Hotel Pet friendly di Guangdong, China

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was overall satisfied. The location is excellent and ideal for meetings in the area. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. A particular highlight is the 24-hour fitness center, which offers great flexibility. The facilities are overall decent. A solid choice for business travel.

The hotel is central located. We stayed at 37 floor with great scenery near the river. There is a wonderful park and walkway. We get around easily by Didi. Shopping and finding restaurants are convenient. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The complimentary coffee was very good . The room was clean and quite spacious.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal, on the beach. We had an incident with noise on the first night from two wedding parties and this affected our sleep. The receptionists Hugo and Hestia did a superb job in rectifying the situation by offering us a new room and an upgrade at the same time. Most of the front desk staff speak English, and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. It’s a fantastic hotel for a family. We got wonderful weather and were able to spend plenty of time on the beach even though it was winter.

Saya memilih hotel ini kerana Trip.com mengiklankan ia adalah hotel SPA tetapi kami bertanya kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan dia berkata hotel ini tidak mempunyai SPA. Akhirnya pengurus berkata SPA dan bilik urutan bukanlah kemudahan hotel dan adalah hak milik orang lain. Hotel ini baru diubah suai tetapi tidak termasuk tangga dan bahagian lain yang mungkin anda tidak tahu. Pintu keselamatan sentiasa terbuka dan ia boleh diakses dengan mudah dari luar. Foto dilampirkan untuk rujukan anda, anda mungkin tahu keadaan sebenar. Gambar hotel adalah lukisan dan bukan gambar hotel yang sebenar. Sarapan percuma bermula dari 7:00 malam. Perkhidmatan penghantaran meminta anda mengambil masa pada waktu yang betul seperti 5:00, 6:00, 7:00.... Jika anda mempunyai penerbangan sebelum 10 pagi, maka mustahil untuk bersarapan. I’ve stayed at this property once earlier in the year and thought it was good but it was even better this time. The new mall next door is open and it’s very convenient to eat and shop for necessities during our stay. The cleanliness improved a lot compared to last time. The apartment was spotless. We really have to thank our housekeeper Mrs. 杨小梅. She was always so friendly and smiling when ever we see her in the halls. We will miss her and hope that when we come back next time she will be our housekeeper again! Also want to thank Zoe for helping us organize our stay. Mom and I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and thoughtful design throughout the apartment. It felt like home 🏠

Building looks quite old but the internal is surprisingly quite nice. Spacious room with quality room amenities and sheets. Breakfast has quite a bit of variety and pretty decent, though the hotel restaurants and food are, as expected, very overpriced so I recommend eating out instead (though if you have breakfast coupons you should definitely use them). I stayed in the Nanghai Wing which is the cheaper one. If you want to have an even better experience, staying in the Wanghai Wing would be a great option. Overall, would come again if given a second chance. 8.5/10

這次出來玩住的這家酒店真心不錯！停車位很多完全不用操心，位置也很方便去周邊景點溜達。, 房間是新裝修的智能房型，喊小度就能開關燈調温度特別省事。隔音效果比想象中好，晚上睡得很踏實。, 前台小姐姐很熱情，辦入住退房都很快。衞生打掃很乾凈，一點異味都沒有，這個價位真的很划算了。, 特別感謝酒店工作人員！不小心遺失物品，工作人員及時幫忙找回，拾金不昧、服務超暖心，人品和服務都滿分，強烈推薦！

Location: Best location ever in Zhaoqing. Right opposite the 7-star lake central facade. Below the mixed-use building is a small mall with ample food and grocery choices. Service: Best avoided if you do not speak Chinese. Keep advising me to take a taxi from GZ which would be extremely expensive when cheaper alternatives are available. Did not provide check-in prior yet operated like Airbnb with check-in lobby and rooms on different levels of the building. Door lock PW changes daily but did not pre-advise leading to being locked-out. Located in a mix-use building and so hard to find if you were not advised beforehand what and where to go. Cleanliness: Messy check-in lobby. Rooms cleanliness so-so with hair and roaches found in sink. (See pix) Room: Booking title says facing Lakeview but small print says city-view. Wasted on upgrading. Duplex room with narrow stairs making it challenging for elderly. Facilities: Washing machine located in room. Value: Will not come back. There are better alternatives. Key considerations: (Wifi, hot shower, air-con, hygiene and service). Wifi and hot shower are okay. Air-con, hygiene and service are below par. Comments: This is not a hotel. Neither is it managed like Airbnb where host will do their best to communicate with guest. Hygiene and service not up to standard. Mix-use building seems to have a number of Airbnb-type operations, delivery personnel, retail, F&B shops and offices so people are in and out of building at all times yet there is no security personnel at lift lobby.

The reception staff were very friendly and immediately helped me solve problem. The high-speed rail station is next to it, my room is fully soundproofed. But the cleanliness of the room needs improvement. On the first day of moving in, I noticed a smell of smoke in the shower room, and there were two cigarette butts on the ground near the hanging clothes. Also, on the fifth night, when I got back to my room at nighttime, I found some tissues in the toilet, which made me feel uncomfortable. Emphasize that it is not mine.
