude who stomped away when asked something and refused to respond to any queries and shouted back when asked for help with my luggage. He should not be put in front of the guest. The phone did not work at times and so it was difficult to call for the buggy and room service calls were unattended. There was no proper tv channel in english only in Thai language and Hindi. The housekeeping staff were prompt and friendly but couldn't communicate. I used the same towel for 4 days and the bathroom rug was not changed in that period. There were dirty moldy spots on pillows but was promptly changed when requested [pre requested for dust free clean room because of allergy ) . Good staff but unfortunately they were not trained for housekeeping mostly interns. The lobby area had no ventilation or fans. The location was good but hotel needs a real makeover and lacks well trained hospitality staff. It was my birthday and even knowing that there were no complimentary anything comparing to being looked after well and served well in other 3 star hotels b4. I will rate this 4 over 10 and the 4 is only because of the friendly staff and the jacuzzi and location. Not worth the money spent.

What can I say? If you are coming to Krabi, you should stay here at least once!

LOCATION IS EXCELLENT AND NEXT TO KRABI SHOPPING ARCADE. EASY TO FIND GOOD RESTUARANTS AND WALKING DISTANCE FROM SEA

Had a jacuzzi room and no hot water in the jacuzzi it was just cold

I’ve been to this hotel before, it is a short distance to the beach and the centre close to all shops and restaurants. The rooms great with private balcony and huge beds and it is nice and quiet at night as tucked off the Main Street. It is good value for the price

Nice place With the Great location

Good location easy short walk to the beach & shops restaurants etc. Making up of the room needs a lot to be desired. No actual cleaning takes place only floor swept & bed made. The nice lad we had was given far too many rooms per day & did our room around 6pm. Grounds & pools lovely. Staff excellent. We had a ground floor room by the lower pool & it was large & comfortable. There is infinity pool at the very top of the hotel which is on a hill but they have a buggy to take you up & down. Did not have breakfast so cant comment but lunch in the restaurant was fine. Would return here as a very nice hotel.
