Good 1. Hotel locations not bad . Near to the Borneo culture museum and walking distance to Waterfront. 2. Price not bad if compare to other same grade hotels in Waterfront. Bad 1. WiFi connection definitely cannot use inside the room. 2. Facilities very old . 3. Not so much option in hotel breakfast buffet .

The room is decent for solo travelers. The location is convenient, close to plenty of dining options and still not far from the city center.

Staff are the friendliest. Best value for money hotel room in Kuching. Good service. Clean comfortable room. The restaurant serve very nice food at reasonable, affordable price - not the usual hotel food price. Great location away from the noise of the city. Walking distance to some of the best places to eat local food in Satok area.

One of the WORST hotel restaurants! Servers only refill our drinks halfway through the event. Guest has to get up from their seats to refill their own drinks! Servers don’t understand the simplest instructions…asking for cutlery for our table FOR EVERYONE, and they gave us only ONE SET! Never NEVER order their beef ribs they are AWFULLY tough! And i took forever for them to finally cut it into bite size pieces. Again no cutlery given! Food wastage - asked for plastic bag to “tapau” back the food but was turned down by the supervisor. Saying that the hotel doesn’t allow to take back the food? So all the food goes to waste? Very rich concept for a shabby hotel to allow wastage. Overall, I’m frustrated with the service tonight! Really bad
