Great place to stay in based on the prices they offer

We were on a business meeting in Ras Al Khaimah, got free late and decided to stay overnight there. Had a last minute search and found this hotel! When we came, the big room we paid online for was still busy. The hotel staff was very helpful, they found us another room and offered a breakfast as a compensation. We did not try the breakfast as we were too tired but I appreciate a lot the professionalism of the staff who knew how to solve the situation with no hassle! The rooms are spacious and the furniture is new. they have teapots in the room which is a great +. the bathrooms are big and clean. There is a cafeteria and nearby too if you want to have some bites or fresh juices anytime. A big mall with carrefoure is just in front of the hotel. we did not have a chance to explore more neighbourhood as it was a quick stop over.

كانت تجربه رائعة مع عائلتنا اشكر الاخ باسل بصراحة بيض الويه وماقصر في خدمتنا وتوفير كل شي نطلبه منه في اسرع وقت حجزنا فيلا مع مسبح خاص المكان جدا جميل ونظيف وفيه خصوصيه 100/100 ماجربت الفطور عندهم ف ماعندي تعليق باركينات السيارة تكفي سيارتين بس المكان وسيع نوعا ما اذا عندكم زوار الحوض عمقه تقريبا متر و200 وامن اذا استخدموا عوامات و جاكيتات السباحة حق اللي مايعرف يسلح من الاطفال طبعا لازم مراقبه الاهل حبيت موضوع السيفتي الخاص بالمسبح البيبان مستحيل الصغاريه يفتحونها بسهوله حتى الكبار هالشي جدا عجبني بشكل عام الفندق رااااائع

We enjoyed everything during our stay . There is peace and calm in the hotel and staff is very friendly . Specially Akshay and receptionist staff is too much good helping . Food is so delicious . Best place to visit . Me and my husband always visit many place but this is the best place with relaxation .

I choose this hotel after seeing good reviews which I got the luxury service at camphor Hotel in ras al khaimah Rooms are very Good and Luxury Rooms very Affordable for Normal people and I specially thanks to Mr Suraj for his excellent Service and efforts I stayed in Room 207band Contining my Stay for a month by getting quick and awesome Service Well maintained thanks to Camphor Management

Stayed at Mughal for 3 months (march to may). Very friendly and helpful staff that will do everything to make your stay enjoyable, whether it is to offer to help carry stuff to your room if they see you are struggling, print documents for you at the reception, receive packages on your behalf if you are not ”home” and in general solve any issues you may have in zero time. The hotel is specially recommendable for families (they have 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments with kitchen), but also good for long-stay guests like ourself that look for a peaceful place located close to the beach and not far from RAK city & malls. The pool is nicer in reality than in the pictures, and if you want to ”upgrade ”your stay to a 5* experience, then the hotel offers day tickets (for a very modest price!!) to the 5* Hilton resort on the other side of the street, which is one of the best hotels in the area, with a really wonderful pool and beach area. There is also a public beach a little farther down the road (300-400m) and some food trucks and the fish market and harbour is about 500m walking distance to the other direction. Also a thumbs-up to the Liwan restaurant & Czech pub which is in the same building. The Czech Pub and Liwan restaurant share the same kitchen & chefs (the Chef is from the Czech Republic so I specially recommend to try some of the Czech specialties).

Staff are ok but not good for long stay as no Elevator

I am writing to share my feedback regarding the ongoing stay, as my experience has not met expectations for the premium pricing and level of service promised. Here are the specific issues I have encountered: 1. Incorrect Dome Allocation • When booking directly, I explicitly requested a dome in front of the beach. However, I was allocated a dome at the far back with no view, completely opposite of what was requested. • This allocation has severely impacted our experience as the view was an important factor in our decision to book. Paying a premium for such a location and receiving the worst possible view is extremely disappointing. 2. No Towels at Swimming Area • There were no towels available in the swimming area. • My kids were left shivering and, when they asked, they were told towels would arrive after an hour. • We were forced to return to our room to fetch towels, which was inconvenient and unacceptable. 3. Cold Water in Room • The room’s water supply only provided cold water, and there was no hot water available. • This issue required us to lodge a complaint to have it resolved, which disrupted our stay. 4. Promotion Miscommunication • Your promotion advertised that ordering a hookah would include two free coffees. However, the bartender informed us that the promotion was not valid. • Such miscommunication creates confusion and dissatisfaction. 5. Constant Billing Interruptions • Before placing any order, staff repeatedly emphasized that it was chargeable. • After each order, staff stood with the bill before we could even finish, which was intrusive and uncomfortable. 6. Cold Coffee Served • When ordering hot coffee, it was served cold, which is not acceptable for a property of this caliber. Overall Feedback The combination of these issues has made the stay far from enjoyable. I expected a seamless and premium experience, but instead, it has been marred by lack of attention to detail, mismanagement, and subpar service quality.
