Our stay at the Sterling Manali was good, with several areas needing improvement. The rooms looked old, with dirt stains on the walls. Additionally, none of the rooms have balconies, which sometimes led to smells and flies getting trapped inside, making it quite inconvenient. There were also insects in the hotel lobby, which was off-putting. On a positive note, the hotel has a small park, a feature that only a few hotels in Manali offer, and it was a pleasant place to relax. The food in both the breakfast and dinner buffets was really tasty and offered a good variety of menu options. We especially appreciated the efforts of Mr. Balvir and Mr. Mehar, who made our stay more comfortable and were always available to assist us with excellent service. However, I believe the staff at the reception could be more welcoming and greeting, which would enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, while the food and certain amenities were commendable, the condition and cleanliness of the rooms and the lobby need significant improvement.

It was wonderful . Rooms were neat and clean . View was amazing . Staffs were well behaved and very cooperative . Buffet breakfast was hygienic and tasty . There are gyms and other activity area . Campus has a lot to offer like bonfire,kids play area and garden .It is easy to reach from private bus stand and close to Mall Road , Hidimba Devi temple

We had a good experience in this hotel,everyone was well mannered,good behaviour. Especially:@Vikram,@Ravi,@Pradum,@Balveer,@Head chef Rajinder, they were very cooperative. By the way I love this place We enjoyed alot, this place is really very good for kids as well, their is play area in which different types of game available .

Excellent service by Mr Vikram, menu is superb, my experience in this is best because staff is very good. Whenever I plan to visit Manali so my first priority is Sterling Manali only. Best staff if owned by Sterling Manali, so 100 out of 100 from my side

Awesome experience with delicious food. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Nice experience with the service staff like Mr. praduman, Mr. Ravi, Mr. Vikram. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room & delicious breakfast!

Excellent Service and Hospitality. Vikram and Mehar were thorough gentlemen and understood our needs. They made our dining experience fabulous.Amazing food service and taste. Chef made a point to visit us everyday personally and understand our needs. Keep up the good work.

I have stay in sterling manali with my family. It was a pleasant stay. Food was awsome to eat they made a variety and took a care by chief Chef rajinder kumar, amit sharma engineer, mehar, akshay chandel, yashwant from restaurant department. Housekeeping was superb rooms were very clean and neat. Receiptionist mr. Harshit took a care. Travel desk mr. Pawan arranged a good tour. Overall resort was fantastic to stay.

Recently stayed in this property, had a really bad experience , At around 2 AM late night the AC of this property stopped working and due to which we were sweating, and when i complained they said that AC was controlled from reception area. Had to call them in the middle of the night and it spoiled my whole night couldn’t sleep properly. I would highly recommend you to check before booking this property. As nowadays even manali is too hot. And this is very common in this property.
