Ulasan Fan Holiday Hotel

Carpark and the hotel quite far away. The room is dirty so need to change the room. The water pressure is low. The front service quite good but the communication between supervisor and manager are not good because the supervisor asks for sending the picture to a phone number,which is about the problem that i have met. But the owner of phone number asks me do not send the photo for him/her.

The hotel room was okay, but I was a bit disappointed that the bathroom door was missing. Even if it's a single person room, there should still be a bathroom door.

Unacceptable that terrible cleanliness 😤

This place was incredibly smelly and noisy. There's virtually no soundproofing; you can constantly hear doors slamming shut. How can a hotel's sound insulation be so bad? The toilet was filthy, with a dirty bowl and even wads of paper left by the previous guest. The floor hadn't been cleaned either, and there were bugs in the bed. The sheets and bedding were all yellowed. I guess you get what you pay for. The pros are that it's cheap, the Wi-Fi is fast, and there's a convenience store right next door which is handy for buying things. Plus, you can get to Setagaya Park without even crossing the road.

This property is stellar. It's clean, comfy, quiet and the staff are very kind. The scenic and pristine Taman Tasik Danau Kota Park is just behind the hotel. A mall is next door and there are countless restaurants in every direction. I highly recommend this property.

This hotel is affordable and conveniently located near Fengan Setapak Central. There are also Mamak stalls and other shops right in front of and around the hotel.

The receptionist is friendly and easy to find food because the mall is nearby

Hotel reception staff are friendly .location is good for a lot food and just near shopping mall.  convenience to go everywhere . Housekeeping is needed to request according to staff said will clean 3 days once .

strangers just access our room for no reason, luckily I was in the room Lol.

We booked this Hotel few times already. Everything is okay.

Overall the room for one person is quite okay, also the toilet is quite spacious and transparent 😂 but i hate the smell of the room im so sorry hope the hotel management spray or put some fragrance in the room 🙂↔️ picture is not relatable
