Tempat penginapan yang menyenangkan.. Pelbagai jenis makanan sarapan pagi, bilik yang luas. Hotel ini bersambung dengan pusat membeli-belah di tingkat bawah. Dikelilingi dengan tempat-tempat menarik dan boleh berjalan kaki. Akan datang lagi lain kali.

I opted for Riverside Majestic Astana Wing as my quarantine stay. From the moment I was picked up to the stay itself, the service has been great. I am currently still staying in my Deluxe King room on the 15th floor (the bed is super comfortable!). By all account, select the river view room. Each even the sky turns into a magical hue of oranges, the most beautiful sunset. A stay would not be great if not for the service. I would like to call out Amos Chong who checked me in upon arrival. His customer service is personable and with lots of attention to detail. He has the ability to make you feel like as if you're a returning VIP even if its just your first stay. Kudos also goes out to Ivy from the restaurant. Each morning she greets with such delight and would address me by name. She's definitely a ray of sunshine. I cant wait to meet her once I get out of quarantine. I definitely would be back and would recommend friends to stay here. For the two excellent staff, Amos and Ivy, I hope you get recognize for the 5 star hospitality you show.

Persekitaran sangat baik terutamanya kolam renang yang sangat cantik. Terdapat minuman selamat datang apabila anda mendaftar masuk, ia lazat, dan saya minum banyak gelas. Biliknya besar dan selesa, dan saya suka pemisahan kering dan basah, tetapi saya tidak faham mengapa kepala pancuran tidak boleh diselaraskan. Di samping itu, kelemahan terbesar ialah tiada nyamuk di dalam bilik, dan memang banyak nyamuk kat luar tu.kalau nak keluar petang pastikan pakai baju lengan panjang atau kot, balut ketat⋯😭

New hotel in Kuching, latest addition. Beautiful building architecture, the existence of Sheraton made Kuching city look stunning at night. I was at the hotel for a weekend team offsite meeting. All of the feedback I got from our colleagues from West Malaysia - the staff were warm and friendly. The food was nice, only feedback - the coffee served from the machine gets cold too fast probably due to the cold air-conditioning. Hopefully this hotel will improve further their services and stay on top of things!

Semua baik dengan hotel ini. Bilik yang bagus. Gim yang hebat. Kolam yang bagus. Dan juga lokasi yang hebat. Walaupun agak mahal tapi berbaloi.

Sepanjang 21 malam dari 10/6-27/10, saya menikmati cadar yang bersih dan perkhidmatan bilik harian. Mereka mempunyai pelbagai jenis pilihan makanan di restoran Puzzle dan lounge Peak seperti Nasi Lamak, Lasak, bubur, pinggan buah-buahan, salad, coklat goreng, ikan dengan sayur-sayuran, roti dan pastri, pencuci mulut, kopi, teh, jus buah-buahan, bijirin dan yogurt ……… Akhir sekali, gim atau pusat kecergasan juga mengagumkan, mereka mendapat banyak mesin dan peralatan kecergasan, kolam renang, spa dan sauna! Keseluruhan kesan sangat baik dan akan menempah lagi pada masa akan datang apabila melawat Kuching.
