Ulasan Fairyland Premium Hotel (Kunming Tuodong Sports Center Tangzixiang Metro Station)

I want to give a special shout-out to one staff member on the morning of the 21st, whose name I unfortunately don't recall. I arrived in Kunming on the 20th after a long, uncomfortable overnight train ride, feeling sore all over. I got to the hotel around 6 AM, hoping to drop off my luggage and check in if a room was available (I'd read online that early check-in was possible after 6 AM or 8 AM if rooms were free). Due to the hotel's computer system, check-in wasn't possible until after 8 AM. So, I left my bags and went to watch the sunrise 🌅 (it was absolutely beautiful!). The overnight train had left me exhausted and feeling pretty gross. After watching the sunrise, I headed back to the hotel around 8 or 9 AM, and this particular staff member was the only one at the front desk. There was apparently one room available, but the lighting wasn't great, so he suggested I wait a bit for another guest to check out before proceeding with my check-in (that's roughly what I remember; my brain was pretty fried from lack of sleep 😂). He even suggested I go grab some breakfast and explore since the weather looked nice, but I was just too tired and sleepy at that point 😂😂😂. All I wanted was a shower, some takeout, and a good nap. He said it would be about an hour's wait, so I decided to just sit in the lobby. During that time, I noticed him actively contacting the cleaning staff as guests checked out, making sure rooms were prepared quickly. I also want to thank the cleaning lady – both the front desk staff and the cleaning team were incredibly efficient! A special thanks again to this front desk staff member; his efficient communication meant I only had to wait a short while before I could successfully check in! The other front desk staff were also very enthusiastic, and all the hotel staff were polite! The room itself was great – clean with a very comfortable color scheme. The TV supported screen casting, the bed was good, and the bathroom had a handheld showerhead with strong water pressure. When I checked out, they even gave me a lovely souvenir. 😍 Due to time constraints, I didn't get to explore Kunming much, but I'll definitely be back, and I hope for perfect weather next time!
