I wasn't sure what to expect as the place is fairly new and I couldn't even see it on Google maps street view. So I took a chance and wasn't disappointed. I wasn't sure if the hotel had a proper reception desk. It does, and it is 24 hour. With very helpful and friendly staff who organized tours for me etc. I also wasn't sure if there was a breakfast room. There is, just beside reception. Of ample size and a decent feed. Mostly Continental, but varied and filling (7-10am). The rooms are a decent size and are spotless. The building itself has an elevator serving a split level style building. It seems to be an old apar**ent building that has been converted to suit. It has been converted well with modern amenities. Nothing feels dated. The area itself is very handy for the main square and is on a very quiet (easy to find) side street. I was sleeping on the first floor facing the front street and slept soundly. I am solo traveller and found this to be ideal. Would stay again, and probably will in the summer. Darragh - Dublin.

Great stay. Nice location in the old town and 15 minutes to walk to the central station. 24/7 reception, no trouble with check-in around 11pm. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, warm heating and hot shower. Very good Polish breakfast with hot and cold options changing daily, felt homemade. We would stay again.

Pretty good to be fair, very central to the old town, with everything easily within a five minute walk. Staff were helpful and polite - only went to the breakfast one morning more for a coffee than anything else only a small selection but it was free - so definitely nothing to complain about.
Bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for a couple of nights. Room was a good size and clean, but you can hear quite clearly noise from outside the apar**ent and also inside of an evening - it’s not too much of a problem but if you’re a light sleeper something to consider.
Overall a good experience.

Great hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly. Always someone on reception. The room was spacious and clean, loved having a balcony to look at the snow on. Big bathroom. Fantastic location. We had a great stay, would recommend, thank you..

Fantastic place, rooms were lovely. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The apar**ents are a 3 minute walk from the old town main square. Will definitely stay here again.

Booked on ******* due to location being close to the main square. Wasn’t sure what to expect as not many reviews. Wow! This place is amazing. Recently renovated and the apar**ent we had was so lovely 8.1 on the 3 rd floor. Couldn’t fault it, bed so comfy, amazing large bath and nice lounge/ dining/ kitchen area. 3 minutes walk to the main market, but so quiet where it’s located so great nights sleep. Restaurants and the house of beers nearby which were great. Breakfast was fantastic as well, and staff so accommodating, from giving us extra tea bag’s, to storing luggage and booking us a taxi. Great place and we are already planning coming back with friends. A hidden gem which deserves more reviews. Thanks for a great trip to Krakow. Ian and Karen. UK
