Xiao Qian at the front desk provided excellent service. There's a self-service popcorn and coffee machine available in the lobby. All the staff members were very friendly, and the hotel is close to the subway entrance. Highly recommend!

This stay wasn't great. Upon checking in, I was given the worst room. The smart room control system was broken, and the toilet was… well, I won't even go there. The service was decent, though. My previous two stays here were fine, which is why I chose to come back. In the bathroom, there was a toothbrush and toothpaste left by the previous guest. The next day, after changing rooms, there were still issues. Water leaked out of the shower, and the air conditioning felt like it wasn't even on – it was so hot. Picture 1 shows what you see when you open the bathroom door, and Picture 2 is a toothbrush I found in my room that hadn't been unpacked. The front desk only offered an apology without any real solution. Anyway, I won't be staying here again. Their washing machines aren't for guests; the staff uses them themselves. It's ridiculous, I always had to wait in line.

I recently visited Shenzhen's Dongmen area and booked the Park Inn Hotel (Shenzhen Dongmen Hubei Metro Station Branch) last minute. My four-day, three-night stay far exceeded my expectations; the value for money was surprisingly good. The hotel's location is prime. Hubei Metro Station Exit D is right outside, just a two-minute walk to the entrance. This makes it incredibly convenient whether you're heading to Dongmen Pedestrian Street for shopping, checking out Huaqiangbei, or visiting other attractions in Shenzhen. What's even better is the abundance of dining options around the hotel. From authentic Cantonese dim sum restaurants to Sichuan and Hunan stir-fry eateries, and even trendy bubble tea shops and snack stalls – everything you could want is there. You'll never have to worry about where to eat; just step downstairs and embark on a culinary journey. The service from the front desk staff was especially heartwarming. From their enthusiastic greeting during check-in to patiently answering our questions about local sightseeing, they were always smiling and highly efficient, making the entire process seamless without any frustrating waits. A standout feature was the hotel's robot delivery service. Whether we forgot toiletries or ordered takeout, a robot intelligently delivered them, which was both novel and convenient, brimming with a sense of technology. While the room facilities weren't luxurious, they were clean, tidy, and fully equipped. The bedding was soft and comfortable, providing a particularly refreshing sleep. Toiletries, towels, and other clean supplies in the bathroom were neatly arranged and perfectly met the needs of a temporary stay. Daily housekeeping was also thorough; staff meticulously replaced items and cleaned, ensuring the room always remained fresh. After a four-day stay, I couldn't find any faults with this hotel, be it its location, service, or facilities. For travelers seeking great value, it's definitely a top accommodation choice in the Dongmen area. I will certainly choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

Pack your bags and head off to a beautiful destination! After a long journey, you always need a hotel to rest your feet! This hotel has a great environment, it's clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff are really welcoming and friendly 😄. There's also free coffee and drinks in the lobby on the first floor.

I was given a free room upgrade, which was a nice surprise! The hotel's ventilation system is excellent with central air conditioning, and there's no unpleasant smell from the bathroom drain. It's super close to Hubei Station on Line 2, about 50 meters away, which is incredibly convenient. You can reach Liantang Port in just three stops. Xiangxi Village is right next door with lots of food options, and there's a KTV and foot massage parlor nearby. The front desk service was great, and the lobby offers free coffee, popcorn, and sour plum juice. The hygiene is good, and the environment is decent. Definitely worth recommending!
