Hotel di Kawasan Komersial Pusat Bandar, Kunming

Great location, with two food streets nearby that are lively at night. Surrounded by many shopping malls. Sufficient space to put two huge luggages and still walk around with ease. There’s a free supper buffet available (porridge), and drinks available all the time. Bed was a little hard but you get two pillow choices. If you’re a light sleeper just know that this is a very lively area so the sounds of cars can still be heard around midnight. Nonetheless the location trumps all!

Room was pretty big and they provided more than enough bottled water for us. Loved that there were 2 full sized toilet rolls in the bathroom (very strange thing to be excited about but I noticed that many accommodations in Yunnan only provide a super small roll of toilet paper per room). However, cleanliness can be improved; there were brown stains in the bathroom floor. Also, the basin on the left had a clean stream from its tap while the other sink’s tap was slightly wonky (untamed water that’ll splash around) so we ended up using just one basin. Breakfast was a set meal - not sure how to feel about this given the room is more than SGD100/night. Western breakfast isn’t good, can skip. At this price point, I reckon there could be other accommodations with better breakfast offerings. Service was fantastic - the staff were always willing to assist in any way and greeted you warmly whenever you arrive/leave the hotel.

Bilik ini agak besar dan mempunyai semua kemudahan dan peralatan yang diperlukan. Hotel ini mempunyai persekitaran ***a halaman yang indah. Wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu memberikan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik dan sentiasa responsif kepada semua permintaan. Kakitangan perkhidmatan lain di hotel juga sangat mementingkan perkhidmatan. Secara keseluruhan ia adalah penginapan yang menyenangkan. Hanya ada satu cadangan kecil. Saya berharap bahawa peralatan mandian di dalam bilik, seperti gel mandian, syampu, dan lain-lain, mempunyai peralatan yang boleh diperbaiki atau dikunci pada dulang, atau datang dalam botol kecil.

Hotel very new, big & clean. All the staff there were helpful & friendly. They even remind us to take care ourselves as the weather is quite cold on morning & night. Facilities are new and convenient. Hotel nearby got restaurant,coffee & 7-eleven. 酒店很新和干净，空间很大。柜台和打扫的职员都很亲切友善。第一天到达时，柜台职员还帮我们打电话解决包裹问题, 碰上的职员都会提醒我们早晚温差很大，要多注意保暖。我们退房时，职员Kit高效处理，还附送了几包鲜花饼伴手礼。房间设施都非常新，吹风机是Dyson牌子，马桶是智能型的。

The room is awesome and everything is well thought out except there is no bidet. The staff Ryan was very helpful and assisted us with many things like transport and even provided us with zip lock bags. His service was outstanding. Breakfast was good too.. they have free washing machine and dryer and their staff will even assist to help you fold. Will return again to stay.

1 night stay at spacious 2 double beds room. Each bed can fit 2 medium sized adults. 2 beds fit 4 adults. 30mins smooth ride from Kunming Changshui International Airport. Centrally located. Huge clean beautiful hotel. Reach hotel abt 9am and hotel reception was very kind and helpful. Staff can converse simple English. I was lucky they allow early check in. Wifi strength in hotel is low so you will need to have prep your own data arrangement from ur country. Tv channels are limited to chinese programmes. No netflix. Room view is city and the surrounding building light up at night. Night view is nice. We left the window open as outside air is more cooling. Its december and temp is mostly 10deg and below. Generally no bidets in toilets in China. No halal food in hotel. But just 20mins walk along Nanping Pedestrian street you can find halal food at the muslim community near Shuncheng street. Theres also an acient mosque called Shuncheng Mosque. PreBook trip.com airport transfer at 50sgd. Big 6 seater mpv. Driver assigned was professional and very punctual. Hassle free and highly recomend.

Hotel ammenties are good and the room is spacious. . Hotel is located very close to train station. Hotel staff are very friendly. Hotel staff Mr Jesse helped me with Tour arrangements and he communicated promptly. Really appreciate that. The buffet breakfast is good with a wide selection. The staff always offered to make coffee for me when I stepped into the restaurant. Highly recommended hotel stay for all.

We really like this hotel, excellent hotel & excellent staffs. the staffs were really helpful, and very nice. They gave free upgrades to our room. They allowed us to keep our luggages after check out because our flight is at night and rewarded us with late check out. The location is very convenient located downtown near shopping malls & lots of halal restaurants for muslim. The metro station is just outside the hotel. The room itself was really clean and well-maintained. Definitely will stay here again in future. I’ve already recommended this hotel to my friend on my Instagram!

My first experience staying with the Atour chain hotels. Have always heard about the great price to performance ratio. I checked in late and there was a minor backend communication issue between trip.com and the hotel, the room I booked wasn't reserved successfully in the hotel's system. The front desk staff quickly came up with a solution. They upgraded my room to a suite with a balcony. They provided me reassurance that I won't be left stranded and directed me to have the late night porridge while they sort it out. I was grateful for their service especially after my late arrival in Kunming. I was touched by the details of the room. The room is clean, well lit and there was cold and warm air conditioning.There was even a retractable clothesline in the shower area. Charging ports were abundant at both sides of the bed. The room is smart but upon switching off the lights, there was no unnecessary illumination from the switches or the TV, great for light sleepers sensitive to light. The pillow choice provided a personal touch. I look forward to my next stay with Atour. Many thanks to the staff on duty that night.

I and my 15 yo son had stayed in Jinjiang Hotel in the beginning of my trip in Yunnan and the end of my trip. It was my first time visiting China. We don't speak Mandarin Location: very close to Kunming Railway Station, around 10 minutes walk carrying luggage. Close to everywhere, around 2 km or 15-17 RMB by taxi to Shuncheng Shopping Centre, Nanping Pedestrian Street, Shuncheng Mosque, halal restaurant (only 5 minutes walk from restaurant), nearby shopping centre and department store. Service: excellent services, they went above and beyond especially Manager Ms Mei. She helped me so much to organise tour. All staff were helpful assisting me to get a taxi, show me the halal restaurant on the back of the hotel, show me the way to station. The hotel also provide welcome fruit and soup upon check in. Cleanliness; very clean Value for money: 4 star hotel yet very affordable with excellent 5 star hotel services. I would love to stay again in the future if I visit Yunnan.
