Hotel is conveniently located opposite uniqlo. Suitable for solo travelers as room is small, boutique hotel concept. Reception is helpful. If you have 2 suitcases, take a cab from kyoto station instead. 20 mins walk to Gion. 10 walk to Nishiki Market.

Hotel provided support to arrange for luggage delivery from Kyoto to Tokyo

Very well located in front of a bus stop that will take you to Kyoto station and all the important sights of the city. The roams are very comfortable and staff very professional. You have a small room with coffee and water.

I've stayed in a few of the Resol hotel now and I really enjoy them. I'm just sad that this location does not have an Onsen!

Fantastic Hotel! Staff makes you feel so welcoming. There's a rack with amenities, even face mask. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This hotel is central and walking distance to metro, restaurants and shopping. Shopping centers are a short walk as well as the market and cute animal cafes. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on going to Kyoto.

Convenient location with many restaurants and shopping areas nearby. However, you will be required to clear your own trash and used towels everyday and leave it at the door for collection. I thought that was quite a hassle everyday. You will be given a fresh set of bath/hand towel + 2 bottled water each day. There was no room cleaning during my 4d3n stay too. Regardless, the amenties bar and living lounge are good.

Excellently located, right in the city centre. Loved the little walk to the entrance of the hotel which was very inviting. However, hotel has an environmental policy which means they don’t clean your room. Resulted in the room being dusty and we struggled to have a good nights sleep. But they had great service recovery and cleaned immediately the next day and all was well. Might not be ideal for everyone. Would stay again.

Perfect location for solo female traveller. 5mins walk from lots of food, shopping and the famous Nishiki Market. Room was clean and all basic amenities were available. Staff polite and check in and out was very efficient. Loved the fact that there was self laundry machine available. Will definitely stay there again!

Love the location, easy to shopping + food all around! not to mentioned its tucked in a quiant quiet alley! near Bus stops and Train stations!

Hotel locations is awesome.. the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room and washroom are clean and tidy and they will replace the new towels and drinking water bottles daily for you.

The room was cozy, there’s a resting “grand lobby” area with sofas that provides free coffee & hot chocolate. Location was good with malls & shops surrounding the hotel.
