Tracy was great, always ready to help with any request. We stayed in a family room with an ocean view, which was lovely. The 1.8-meter bed was spacious enough for me and my child, and there was a smaller bed for my husband. The room had a 'Frozen' theme, complete with a little doll for decoration. The best part was the bathtub – my child loves baths, though we only used it once during our three-day stay. It felt a bit wasteful that we only went to the beach once, considering we were right by the sea. The hotel is conveniently located near Chaoyang Street and Hongkousuo Ancient City; all three attractions are within walking distance from the hotel entrance. It's a shame we didn't explore further afield, with Fisherman's Wharf being the furthest we considered going.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They even upgraded us to a Family Room for free, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more comfortable. When we checked out, they also gave us a small gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We really appreciated their warm hospitality and great service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The room faces the sea directly, and the front desk staff were excellent, handling issues promptly. The complimentary milk at night was a thoughtful touch. The hotel's location is superb, right by the sea, only a few minutes' walk away. Great!

Breakfast was great, though the layout was a bit spread out. Our room had a sea view, and the bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard, so my back didn't ache. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the service was very attentive; you can even choose your own pillow. Downstairs, there's a convenient shop selling local specialties. There's also a laundry room, which is a bit small, but it's better than most places that don't have one at all. Hopefully, they'll expand it in the future!

The hotel's location is excellent, right downstairs from the No. 1 Bathing Beach, and there are parking spaces available on the ground floor. The service is great; they try their best to accommodate most requests. They even provide disposable bathtub liners. The hotel's partnered photography service was also good; we were happy with the photos.

A big thank you to Yue at the front desk! We were traveling with my whole family, including seniors and children, and she met all our requests. She even arranged adjoining rooms for us, which was super convenient. The thoughtful touch of 'goodnight milk' on the second evening, after a tiring day out, was truly heartwarming. The hotel's location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to the First Bathing Beach, and the 17-route tourist bus stop is right downstairs. Plus, there are tons of authentic local eateries in the old town area. The hotel's breakfast, especially the mackerel dumplings and other local specialties, was a real highlight.

The hotel's location is great, about a five to six-minute walk from the beach. Since there were available rooms, the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded us for free to a family sea-view room. The hotel service is excellent; the security guard proactively helped with our luggage, and in the evening, they offered us goodnight milk. All the toiletries were provided. I highly recommend staying here. The Chinese restaurant on the third floor also serves good food, and they have set menus which are very good value for money.

Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel staff were really friendly, and they even offered milk before bed. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the First Bathing Beach, and the service was very attentive.

The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were all very warm and patient. They even provided 'goodnight milk' every evening, which was a thoughtful touch. Although it's located in the old town, getting around was easy, and the hotel environment was great, complete with a sea-view pool – if you time it right, you can enjoy a swim. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would book here again next time. My only minor complaint is that the laundry room is a bit small. During peak season, with many guests, I had to wait until late at night to get a slot. Also, since it's self-service and almost unattended, other guests sometimes accidentally moved my laundry.

Traveling with kids, we chose the Benarui Ting Hotel First Bathing Beach. The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a one or two-hundred-meter walk to the First Bathing Beach, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, offering direct routes to all the attractions. Since we were staying with children, sand-digging tools were delivered directly to our room. From check-in to check-out, a staff member named Xiao Meng left a deep impression on me. Her service was professional, her attitude kind, and she was able to accommodate my requests. I'd definitely give her a thumbs-up. The housekeeping staff also did a very professional and thorough job with cleaning. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Yantai in the future.

Sunrise through floor-to-ceiling windows, a high-altitude infinity pool with ocean views, and direct beach access right outside. This is a hidden gem in Yantai! The thoughtful service combined with unbeatable sea views truly makes for an ultimate vacation experience. The hotel staff are incredibly attentive; they called me before check-in to ask if there would be any elderly or children in our party, and every evening they'd ask if we'd like some 'goodnight milk' 🥛 – so considerate!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, especially the mackerel dumplings – a real standout dish, both in taste and quality. The service at the 23rd-floor restaurant was also very good.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities (the indoor pool was a nice touch) and a smart layout. The hotel staff were attentive and welcoming. Its location is superb, directly across from the sea, and the famous 'Hongkou 1920' is just diagonally opposite, perfectly embodying the phrase 'where the road ends, the sea begins'. Transportation is very convenient, with several bus routes right outside the entrance that go directly to popular attractions like the swimming beach, Moon Bay, and Fisherman's Wharf. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Came to Yantai with my parents, who are in their seventies, and stayed for two nights. The family room was pretty good overall. It had a bunk bed in the living room and two bathrooms. One minor issue, though: while there was a bathtub and a separate shower, there was no shower curtain! We looked everywhere and then found out this room type simply doesn't come with one. It's completely open. Why? I don't quite understand. Regardless of whether it's an elder, an adult, or a child, a bit of privacy is always needed, right? We had to close the bedroom door when showering, and anyone of the opposite gender had to wait in the living room. Everything else was great. The room service staff were very responsive to our requests, and we loved the breakfast. The Chinese set meals were generous and delicious, and the service was proactive, friendly, and enthusiastic. Hopefully, they can address the shower curtain issue. Oh, and the bus stop and the beach are both very convenient.
