The place is good and clean, good value for money,ands the owner is very nice. A bit of a work (around 15 minutes) from the metro station but the area is quite and there is restaurant and supermarket close by

I am so thankful to this motel worker! I had problems with registration in my university and I needed to find place to sleep for night! Location was perfect for me and uncle let me before 14:00 and I am so grateful for this because I was so tired after the road!

The location is very good, suitable for taking exams at nearby colleges and universities. The facilities are relatively complete and the boss is enthusiastic. The sound insulation effect is poor. People living next door chatted very noisily in the middle of the night, which affected your sleep.

It's too expensive. I ordered it online and it cost 250 yuan in two days. Others booked there for RMB 60 per night, but I booked RMB 125 per night. It was so shameless, and there was no water to drink.

The location is close to Yunda University and the University Town of Metro No. 1. The room is in a community, so it's easy to find food. The boss is very helpful and the room is okay.

The accommodation was more than enough for what I needed, an intermediate day between one trip and another. Clean, in a quiet area and relatively close to the high-speed train station. The boss was very friendly and the service was impeccable.

The boss is very nice. When I went there, there were no single rooms available, so he changed it to a king-size room for me without charging me extra. The room was also very clean, very nice!

I am very satisfied with the price. The boss is also very good. I stayed for several days and basically two bottles of mineral water were given every day. I highly recommend it. It is better than other accommodations and has a high cost performance ratio.

The room is very good. I booked a small room, which is enough for me who is taking an exam. It is very close to the school exam site. The boss is very good. I have an exam in the afternoon. The boss asked me to rest more and I didn't check out until almost 1 o'clock. I will come again next time if I need it. Thanks to the boss

The guesthouse is in a residential area. It is right on the roadside and is easy to find. There is food downstairs and the prices are not very high. It is also convenient for taking exams. It is only about ten minutes' walk away. You can also go back for a lunch break at noon. It is a good choice.
