Hotel was absolutely vile I actually made a Video of the buffet food it was atrocious, I wish there was a review similar to this when we went and we would’ve cancelled immediately. Not one hello or morning during our stay. Pool is absolutely freezing to the point of it being unbearable. We stayed 7 nights and ate out 5 of them. Please don’t stay here I’m warning you, turkey is beautiful and food when eating out is nice too but as soon as all inclusive hotels like this one take your money, they don’t care about you or your stay. Only bit of entertainment was when the cruise guests arrived. Absolutely disgusting hotel. Never ever again. Photos below were taken at the breakfast buffet, we were in there at 8:20, the food was tins were empty, this was literally all you got in the buffet nothing else. Absolutely horrendous

Having recently spent 9 nights in Kusadasi with my beautiful wife of 25 years anniversary. We spent our honeymoon there although it was in” Bitez” back then, other times it was ”Golden Day Wings” now since closed, sadly. We spent the holiday in the Shuan Seaport360 Hotel (room 312). This was our first time staying here at this hotel, so we were a little apprehensive. There was no need to be as on arrival close to midnight, we were met by a very warm and friendly night receptionist by the name of ”Can” who had excellent Englis and could not have been more helpful and reassuring to us that we would enjoy our stay with them at the ”Shuan ” this set the theme with all the staff. On our first day there, we met Yasin as we entered the lift. He enquired how we were doing and then introduced himself as the hotel manager. We were blown away by his beautiful manner and kindness, especially his genuine interest in knowing about us and our visit to Turkey. He was so assuring and assured that this left us with no doubts about the remainder of our holiday. His kindness permeated down to all his staff. He certainly is a Hugh asset to the hotel. Our room was excellent, spacious with a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities. Air conditioning was excellent. The fridge had complimentary water, and every day was restocked. The fridge worked perfectly. The bathroom was good, and the shower was excellent, with great pressure and not fixed to the the wall, thank goodness. The view from our balcony was spatucular. You could see the beautiful marina / beach and the cruise ships arriving into port and departing. (Couldn't ask for a better view) There was a 24-hour reception, and safety was the hotels' utmost in security, so we felt very safe. Walkability to the marina, beach, shops and restaurants was just beautiful and very safe, the Turkish people are lovely. Food and drink at the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was buffet style, hot and cold, and so plentiful, enough choice to suit everyone needs. Note worthy details; I have a bad knee, and my husband has some issues with his back, we found the bed, fridge, safe, and toilet a little on the low side but it didn't hinder us (bed very comfortable) Taxi ride back to hotel is recommended after an evening out as is quite steep up the hill to the hotell, cheap at €4.00 and safe Thank you, Suhan Seaport 360 Hotel and all the staff who made our holiday a pleasant and memorable time to cherish. Absolutely beautiful. Stayed here for 12 nights. Family-run guesthouse. Close to the centre but very peaceful and a place you like to come ”home” to after travelling to all the wonderful ancient places. Helpful and lovely staff. An old Greek style house whose most beautiful part was the yard/garden with its peaceful atmosphere. Great quality breakfast. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioning. Small but good bathrooms. We would love to come back.

It is a very friendly environment. The staff are very kind and Mr. Mohammad is also a very kind person who tries to help the travelers. The location of the hotel is excellent and close to the market and the pier. The rooms are small but clean. Thanks to Mr. Mohammad, he helped a lot to get a taxi in the middle of the night. Breakfast was not possible for us, but I heard that it has a great breakfast.

Öncelikle otel çalışanlarına ve şefimize çok teşekkür ederiz. Süper bir tatil oldu bizim için. Şehrin gürültüsünden uzak, huzurlu bir ortam. İnanılmaz güzel ve lezzetli yemekleri ve kahvaltısı var ve fiyatlarda uygun. Köyden gelen ürünler oldugu çok belli. Şefimizin elide çok lezzetli. Cumartesi günleri yazın çimlerde kışın kapalı alanda canlı müzik oluyormuş. Onuda deneyimlemek için tekrar geleceğiz. Herkes çok kibardı. Odalar temiz ve konseptli. Yeşilin, doğanın göbeğinde butik bir otel. Çok çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz

Stayed here for my secound time in two years with my fiancé. This is an amazing hotle with beautiful views all around from the top of hotle where you can sit out or lie out on the sun chairs and the fabulous sun beds with beautiful shelter where you can relax in comfort and peace and not to mention fabulous clean pool. The staff are very friendly and the hygiene and room service is very good. Bedroom was cleaned everyday and we had fresh towels and toiletries. We will definitely be back for our third year. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay in rosy suite hotle until next year take care. Recommend this hotle 100%.
