Humaravom Heritage Resort Amazing place. A uniquely beautiful place, I am delighted!! A cozy hotel, similar to a museum, it is clear that the owner put his soul into it, paid a lot of attention to its design and architecture. The territory is well-groomed, clean, the landscape design is thought out. It is nice to relax in the garden and by the pool. Beautiful horses walk in the garden. The rooms are clean and cozy. The chef cooks fantastically. All his dishes were very tasty. The staff is very polite and respectful, speaks good English. Spa is amazing 🔥🔥🔥 special 😇 Beautiful landscapes in the area, picturesque canals and a lake, many places that can be visited by boat, on foot or by bike. I have the most vivid impressions of staying in this hotel

Rooms are not updated, staff are cooperative but property needs more improvement, breakfast only 2 or three option. Not good Arrangement for vegetarian. Rooms on first floor has narrow starecase. Location is perfect and full of greens. Massage facility is good

Booked this hotel for 2 nights for our Diwali holidays. Paid good money for this stay, and it was a letdown. Our room had rain water leaking on bed which they solved by moving the bed. Staircase logged with leaking rainwater, dirty balcony with spider webs and lizards. Hotel doesn't serve lunch at their restaurant and asked us to go a restaurant outside which is supposed to be their own restaurant for. Menu at this restaurant had barely any vegetarian food and no markings on menu to distinguish veg from non veg food. For all the complaints we had there was no senior person on-site to help. Junior staff connected me with general manager on call, who just repeated the cancellation and no refund policy with no intention of resolving issues. Rooms looked nothing like the photos, no facilities for driver, and poor staff training with english language barriers. We decided to check out a day early and lose our money for a day. No refund or compensation for early check-out and no intention of retaining customer. Feels like they don’t care about guests at all. Would not recommend whatsoever. They have no experience or understanding of running hotel business and no intention of learning the same.

I stayed at the resort with my family for one day and it was a good stay. The room was clean and neat. The ambience of the resort is superb. Bathrooms were maintained well. We opted a superior room and the location was also very convenient.

Old property and not well maintained. Plates in the restaurant is very old and colour has changed. Corridors are very weakly maintained. Wifi was not available and ask for refund. I booked for 2 rooms and while booking it went automatically to 1 room. I booked for two rooms. When confirmed booking it came 1 room. There was no wifi. Old property. Swimming pool not good. No proper maintenance

A nice resort at a reasonable price. Very quiet surrounding in a village. Large wood laden room with all amenities. Limited Food options, particularly for a vegan like me, but enough to sustain. Also, a nice vegetarian restaurant nearby for a change. Bird sanctuary and museums are a tuktuk ride away. Village walks and temple visits in the neighborhood are quite pleasant. Priya and Ananthu at the front desk are very warm, soft-spoken and extremely helpful in anything you need. Krishna the care-taker and Prince at the kitchen are kind and highly responsive Overall, a memorable stay !

My stay at the resort was superb. The location is a perfect spot for enjoying the beautiful nature of Kerala and the backwaters away from the crowd. The staff is very polite, always making sure I was comfortable. They also cook very tasty authentic food.

I stayed here for few days. Overall value for money. They’ve spa and pool and Kerala style boutique rooms with all amenities. A lot of animals and staff was really really warm welcoming and nice. Definitely one of the best resorts in Kumarakom

Absolutely beautiful! The service and facilities are like no other. Lovely pool, amazing spa and some wandering horses. The boat trip in the backwaters was incredible! We were also very lucky to meet the owner of this resort who was the highlight of our stay in Kerala, a lovely ***. Only wish I could of stayed longer!
