We have just returned from 3 nights at the hotel and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was a great experience. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The room was massive, clean and uniquely furbished with so much space and everything you would want or need. Our room was at the top of the building and the ceiling was all glass which may cause a problem in the summer but was not an issue for us at the end of March. The breakfast was very nice and tasty with a good selection and excellent service. Location wise the hotel could not be placed any better, right in the heart of the old town and on the main square. A perfect place to stay for a city break and I would highly recommend it.

let me say few words about this hotel, one of the best in cracow, I was there twice and their hospitality is amazing. You can ask reception about everything and they will help imidietly. They booked us tickets to opera in no more than 15 minutes!! How did they do that ? I was so amazed. The breakfat made from traditional polish ingredients is a bleasing to your soul. You must visit them and theirf fabolous rooms.

Śniadanie wyśmienite, duży wybór dań z karty i w bufecie (jest nawet sushi). Warto przyjechać dla samego śniadania. Klimatyzacja w pokoju po każdym wyjściu resetuje się do 22 stopni, to trochę za zimno.

I prefer staying at this brand when I travel. Compared to the resort in Warsaw, it presented itself much better in all chapters. The hotel is very well located near the Central Station and the Old Center of the city. The staff is extremely kind and attentive to customer requests. The breakfast is substantial, generous and varied. The menu of the day offered at lunch was a very good idea, carefully selected and at a reasonable price. The heating of the room did not work, which generated some discomfort, given that the outside temperature dropped below 0 degrees during the night.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location for our needs. Clean, modern room with a spacious bathroom. Situated by the Vistula River which provides ideal walking opportunities. The main bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and a local supermarket is slightly over 5 minutes away. Will happily stay here again when we next visit Krakow.

I recently stayed at Hotel Elektor in Krakow and overall think it was a nice hotel, nice size, clean room with a location that was easy to get to from the Airport/Train and close enough to walk to everywhere. My only negative would be the AC as it wasn't good, at all. Luckily it didn't get insanely hot during my visit but on the 1st day I set the AC from 24 to 21 and after 3 days it still never got lower then 22. I would consider staying here again but if it's hot weather I would not stay. If this isn't a factor for you, or not going there in the heat of summer, definitely stay here

We booked this apartment as its central to everything and had 4 bedrooms. We went as 4 couples and the apartment was fantastic, it's not modern but we liked that. The rooms were huge so none of us felt like we were on top of one another. One of the bedrooms was through another bedroom but that wasn't an issue either. The apartment is on the first floor and they are in the process of installing a lift but we didn't need that. The only downsides were. The bedrooms needed mirrors and thicker curtains to block out the light, the trams start early but it wasn't that bed. Location wise I would definitely recommend 👌

We had a very nice room in the attic. The bed was comfortable and the amenities in general correct. The only issue we had was that we did not get hot water. We had barely warm showers for two days in January. Cracow gets cold in the winter so this was not ideal. When we complained we were told that the issue had been solved but then it wasn't. Other than that, we had a nice time. It was very well located and we could stroll around the city comfortably.
