Lokasi yang bagus dan pemandangan yang bagus dari bilik yang menghadap ke sungai. Semua kakitangan dari consierge, meja depan, pengemasan, bar kolam luar biasa dan membantu. Perkhidmatan di restoran memerlukan penambahbaikan - pesanan yang salah, lambat dan tidak memahami permintaan mudah walaupun dalam bahasa tempatan.

First and foremost would like to thank the front office team for arranging such a special moment for us and was so welcoming and nice from start to finish. The room from from the comfort, the amenities, the cleanliness is all great! We really love the bathtub as everything is already prepared. Breakfast was really nice and lovely. The spread was great, the food is delicious, the staff was really nice and attentive. Me and my partner loved both pools our private room pool and also the main pool was great! Thank you once again for the great & memorable holiday! ＜3

We took the Executive Deluxe river view room, on the 16th floor at the Astana Wing. View was fantastic. Room was large, clean and comfy. No bath, just a shower stall which suited us just fine. Buffet breakfast was adequate, tasty, some menu items changed daily. However, what I liked most was the Roti Jala with its curries. You can dine al fresco with a nice view of the river. I will definetly stay here again

Kemudahannya baik, dan hotel ini mempunyai suasana yang terang dan mesra. Lokasinya juga selesa. Sarapan pagi menawarkan pilihan yang baik, walaupun bubur boleh ditambah baik, kerana ia cenderung agak sejuk walaupun ada sedikit wap. Selain itu, menambah bahan perasa boleh menjadi lebih cepat untuk memastikan ia tersedia apabila diperlukan.

Of all the Marriott properties I have been to, this one has the best customer service by far. Ms Sabrina greeted my friends and I at check-in and personally showed us to our room, every staff member was polite and fast to help with anything. We got upgraded from original booking superior to a deuxe room due to high occupancy they said but nevertheless appreciate the gesture! Breakfast has a lot of options, the restaurant is good and there are lots of seafood restaurants next door(UTC) Loved the newly opened Tabby Bar sunset view. If you have status, points or upgrade nights this is the place to use them. I'd like to thank Ms Sabrina, Mr Faizul, Mr Abang from the staff for making our time here 5 Stars. They all gave us the VIP experience, we will definitely be back with family.

Kegemaran saya sepanjang zaman di Kuching Sarawak. Keramahan yang hebat dan pemandangan sungai yang indah. Saya dinaik taraf ke bilik eksekutif hampir setiap kali lawatan. Saya tidak pernah jemu dengan Hilton Kuching. Lokasi yang selesa.
