Travel to Shenzhen. It's my first time to stay in a hotel here.It gave me a good experience.The room is clean and tidy.The front desk is polite and will solve all problems. The services are great. However, the hotel location is difficult to find as the hotel is located in another building. We solved it by contacting customer service, and they guide me step by step. Good services. The attached photo is the building location.

✨冷氣夠冷，熱水爐夠熱！！！這兩點加分！✨ 環境：入住當日園區有些少工程，有些區域在動工。整個園區不算很大，但感覺是個休息的好地方，區內很多綠植，走走散步拍拍照很舒適，看到有帶小狗入住的，在草地上玩耍～沒有小朋友玩的滑梯爬架等設備，比較適合團建或成人和寵物休閑渡假～小朋友來可能要帶點玩的～ 設施：這次訂了射手房，門口出去就看到泳池（但不能直接下去），房間舒適乾淨，有個小陽台，小天窗，有電動麻雀枱，投影機，小冰箱，熱水壺，洗手間基本梳洗設備也有等，算挺齊全。 服務：有兩份簡單的早餐，服務員早上會送到房間，晚上訂了二人烤肉餐，提前半小時通知服務員準備，準備好後到大帳篷進餐，可能入住當天雨天也非假日較少人，整個帳篷衹有我們，簡單太放鬆了～户外地方蚊蟲少不免，服務員也貼心地點了蚊香✨ 其他：天氣好的附近崖口村可以走走～當天雨天，所以入住前在了附近的妤笙咖啡館喝咖啡，店內佈置用心拍照也很出片🌵

房間乾淨整潔，空間充足，適合情侶，家人入住。房間內設施齊全，應有盡有，價格也優惠，節假日入住價格沒有翻倍，非常實惠。交通設施齊全，酒店周圍有公交站台還有地鐵，出行方便。

One of the best stay I ever had in zhuhai, tried few different ones this one tops out all of them. But I think mostly because of its new building status I can't guarantee the condition of it as times goes by. Hopefully it will be kept in the current condition for years to come. I will definitely book it again next year's visit.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this place. We arrived early & the receptionist was kind enough to let us have the room early. The room was big & very comfortable. We had a great view through the big windows. Also, the washing machine with dryer combo was great for us travelers. Overall, an excellent choice hotel if you stay at Zhuhai!

其實我剛剛回到香港不久，跟朋友推薦了這家公寓，朋友馬上說要來散心，太刺激了，才3-4天我又回到了這個地方。 公寓更新更漂亮喔，這是商務二人的雙層房間，看得出阿姨都在認真清潔打掃，一如既往的好，樓下珮姐火鍋開了，很驚喜！很好吃，我們連續兩天都吃了，鄰近商場的好處就是很好逛，這次跟朋友來終於吃到好吃的乳鴿，滴滴到鴿師傅總店吃了紅燒乳鴿！132個鐘，滴滴回來也只是幾塊錢。 前台服務很好，熱情到位，有禮貌！我發現😂原來前台有好多人，跟我上次來也是不一樣的人，每天都不一樣，但每個人都是充滿熱情的，阿姨就還是那個阿姨。 清潔，我都有好好保持，像個媽媽一樣照顧我的朋友，習慣了，因為我有潔癖。 少了一條毛巾，聯繫客服，回答問題很快，送毛巾上來也是秒送的。這家，我真的很滿意！強烈推薦！ 商場有新的髮廊還洗吹，反正購物美容啥的都能滿意，萬象匯在樓下真的很喜歡！ 照片是入住下來和離開時拍的，還有一些購物美髮的照片分享！很有家的感覺！上次忘了說很喜歡那個魔鏡，可以洗澡的時候聽歌！

This resort is extremely tranquil. It is one of the best designed resorts of its kind that I have been to in China. The Hot Springs are very peaceful, and the rooms are fantastic. The only downsides were - the food is poor for vegetarians. The Thai and ‘international’ options seem more like what a Chinese person who has never left China might guess people eat abroad (cold French fries or ham boiled in milk for breakfast anyone?). The hot springs play background music, which could be lovely… but the choice of dance and pop music completely clashes with the atmosphere… it’s the strangest decision. Finally, the hot springs are centered around a massive pool that has been drained, presumably for the winter. It is not taped up with warning tape which looks like the police are securing a murder scene. After investing hundreds of millions in the resort, why fail to make the pool accessible all year round? The resort is not cheap… but the murder-tape pool makes it look like a low-end budget resort. This is a real shame, because the rest of the resort is phenomenal.

房間乾淨整潔，空間充足，適合情侶，家人入住。房間內設施齊全，應有盡有，價格也優惠，節假日入住價格沒有翻倍，非常實惠。交通設施齊全，酒店周圍有公交站台還有地鐵，出行方便。

哇塞，簡直就是撿到寶了，這裏的沙發，各種傢俱都是芝華士的配套，包括水龍頭，淋浴，衞浴都是德國的高儀的，而且馬桶這些都是TOTO的。 非常乾淨大氣，床品非常的舒服，高級浴巾也很乾凈。 非常通風，沒有任何異味，配套高端。 就在筍崗地鐵站附近，而且很好找特別安靜。

The location of this hotel is its greatest asset. It is near both subways 9 and 1, and is in the same building as a Bank of China which is very visible when exiting the #9 subway station. The room was very small, but comfortable. Bottled water was provided regularly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was nice and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly, keeping us cool during our stay. The staff were helpful and quick to assist with any needs we had. The hotel's location is quite convenient, being pretty close to the beach and not that far from Xichong beach. Overall, it was a good choice for a beach getaway!

