Good service by receptionist Faisal and f&b team at breakfast restaurant.. Must try their roti canai kosong with teh tarik, so yummy...

Great service that we have received from each team member. Quite new hotel in town. Great breakfast with a lots of option and choices for you to choose. The most i like is that toast with charcoal, what a unique way! Thank you for the surprised cake ! The room is big, clean and cozy ! But the pillow is too soft...

Clean and spacious room. The pillow was too flat, could be uncomfortable. Room service and the breakfast were great with lots of options. Staffs were friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast buffet time and with late check out request. Sound proof was very good.

It's a great hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. The service staff is friendly. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to KLCC for the test.

Amazing staff service, wonderful amenities , and beautiful luxe interior to be admired and experienced! The staff were so nice and accomodating, from the front desk to greet you, all the way to the breakfast restaurant staff. Everyone is of great help and truly enhanced the stay for my family. The rooms are beautifully designed, with little details that make it special. The only downside i could think of was that the pillows were a little flat and soft. Other than that, a great stay for a reasonable price! Do check out the amenities, and gym and pool is wonderful.

Very good. I like how the rooms even though smaller than what we’ve tried with other hotels, it was sufficient. They also have a small bathtub here. The continental buffet was superb. I love their coffe beans by carnival and also how they have detox water and a wide array of pastry bread. Also, you can exoect a comfortable stay with their 5star and above hotel service.

Newly opened IHG hotel in central KL Good location with 10 minutes walking distance to KLCC. Great and attentive staff from security guards, bellman, front desk and housekeeping

The hotel is near the city center, but the facility and the service is unsatisfactory. We arrived late, the reception staff was really unprofessional, which wasted a lot of time for us. The room had no hot water, and the manager can not solve the problem. When we argue with him, he said our voice is too loud and wanted to call the police! What a ridiculous! Finally a female manager came out and apologized to us, and served a dinner for us. But this experience definitely was unhappy, the comment is for the female manager for her good attitude, but will not come back again!

This is a new hotel, there are renovation still going on. But is not noisy. Fast check in, staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is spacious but the bedlinen is dusty. Got rashes and my skin is itchy after woke up. Need to walk about 10 to 15 minutes to KLCC. I will not go back again.

Quite a new hotel of IHG collection. Presently, till Jan24, only opened up 100plus rooms. Total of 300plus inventory. A cozy 5 stars hotel sited close to Ibis Hotel and some luxury residences. Rather peaceful and away from Bukit Bintang busy and noisy. Location wise is definitely very poor. If you are a person who must have good amenities surrounding you, then this hotel is certainly not an option at all. It is about 15mins minimally and that’s provided if you are in luck without jam to KLCC or Bukit Bintang areas. Otherwise, plus jam, then about 25mins. This is certainly my first and maybe last stay.

New hotel. A lot of parking lot and variety of foods on breakfast.

It was a new hotel launch in dec 2023.. the hotel feels new and the room was spacious .. the king size bed was so comfy.. the toilet was very clean .. they gave the weight scale 😂 .. staff was very friendly and they provide us with a good service .. i took breakfast and the food have so many choices to choose and the food was delicious .. we went on new year eve's and the location is nearby to klcc .. i got stuck in heavy traffic 😂 .. security also very friendly and he also volunteer to took out photo in front of the hotel 👍 Last but not least , this hotel is highly recommended and do enjoy your stay ..

A new hotel near KLCC (about 10minutes walk). Strategic but busy location. Expected for a city hotel. Just next to Ibis Hotel. Basement parking a bit tricky for a large car. Can opt for valet parking at RM35 per day. Room is adequate. Infinity pool is not too big but good enough. However view is a bit limited due to surrounding buildings. Celebrated wedding anniversary and the hotel nicely sent cake to our room. Breakfast - good selection. Attentive staff at the hotel. All in all, good experience and time & money worth spent!

Absolutely love this hotel! Location is amazing. The room was tastefully decorated. My little boys enjoyed the pool and the bathtub. Please maintain the level of cleanliness and also the amazing service from your front desk and housekeeping team (the staff on duty was kind enough to offer us extra bottled water as he saw that we have kids with us).
