Ulasan Kundasang Mount Garden

Arriving at 11.15am i was asked to pay a surcharge of 20RMB per hour if i wanted access to my room before official check-in time of 2pm. The hotel appeared empty. The rooms are clean with nice full height windows. There is bottled water, kettle, and 2 t-bags. There is no TV, no fridge, and no blankets, though blankets are available for an extra charge (the hotel is at an altitude of approx 1,200m, so its chilly in the evenings). Staff didn't speak Rnglish, but with Google Translate they did help arrange a taxi back to KK. There is no restaurant or eating options until you return to the main road - 1.6 kms away uphill. Overall, staff were distant but helpful when approached. I wouldn't stay there again.

The environment and accommodations were absolutely superb! We'll definitely be back. Our family found staying here to be incredibly comfortable, and the fresh air was wonderful. We absolutely loved the cabins!

Overall it’s a good thing to experience the caravan stay. It can accommodate 3 pax. But make sure the third person is not too big size. Double decker concept. Sorry I don’t have pictures on the caravan.

The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed, including a small kitchen and private balcony. The garden outside is lovely, with flowers, vegetables, and even a little stream. It’s very quiet and perfect for relaxing. However, getting there was a bit tricky—the road is narrow and steep, so I’d recommend using a 4WD. Also, the hot water was a bit unreliable

Pros: 1. Love how well maintained the grounds are. Beautiful landscaping, sounds of "waterfall" & birds in the morning, view of the misty mountains just opposite. 2. U could approach kak Liaa (she speaks Malay/indonesian only) for any help. I used google translate throughout. We needed a taxi to get dinner at night & she called a driver friend to ferry us. Be warned about the exorbitant rates though. Cons: 1. Hard to get around if you do not have a car. Rm50 1 way to our dinner place just 2km away. rm250 to KK town.

The road to he hotel is very very bad. Will be difficult to get to it without a car. Plenty of room for improvement.

Quite a lot of insects, maybe because is just mountain? I’m not sure. If just for sleep a night, I think the price is good for what you get.

First time booking with this resort . Good experience n will return again.

Had a wonderful night at this place. Beautiful place. Only negative is the kampung road, it is neglected and full of potholes. Need a 4WD for this road and up the steep road to the chalets

Stiff parking for car & difficulties to move luggage. Big noise from water heater.
