Hotel 4 bintang Kuching yang Popular

Ada shuttle percuma untuk ke lapangan terbang. Wifi, agak susah untuk disambung, walaupun akhirnya berjaya(not guest friendly). Tekanan air yang sangat memuaskan. Tiada restoran/cafe yang boleh jalan kaki.

Beberapa kali ke sini dan tidak pernah jemu dengan kebersihan dan kekemasan hotel ini.. Cuma perlu perbaiki saluran TV. Mungkin boleh menyambungkan TV android ke internet supaya boleh netflix dan menyejukkan diri di dalam bilik. Terima kasih☺️☺️

Pertama sekali, saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Ramzi di lobi kerana memberi kami arahan berkali-kali dengan penuh semangat melihat lengan saya yang cedera, dia juga membuat perjalanan khas untuk membawa kami ke mana kami ingin pergi. Bukan senang nak naik teksi ke lapangan terbang, Ramzi sangat bersemangat dan membantu kami menempah teksi dengan harga yang sama dengan Grab. Persekitaran hotel baik, pantai sangat bersih, tetapi tidak banyak restoran berdekatan, bilik mandi berbau busuk, dan pembetung tersumbat

tempat yang sangat strategik di pusat bandar kuching. kemudahan lengkap disediakan oleh pihak hotel sesuai dengan kehendak percutian kami sekeluarga di bandar kuching.

I opted for Riverside Majestic Astana Wing as my quarantine stay. From the moment I was picked up to the stay itself, the service has been great. I am currently still staying in my Deluxe King room on the 15th floor (the bed is super comfortable!). By all account, select the river view room. Each even the sky turns into a magical hue of oranges, the most beautiful sunset. A stay would not be great if not for the service. I would like to call out Amos Chong who checked me in upon arrival. His customer service is personable and with lots of attention to detail. He has the ability to make you feel like as if you're a returning VIP even if its just your first stay. Kudos also goes out to Ivy from the restaurant. Each morning she greets with such delight and would address me by name. She's definitely a ray of sunshine. I cant wait to meet her once I get out of quarantine. I definitely would be back and would recommend friends to stay here. For the two excellent staff, Amos and Ivy, I hope you get recognize for the 5 star hospitality you show.

Segala-galanya hebat tentang hotel ini. Kecuali mangkuk tandas tersumbat dan tiada siapa yang dapat membantu pada tengah malam dan pihak hotel meminta kami menunggu sehingga pagi. Koridor agak gelap. Selain itu lokasinya bagus dan hotelnya bersih. Hotel bersedia membenarkan daftar keluar lewat kerana penerbangan lewat.

Looks 4 stars from outside and the lobby but the rooms do need an overhaul and thorough wipe-down. Booked a suite and it was huge but space not utilised properly and had odd corners and mismatched (ugly/dated, more like). Alot of dust on overhead shelves so if you flick dustballs scatter and fall like large snowflakes only they are grey and fuzzy. carpet was so stained i automatically uttered: omg somebody was murdered here when i entered and got scolding from family. But for the pricepoint, there really shouldnt be complaints. it is quite cheap - even considering kuching prices. oh the kitchen was dark but the fact that there even was a kitchen at this price shd be a huge consolation - even if the freezer was mouldy and there was a layer of water collecting. But other than these physical attributes, service was pretty good. counter staff were polite and accommodating. no breakfast included in price but it is very cheap. even that we didnt have bfast there cos the restaurant looked a bit sad with no customers eating there. Location-wise - its convenient, near shopping mall and the new pedestrian bridge over kuching river. and just a short distance from the river promenade. Oh, stayed during the mooncake festival fiesta which was located within walking distance - 2 blocks down road so was a very convenient stay. Beds were comfortable and surprisingly clean so that's all that mattered at the end of the day. We were comfortable after all said.

Saya sangat menikmati penginapan saya dan mempunyai masa santai yang menyenangkan di sana. Sarapan pagi sangat enak. Saya menikmati kari dan masakan tempatan. Perkhidmatan bilik yang memuaskan juga.

No receptionist after working hours 8-5. But can Whatsapp the number provided into the room for assistance. The gate will be closed in the evening but there is a gate remote control provided with the room keys and staircase main door access card. Facilities quite complete including washing machine, dryer machine, mini kitchen (all sharing). Got swimming pool on the top floor and a mini gym too. Walk to the front got some eateries but at night it's close.
