Excelente ubicación para conocer la ciudad andando desde una zona tranquila pero con restaurantes y tiendas en la zona. Las habitaciones son de aspecto clásico pero muy cuidadas y limpias, con los baños reformados. El desayuno es variado con opciones dulces y saladas.

The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring - easy walk into pld town and all the sights, tram slightly further afield, and a short walk to the train station to get you everywhere else. The welcome was lovely, our flight was delayed so we didnt arrive until 2am, but the reception is open 24/7 so that was a relief! When we asked for additional pillows they were more than happy to help (note, the pillows are so thick it hurt my neck so ask for thinner ones if you need to, like me!!). Breakfast was lovely, everything you could want. The extra money for the view of the square I'm not sure was worth it though. Our room 218 was adjacent to the next door property and on friday and saturday nights there was music on really loudly until 4.30am, so we didnt get much sleep. Pros and cons!

Another excellent stay at Hotel Pollera. Huge comfortable room with soaking bath and shower and bidet. Bed also comfortable, small sitting area with additional TV. No TVN24 or CNN 😞. Beautiful view, great WIFI. Delicious breakfast and convenient on-site parking. I would love some hair conditioner and body lotion but not a deal breaker. I bring my own now. Super close to everything you want to enjoy in Krakow. Park the car and walk everywhere. Wonderful!

I love this hotel. The front desk staff were very pleasant Quick and easy check-in. Parking reserved before we arrived. Bottles of water in our room. We had a view onto the street but with the windows closed, the room was silent. We slept wonderfully. The hotel breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Lovely historic building a short walk to the rynek and the Galeria. Perfect location. We will return. Highly recommend!

Good location in the Old Town near both the market and the Castle. Lots of shops and restaurants near this hotel, some within 30 meters, so very convenient. This hotel is very old, floors creak sometimes when you walk on them, but this contributes to the hotels charm. Hotel restaurant has very good breakfast, I highly recommend it, very good selection of meats, cheeses, pastries, coffees, teas, juices and if purchased here online the breakfast was cheaper than if purchased at the hotel, so better to do this if you want breakfast at the hotel.

The location is excellent - walking distance to the train station and old town center. Front desk staff were very friendly. The proper is old, no update has been done.

Hotel is old style which I like. Bed linen and shower/bathroom up to date and very clean. I didn’t have breakfast there. My only complaint is the squeaky floorboards but that was fine really
