Xerion Hotel

Just back from a very enjoyable stay at this hotel, quite location, but near enough to walk to everywhere, lovely and clean ,fabulous breakfast , really friendly atmosphere, hopefully be back one day ,karkow is amazing very interesting place , ,GlynisGreen

Just back from a four night stay. Very pleased with the quality of the hotel for the price. Both our room and bed & breakfast were very good. Hotel staff helpful and overall an excellent stay. If we ever return to Krakow we would try to book again.

A lovely clean modern hotel. The room was a lovely size and had everything we needed. The shower was lovely and the mattress comfortable. The breakfast was such a wonderful selection of food to choose from. The staff would do anything to help. We found Hanja particularly lovely and helpful, especially when our tour company cancelled our Auschwitz tour last minute. Hanja helped me to book bus tickets online. Thanks Xerion and Hanja too! We hope to come back with the children in the future.

Stayed here for 3 nights for anniversary and first time in Krakow. I'd like to start off and say staff were lovely and tried there best to help in any way. Rooms are very different than what I'm used to being in atrium. Rooms are connected by door and thin walls so be wary(may have seen our neighbour have a morning shower as he didn't close his door curtains) Bed was rock solid so may be good for some people but we struggled sleeping while here. Did ask if there was any bed toppers but nothing was provided even though said would be sorted which didn't bother us. Shower was amazing but, sort of stands out like a sore thumb making the rest of the room looking a little outdated. Electric sockets blew on us and broke our only phone charger and left us without any electric on bedside. Breakfast was average. Everything could of been a bit better(apart from staff) but it was somewhere to go back to at an end of a long day. Thanks

Absolutely beautiful hotel in this lovely city! Unusual modern design with rooms built around an atrium. Big room with a lovely bathroom. The staff are exceptional. Walked everywhere. Thoroughly recommend.

We stayed at the Xerion hotel in March 2024 as part of a Jet2 City Break package. The hotel is slightly out out of the city centre, which we knew when booking, but if you don't fancy the walk into town, there's a tram stop within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. We chose to walk most of the time and it took us about 30 minutes (we do walk quickly though!). The hotel is off a quiet side street so you're not bothered by road noise and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. There's a lovely bar/ restaurant and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was great with a good mix of hot and cold options. The room was clean and spacious and the shower was great! We were there for 4 nights and the room was cleaned every other day. However, you can request for it to be cleaned daily if you'd prefer by leaving the card on the door. Overall, this is great little hotel, tucked out of the way. I would happily stay here again.

The Xerion Hotel is a lovely place to stay, and breakfast was very nice with lots on offer. Our room was on the 2nd floor in the Atrium, the room was amazing and couldn't fault it. The staff were extremely helpful upon our arrival, which was early morning, before our room was ready. Immediately, our bags were taken care of. The staff were extremely helpful with information about getting into the town centre, giving us a map and directions. The walk across the river to Krakow City was very pleasant, giving us time to source restaurants, currency exchange, coffee shops etc. We found Krakow a very calm and relaxing city. Travelling on the trams, buses and trains were very easy and very reasonable priced. I would recommend the Xerion Hotel 100%. I hope to visit again soon.

The room was very nice clean and spacious. We slept very well for the first few nights. Until the room next door to ours was occupied. The walls were so thin we could hear all conversations! Even them receiving text messages on their phones. They stayed up late meaning we had poor sleep. The breakfast was amazing lots of choices from the buffet and you can order your eggs fresh and porridge. The location was good about a 25 minute walk into the centre. Lots of transport links and a train station ten minute walk away which takes you direct to the salt mines and Auschwitz. We didn’t book for Auschwitz as all the tours were booked up. we got the train there and lots of spaces available to book on one of the guided tours within the hour of us arriving we got there about 9.15am. Morskie Oko amazing restaurant to eat in krakow, doing a tour on a golf buggy was good book online don’t buy from the people on the square. We paid 15 pounds for 1.5 hours.

Hotel is very nice and the staff so well mannered and helpful. We enjoyed sitting in the bar after long days on our feet at the various tourist attractions. Even if you require an Uber or a Bolt to the Main Square is costs between 20 - 25 Zloty which is no more than £5. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and our stay in the Xerion Hotel.
