Saya memilih hotel ini kerana Trip.com mengiklankan ia adalah hotel SPA tetapi kami bertanya kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan dia berkata hotel ini tidak mempunyai SPA. Akhirnya pengurus berkata SPA dan bilik urutan bukanlah kemudahan hotel dan adalah hak milik orang lain. Hotel ini baru diubah suai tetapi tidak termasuk tangga dan bahagian lain yang mungkin anda tidak tahu. Pintu keselamatan sentiasa terbuka dan ia boleh diakses dengan mudah dari luar. Foto dilampirkan untuk rujukan anda, anda mungkin tahu keadaan sebenar. Gambar hotel adalah lukisan dan bukan gambar hotel yang sebenar. Sarapan percuma bermula dari 7:00 malam. Perkhidmatan penghantaran meminta anda mengambil masa pada waktu yang betul seperti 5:00, 6:00, 7:00.... Jika anda mempunyai penerbangan sebelum 10 pagi, maka mustahil untuk bersarapan. Hotel ini tidak disyorkan untuk pelancong antarabangsa.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

We booked this place as it had two beds and we were heading to Chimelong the next day. It was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and the cost was very inexpensive with a Trip discount. No deposit fee for the key. Close enough to the Zhuhai Train Station to walk but wouldn't want to do it on a hot day, good tree cover if you don't go on the main road. Maps didn't direct well to the location but it was on the main road. Entry is the third T1 door farthest from the river. Not all elevators went to 35, only front 2. We had a room on 33rd floor. Could see Macau Tower and the Grand Lisboa from the window (no idea why I didn't take a picture). And of course, you can see the train station. Plenty of pillows, one three memory form and some cushion pillows. Was also a sofa. Didi was inexpensive to Chimelong and easy pickup from outside.

The hotel is very well located next to the beach, which is convenient. The room itself is a bit dated for the price point. But was otherwise spacious and clean. The breakfast is nice with many different options. The hotel also offers free parking with charging options which is very convenient.

Staffs are friendly and welcoming. There are lots of choices for breakfast. Room is spacious and clean. Chinese New Year decorations are pretty!

We were upgraded to a bigger room. The room is big & comfortable. The bed is soft so we can have a very good sleep after a day of travelling. The breakfast is good & number of varieties. The hotel also provide free laundry. The staffs are friendly & helpful too.

酒店設施很新很齊全，位於樟木頭鎮中心，交通也很便利，30分鐘到深圳羅湖，旁邊還有美食節還有商場，還有國家景點觀音山，還有洗衣房跟健身房免費使用

Staff were polite and helpful. I got an upgrade of our room from a room without window to the one with city view. The location was convenient. The decorations of the hotel was classy. Staff helped us to call a car for sightseeing and to railway station when we left. However, the laundry service was not good. We paid 10 RMB for the dryer which needed two hours to dry my clothes. The washer was free of charge.

There are shopping malls nearby and it's easy to access to the metro station. It's also good location for who are watching concert at the Foshan Century Lotus Stadium, it takes around 20 minutes walk to there. They also provide various teaat the lobby.
