Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Kunming

Saya bertuah kerana memilih Hotel New Era apabila saya keluar untuk melancong. Masuk sahaja ke pintu di sini disambut mesra oleh puan-puan dan adik-adik di kaunter hadapan. Hotel ini bersih dan bersih, dan sarapan paginya berlimpah. Pengangkutan di sekelilingnya mudah, membeli-belah juga sangat mudah, dan harganya berpatutan. Penginapan ini membuatkan saya berasa sangat baik, dan saya akan tinggal di rumah mereka lain kali.

Hotel is located in a good location. Further, Housekeeper Andrea Yu 余琼 in particular deserves commendation. After noticing that we had purchased our own drinking water in addition to the complimentary bottles provided by the hotel, she thoughtfully provided us with additional complimentary bottles of drinking water the next day.

We have really enjoyed our 8 days stay at Horizon Hotel Yunnan, which has excellent facilities and very convenient location. The services provided are outstanding, and In particular the team led by Mr Sam Chen and Ms Yunli Li went beyond their normal duties to make our stay a truly pleasant one. Thank you Sam, Yunli and all staff who have helped us. It feels so good that we've decided to extend my stay at the hotel for a few more days!

馬路對面就是花市很近，這次去彌勒玩兒在昆明中轉，想去斗南花市轉一圈，在網上選了這家，房間挺大，衞生也不錯，早餐感覺一般吧！下午辦好入住去不遠的斗南濕地公園看了滇池的日落！

Best? Nah. Above average? Closer. Just an average hotel close to the airport? More like it. The hotel looks classy, but it just looks like it. Beds are hard, some lights in the room don’t work, and the walls are really thin. You’ll often hear people next door or in the hallway. Luckily they provide earplugs being this close to the airport, so that helps sleeping. Interactions with front desk staff were strange. My Chinese is conversational level, and upon asking this person about the airport shuttle schedule, he was talking so fast I had no idea what he was saying. I asked him to repeat it, and he just said it the same way. I gave up and decided to check the next morning. The next morning the bus drivers were pretty unhelpful as well. They kept directing passengers to buses, and after asking where we should go, we didn’t get an answer. So we just stood there, while they kept telling other passengers where to go. I decided to take a Didi instead. The breakfast greeter was also pretty lazy. She sat down at one of the tables, and when people walked in she would shout at them to scan their room cards at the front desk to have breakfast. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the fact that they’re 3 minutes away from the airport.

地理位置優越，對面風情街美食眾多，還可以遠觀滇池，早餐豐盛，停車場大，目前修路，稍微繞一點進停車場，房間很大，床上用品和洗漱用品很不錯，套房還可以喝茶，沙發布稍微有點陳舊！服務態度好！設施齊全！已多次入住，下次繼續入住！

Decent brand name Wanda but even with renovation the decoration inside the room is still quite ‘old’. The hotspring is not genuine hotspring water. The music show is ok but the music speaker system is very poor as we can’t hear the music or singing at all - just muffling! The hotel can do with better upgrading. Also, as the location is not near anywhere convenient for restaurant food or shopping, suggest Wanda to provide a shuttle service to the Wanda shopping centre and other tourist locations.

This is what you call a boutique hotel that is relatively new. The service is excellent. The front desk is friendly helpful. The room is a fairly good size with all the amenities. Nice decor modern they offer a free popcorn and a specialty drinks when I first check in. The price is less than half of the price of nearby green lake, a much much older hotel. Overall, I’m happy with this hotel and I will stay again. Hotel is clean offers free laundromat on the second floor with free detergent. Breakfast is good as a varieties of food and the free coffee through a state of the art coffee machine.

Nasib baik bilik eksekutif telah dinaik taraf. Kemudahan perkhidmatan dan persekitaran sangat baik, dan kehidupannya sangat selesa. Dua minuman telah diberikan, yang boleh diminum di bar di tingkat atas. Pemandangan malam bar tidak terkalahkan, menghadap pemandangan malam Kunming, dan suasananya santai dan nyaman. Tahap penyanyi cantik bermastautin memang patut dipuji. Anda dan saya Lady Gaga menyanyi dengan rasa yang istimewa. Minum petang telah diberikan, snek dan minuman sangat lazat, dan rasanya enak. Lokasi hotel sangat baik, membeli-belah di sekitar sangat mudah. Mengesyorkan kedai mi nasi sebelah hotel, mi nasi daging lembu rasanya luar biasa.

Perkhidmatan meja penyambut tetamu hotel adalah baik, terutamanya Miss Alice.Li. Perkhidmatan ini sangat penuh perhatian dan bersemangat. Kerana saya sukakan pemandangan Cuihu Park, saya terutamanya menempah bilik dengan tingkat yang lebih baik. Meja penyambut tetamu juga memberikan bilik yang sangat bagus dengan pemandangan yang sangat indah. Kakitangan hotel sangat sopan dan akan menyambut dengan gembira. Pengalaman itu sangat baik. Sarapan pagi pun sedap. Kelemahannya ialah biliknya kecil, ***a hiasan dan peralatan sudah lama. Perkhidmatan concierge tidak prihatin, dan pada dasarnya tidak mempunyai pengalaman perkhidmatan; ia juga tidak membantu dengan bagasi. Secara keseluruhannya, ia masih merupakan hotel yang bagus, dan saya akan mempertimbangkannya apabila saya melawat Kunming pada masa hadapan.
