Great hotel for short trips to Vilnius
We stayed at the hotel in April 2026 with my mom. Very positive experience.
· Service: very polite and responsive staff — both at the reception and in the restaurant.
· Cleanliness: the room was clean and tidy.
· Wi-Fi: worked well in the room and throughout the hotel.
· Breakfast: tasty food, fresh products, good selection. We especially liked the salads and fresh cottage cheese.
· Location: excellent — just a couple of minutes from the train and bus station, about an 8-minute walk to the historic center. There’s a grocery store 2 minutes away.
· Facilities: luggage storage is available — very convenient if you arrive early or leave late.
We will definitely come back — the hotel is perfect for our short trips. Highly recommended.

Прекрасный чистый отель с очень приятной атмосферой. В номере вода, чай, кофе, мини-холодильник. 15 минут от центра пешком. Очень хороший завтрак, всегда сразу подносят, если что-то заканчивается. Вежливый персонал. Обязательно будем останавливаться еще.

not too far away from the central train station or the bus station. spacious enough for me and my suitcase. breakfast was alright and there are enough vegetarian options for me, i’m very satisfied. wifi was super weak tho. i liked the window design. luggage storage was available after check out and when i came back to get the luggage, there was no one at the reception and i just opened the door to the luggage room and got my stuff (the door wasn’t locked which was kinda concerning, but it was locked when i left my luggage there and the staff opened the door for me) so i guess they ain’t too serious about locking the door lol but overall the stay was fantastic and i will come back if i come to vilnius again

Понравилось все. Отзывчивый персонал, приехали раньше гораздо заселения, взяли наши вещи, что позволило погулять по городу налегке.
Местоположение очень понравилось, шаговая доступность до центра.
Рядом очень неплохой ресторан, от отеля нам сделали скидку).
Номер чистый, белье белоснежное, кухня укомплектована всем необходимым.)

Комната чистая, свежий косметический ремонт. Архитектура самого отеля интересная, конструктивизм. Главная лестница потрясающая. Фотокартины над кроватью очень концептуальные. Мне было неудобно пользоваться такси, тк сложно выбрать локацию для отправления.

В этом отеле я останавливаюсь не раз.
Завтрак хороший, выбор есть.
Номера простые , но большего не надо . Чайник есть, ооочень это удобно.
Напротив Lidl- особое удобство .
Я очень довольна и вернусь вновь. От а/п близко, цена такси 6-8 евро .
Рекомендую!

Mi sono fermata per una notte. Buona colazione. Stanza un po' fresca, avrei preferito la temperatura più alta di uno /due gradi. Dispenser sapone nella doccia era vuoto. Non è stato controllato dallo staff della pulizia che è importante. Per il resto andava bene

The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any questions or needs. I would particularly like to highlight the flexibility and understanding of the management, who, despite having booked a non-changeable rate, allowed me to modify my stay without any problems. This gesture speaks to the excellent customer service and hospitality that characterize the hotel.

GGuest UserThe location of the apartment is very convenient. The bus stop is 5 minutes from the apartment. It takes about 20 minutes for the airport to go to the apartment to do the bus, and there is no need to change the car. The apartment is 10-15 minutes walk from the town hall. The city hall is close to shops and restaurants! Anyway, you can walk all the way! The location is really good! There is a supermarket within 5 minutes! There is a coffee shop! The rooms are large and there is everything in the apartment. The kitchen equipment is also very perfect! The decoration is simple and modern! It can be said that I really like it! The apartment's breakfast is 6 Euro / person, not bad. However, what has to be said is the service aspect of the apartment! The follow-up is very angry! We stayed for 3 people. On the day of check-in, we found only 2 bath products, and the sewer of the bathroom was blocked, and the bath water could not flow. The next morning, I reflected the problem with the front desk. I hope they can help the sewers and ask if there are cleaning staff every day (the front desk informs: clean 2 times a day) and hope they can give us the missing bath, soap and paper towels. The front desk staff at the time was not bad. We recorded our problems and said that we would send people to check them out. I went back to the apartment in the evening and found that the sewer was well-passed. The missing paper towels (toilet) had been given, and I also helped to change the bath towels, but did not give us bath products. We thought it might not be the day, and someone will make up the next day. On the third day, when we went out, we packed up our luggage deliberately (I thought someone would clean it, because the front desk said 2 days/1 time) until I arrived at the apartment in the evening, and no one came to clean it! This is even better! Our bathing supplies were completely used up! There is no way, we have a reaction with the front desk (the front desk on duty at the 14th), I hope she will give us the bathing supplies, otherwise we can't take a shower! Who knows that this front desk (the front desk on the 14th) doesn't believe it, tells us that they will add bathing consumables every day (we don't have one day to supplement consumables in 3 days) and have been with us for a long time! Just don't believe us! It seems that we are going to cheat the shower gel. And we are 3 people, according to reason, there should be 3 copies, but only gave us 2 copies! And his family shower gel is very small, a little girl with long hair is not enough! So the experience feels particularly bad!

JJoe_The travelerApart from the location which is not central- it’s a great place to stay. Located in a modern complex with a tennis club /school. It offers a modern style design and decoration alongside a young atmosphere in the bar and a very competitive buffet breakfast. If you have a car or don’t mind to take a uber or bolt then you’ll find the stay in this hotel very pleasant. The stuff are excellent as well.
