Management staff including mr. Senthil are very helpful. Even driver of cab associated with hotel, mr. Shiva, is extremely helpful.

Luas dengan almari pakaian dan tandas yang bersih. Air minu*** botol percuma (1 nombor) jenama tempatan, rasa sedikit masin, disediakan setiap hari. Cerek atau peralatan ***dian tidak diberikan. Tetapi bilik perlu diganti kerana dinding dan langsir lusuh dan kotor. Kakitangan adalah jenis yang sopan dan membantu. The location, room size, food and amenities are good. The staff at the reception and other support services are very good and co operative. The air conditioner was making noise and did not show the temperature display. Firstly, there was no remote control to adjust the temperature. On reporting this problem, the receptionist tried to justify that in other rooms also the same condition was there. I told that we would have difficulty during sleeping and when we wanted to adjust the temperature, we would be in trouble. The ac attendant, after 3 attempts after 11 pm, finally gave us a remote which solved the problem. On vacating the room i asked the receptionist to look into the matter of ac control and take suitable measures for which he hopefully responded. Otherwise, our stay was very good.

We stayed at Chola Dynasty Kumbakonam on 11 th and 12 th of Dec 2024 . On 11 th night as my sister was sick we were looking for some medicines . The Operations Manager who was going out generously offered to buy the medicines for us and helped us. The next day he enquired about my sisters health and offered help if required. Thanks to the OM for the help and concern.

With lots of expectations I booked single room for stay in beginning of July 23. But totally disappointed. Let me give you the reasons First and foremost toilet flush was not working at all and had to fill water to clear. Worst experience Next bath room fittings are rusty and very difficult to operate. Moreover no tray for keeping toiletries items in bath room Main handle in the entrance door was broken and had to put heavy pressure for opening the room every time Wifi not working at all. The only advantage is that the hotel is located in the main junction and nearby to Many more happy returns of the day temples. AC was perfect at least Room tariff of 1800 inclusive of gst for two persons is very much on the high side. I suggest not stay here and look for good hotels. Service is also not up to the mark No complimentary breakfast There is a veg restaurant in the ground floor. The quality is so so only. But the prices are cheap and tiffin items are good Don’t try meals though the rate is 75 per meal No car parking for guests

Rooms spacious, interior well designed, restaurant great, central ac, staff plenty and well behaved, food good ( bit hot) and cheap quite cheap considering four star facility. It's on the main road few mandirs conveniently located. All good and so five star
