The hotel was clean and modern looking, it was located within walking distance of several tourist spots. The hotel staff were friendly too. Would definitely come back to stay here again.

Despite communication barrier but my stay was smooth. The one I really appreciate, there was on 28 dec night late night i came back late and receptionist go all out to successfully help me to order fast food. After back & forth translate we made it. The order delivered by robot to my room. What an advance. The room super clean, smell good and good location.

The hotel is near the key shopping belt in Kunming and it is easy to go around the city in DiDi.

Room is a bit small, but location is very good. We got green lake at the back, and old street nearby. Easy to order food. The only drawback is most of the taxi we ordered will stop in the middle of the road instead of infront of the hotel, since the hotel located on the street where they can't stop (or maybe it's just an excuse from our taxi driver). Breakfast is so-so and cheaper if you buy at least a day before with the receptionist. But i think it is better to just order food outside. They deliver the food to the room with delivery robot. Laundry room is a big plus for this hotel! We got to get back home with clean clothes.

Clean room, excellent service. Left my clothes to wash at their machine and they help to transfer the laundry from washing machine to dryer and also help to transfer it to a basket once done . Exceptional service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The front desk service was impeccable. The staff were friendly and attended to our request appropriately. The hotel is clean and spacious. There is aa laundry area and small gym as well. It is also located about 12 mins walk away from Kunming old street. We enjoyed our stay here

The hotel has unbeatable location, which is just to the south of Cuihu Park. It is within walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms were clean. Those next to the main road could be a bit noisy at night. The breakfast was excellent where there were plenty of choices on offer, both western style and Chinese style. The staff were friendly.