I hate to leave poor reviews. This place is what it says it is. Loud music till 2am. It's not that loud in the room, just a medium resonating sound. The elevator and hall ways are smelly. The room is clean. The place was a bit hard for me to find because it shares the same entrance with the KTV section. The hotel sign is only visible on the alleyway from the other direction.

The location is prime and the entrance is located on the other end of the train station marked by 2 red laterns. There is a security guard who will open the door and only the isolated right lift can get you to 20H as the other 2 lifts need access card for activation. The hostel is cosy and the living room is big. The 2 toilets are easily accessible with no personal amenities provided. There is an additional RMB 2/night air-con fees which is reasonable for a comfortable sleep. Charging port and light is available for every bed and privacy is ensured with curtain. Slipper is also provided for every travellers. Strongly recomended for solo and budget travellers.

The location of the hotel is amazing, it’s in the middle of the nature. It’s spotless. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Especially Zou Yingjiao took special care of us. She helped us like a personal assistant during our stay. The restaurant of the hotel serves excellent meals. The restaurant manager Winnie assisted us in person. She took special care of us. We loved the sea food buffet and the breakfast. Thanks to these wonderful people we had an amazing hot spring vacation. The room was very big and clean. We had a bathtub, a shower and a private hot spring pool. The bed was very comfortable. The house keeping team was very helpful they even brought us a heater. Our only disappointment was some of the hot spring pools were closed due to maintenance other than that everything was amazing.

It is a student community or like that... 3 dorm room and common area with chair and tables. Stayed for transit 1 night. Everything I expected I saw. Not so bad. a Bed is hard but I like it. You can converse with boys from all over China and outside who try to find the best life....it is a very positive experience. Yep. ”simple hole” style Toilet is one for 3 rooms.sorry😁

An amazing location, ruined completely by the staff, they were incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entirety of the trip. They gave one of our friends a broken glass and when we told them it was broken and asked for a new one the staff started to accuse our friend of breaking the glass and were very rude, this was just one of many incidents. One friend was given the wrong accommodation by mistake and when asked about it the staff verbally attacked that friend and told them it was their fault, this is what they booked and a lot of in appropriate comments. After they looked again the staff realized that the mistake was on their end and then continue to insult the guest. I’m very disappointed with the overall stay and unfortunately the beauty of the location could not make up for the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff.

Down the street from the Canton tower and bridge. Down the street from the Guangzhou high-speed railway east station. The location in full of malls and other places to enjoy. It is the royal star apartments building. The room was beautiful wifi high speed Ethernet bring your own Ethernet cord perfect has washer dryer fridge and freezer. Tea pot and stove kitchen. The service man checked me in send me a WeChat contact every time to support each day. Will stay again.

來珠海選這家絕對不會後悔，一是地理位置優越，出門斜對面就是停車場，停車場邊上就是車站，坐珠海觀光巴士就能去往珠海市區所有景區，珠海市中心完全不必開車出行，住市中心出入非常方便，去澳門遊玩也非常方便，和管家協商可以免費停車，所以不必操心市中心停車難且貴的問題。二是乾淨衞生，每天都給打掃房間換新的物品，衞生間也是乾濕分離、智能馬桶，沒有異味。三是對寵物友好，珠海很多地方不能帶寵物，可我家每年遷徙去海南必經廣東，找旅店既要衞生又要能帶寵物的話能找到合適的酒店非常困難，但這家通過協商可以入住，如果也想帶毛孩子出行的可以選擇這家。以下是珠海大致景點，坐觀光巴士基本都可以走到

: 本來是想訂一個機場旁邊的酒店，但感覺都不滿意，後來就找到了這一家，距離機場有一小段距離，但是不算很遠，開車十幾分鍾就到了，房間性價比還挺高的，周邊也有夜市街，離海邊也近，強烈推薦附近安堂街的一家雞柳，巨好吃，超級無敵好吃，現在已經旅遊回來了，好想念這個雞柳，以後有機會一定再去一次

前台很好，一到埗就叫我加一下他們的微信，有事可以隨時找他們。想要多一張房卡方便分開走的時候，他都願意給我們。 房間和接待處如酒店拍的一樣。接待處有免費補給品像日本一樣可以隨便攞，就是紙巾不多，晚上想攞的時候就沒有了。我們三人一起住一晚，廁所內只有半卷紙，一個晚上就沒有，幸好客廳還有兩包抽取式紙巾，還夠用。早上前台看見我們就說了不好意思晚上沒有紙巾（免費枱）, 剛剛補充了。我們就多攞一包去用。 房間內很乾淨，和前台、走廊一樣有香熏過，很香。民宿有兩棟樓，我們住沒有電梯那邊，走樓梯上去，要枱行李箱。如果是攞大行李箱，就可能要麻煩前枱幫忙。 房間內，能夠掛衣服的地方不多，只好掛到小朋友玩的籃球架上，但有提供很多衣架（大約6-8個）。
